    Note:
    The cloak is 6 feet in length, 6 feet in width and 2 feet in height.

    Description: After drawing blood from any part of the body onto their palms, the user will clasp both hands together, summoning Cyan in sky above them, or at any place short range from the user. Cyan is the genjutsu specialist among Herons, and small enough to comfortably ride on the summoner’s shoulder. Cyan is capable of utilizing up to B-rank genjutsu known by the user, and is capable of releasing a sound based genjutsu by releasing a series of six harsh croaks from her beak. These croaks are targeted at the opponent’s most critical senses, those being sight, smell, and hearing. The first croak affects the opponent’s sight, filling their entire vision with an endless flock of Blue Herons. The second croak affects the opponent’s smell, completely eliminating any scents from the battlefield and replacing it with the smell of decaying vegetation. The third croak affects the opponent’s hearing, eliminating any sounds from the battlefield, replacing it with the sound of a massive amount of flapping wings. These croaks happen in two loops, three croaks each loop, hence the six total croaks. Each sense is affected twice, once per loop, or three croaks. Each croak lasts about two seconds, which leads to the opponent’s senses flickering on and off for a total of twelve seconds. The croak’s effects last for one full turn, and can be used up to mid-range from wherever Cyan is at the time.

    ~ Now, I quite like the idea for this one. However, the roses are too huge. Second, not only are you unable to move close combat, but I think just moving around at all unless you do so very slowly and carefully will kill you. ~

    ~Declined~ When I first started reading it, it was very much approvable up until the point of the A-Ranked attack and everything below it. Are you trying to say that none elemental B rank and below attacks can't knock the sword of your hands? Which may in fact mean that you can block those attacks with ease. Also, I can understand a spear that can be detached into two swords but now you want it to also shape shift into a whole 'nother number of weapons? On top of all that you want to the ability to turn anything the sword touches into dust or stone AND boost B rank earth techniques by two ranks? Grossly OP.
    Resubmitting: Okay, so i've made a few changes and removed the part where it says that it can split into a twin sword, and edited or deleted most of the things that you said that made the spear over powered (which it did), so i hope that it's approvable now..

    Deer (singular and plural) are the ruminant mammals forming the family Cervidae. Species in the Cervidae family include white-tailed deer, mule deer such as black-tailed deer, elk, moose, red deer, reindeer (caribou), fallow deer, roe deer and chital. Male deer of all species (except the Chinese water deer) and also female reindeer grow and shed new antlers each year. In this they differ from permanently horned animals such as antelope; these are in the same order as deer and may bear a superficial resemblance. The musk deer of Asia and water chevrotain (or mouse deer) of tropical African and Asian forests are not usually regarded as true deer and form their own families, Moschidae and Tragulidae, respectively.

He is also very big an sturdy, being able to take on any C-rank techniques and not disperse, barely being disturbed. Shou posses Storm Release, expelling the chakra from his mouth, and he can use Storm Release techniques up to S rank, although if he goes to S-rank he cannot use and Ranton the next turn, so he typically sticks to A-rank attacks. Shou has navy blue and grey wings, resembling a storm, and stands at 3/4 the size of Gamabunta. He in incredibly agile and mobile in the skies, as all Swifts are.

If the opponent touches the user, it will burn him.

As it tries to suck it back the taken chakra at once what has once left the sword, in the next turn, user suffers -30 chakra loss. As the sword has sucked back an enormous amount of chakra in that turn (meaning 30 chakra), activating itself once again, a furious wind will surround it, leaving the area in a really windy environment for when it sucked back the 30 chakra. This means that no raiton attacks of S-rank can be made from the user in that turn when there is a windy environment. As the sword becomes out of control when it sucks back the chakra, having an S-ranked fuuton chakra surround it, only Kage or higher may be able to handle it.

    Description: The Ring of Zeus is a ring highly compressed with lightning chakra which the user wears in order for the ring to aid him in battle. The ring has its own lightning chakra stored within it and is able to release a sudden surge of chakra as soon as it is in contact with a foreign chakra. This means, should the user manage to touch his opponent the ring automatically releases the surge of chakra into the opponents body paralyzing him/her completely and leaving them vulnerable to attacks. Another use of the ring is that should the user be caught in a genjutsu it recognizes the foreign chakra and releases that surge of lightning chakra which in return releases the user from the genjutsu he may have been caught in. In addition to that should the user need it to the surge of lightning can all be released at once and reaches up to mid range in a quick yet destructive bolt of lightning.
    Note: Once all chakra is released by the user, the ring no longer has any abilities.
    Note: The user needs contact with the opponent to use the paralysis version of the ring.
    Note: The ring releasing it's chakra once it comes into contact with an opponents body/chakra or releasing the user from genjutsu by surging chakra into him can only happen 4 times before the ring is completely drenched of lightning chakra.

    ~ Similar techniques exist to do both functions of the ring, you've just combined them into one ~

    I based the idea of elemental flowers from two facts:
    1. Common flower techniques according to the rules as seen in the filler can be used by anyone. This has nothing to do with the Plant CE or the Wood element, the ability to grow flowers has already existed on NB as canon techniques.
    2. Early in the manga, it was said that trees were fed elemental chakra when they were grown giving them an elemental nature.
    I simply thought to combine these ideas to create a new technique. I didn't post this to be rude, sorry if you believed I meant it to be. As you can see, this has never been attempted before so I just want to show my reasoning so they have a chance.

    (Hanakotoba) Language of Flowers
    Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
    Rank: A
    Range: Short-Long
    Chakra cost: 30 (+20 for each turn this technique is active)
    Damage: 60
    Description: The Hanakotoba technique is an advanced style of flower arts. Unlike normal flowers grown through the basic flower arts, these flowers are unique in that in their growth they are created with an advanced active chakra network but can be grown rapidly. The reason for an advanced network is so that the flowers would be able to readily accept chakra from the creator, specifically chakra that has undergone elemental transformation. Flowers with simple chakra networks would not be able to handle such extent of chakra manipulation, but these flowers are advanced enough to easily accept and allow the elemental chakra to flow within their networks. This enables the flowers to in essence possess an element nature; the flowers are capable of possessing any element nature that the user is capable of producing. The type of elemental chakra will be clearly visible through the color of the flower: red is fire, yellow is lightning, blue is water, white or green is wind, and purple is earth. Elemental combinations are not possible through the use of this generic technique. The species of the flower does not matter as the user will be capable of reproducing any type of flower that he wishes. But for diversity the user can pick and choose from various flower species for each flower. The flower will have all the traits of the element of its affinity. The user can use a flower to block attacks from elements to which it has an natural advantage over but will be weak toward elements to which it has a natural disadvantage. The user can also infuse chakra into the flowers to increase their density to make them as hard as steel to block physical attacks or as soft as a pillow. The user can grow small flowers straight from his body. For the sake of pure diversity the user can either grow a single flower that is extremely large or a bush of flowers of equivalent value to the one large flower, all the flowers in the bush must be the same elemental nature. This is meant solely for aesthetic value and is not meant to alter the power of the flowers at all.
    - The flowers due to the fact that they possess elemental natures possess the ability to allow the user to channel his chakra into the flowers and from the flowers release a blast of energy that is A-rank with medium range which has the same elemental natural of the flower. Every time this ability is used it counts as one of the user's three techniques per turn. The strength of each flower A-rank. Size of the flower does not necessarily indicate strength, as all flowers are the same strength but merely that smaller flowers are more concentrated than larger flowers; or a small bush is more concentrated than a large bush. The maximum size of a flower grown through this technique is a large tree. As long as this techniques is active, the user is able to grow one flower at the cost of one of the three techniques per turn.
    ~This technique can only be used once per battle, but once it is activated it will last until deactivated.
    ~To limit the power of this technique, it cannot be used by a character biography that possess a kekkei genkai: this applies all techniques involving elemental flowers that branch off from this main technique.

    (Hana Barubu Bouei) Flower Bulb Protection

    Description: The user creates a flower that rises from the ground beneath the user incredibly fast and then encloses the user in a flower bulb. The user is inside the flower bulb and is protected from any external attacks from all angles. The inside of the bulb is a great form of flower defense as the user is protected from attacks regardless of direction or size. The user can choose which element nature of the flower for the best protection from the incoming attack. After the flower bulb takes all of the damage, it will bloom allowing the user to emerge then it will wither away back into the ground.
    ~Can only be used three times per battle and the user must wait one turn before reuse.

    (Toge Shibu Nottori) Thorn Vine Capture
    Type: Attack

    Chakra cost: 30

    Description: The user causes several vines infused with elemental chakra that have countless sharp thorns and small flowers growing on them to explosively burst out of the ground below the opponent and wrap onto their body, cutting deep wounds into the opponent's flesh. Then the user can choose what elemental chakra will be released from the thorns and the small flowers to deal more punishing damage directly onto the opponents body.
    ~Can only be used three times per battle and must wait one turn before reuse.

    ~ Crutch, I like the idea, you've noticed a subset of techniques from the anime that have been woefully underutilized; however, what you're doing right here and right now is not creating techniques for that style, but literally absorbing that style into your own customs while simultaneously treating it as a KG/special ability - essentially forming your own unique KG. Because if this gets approved, what would happen is that anyone else who notices these techniques later might not be able to create them without infringing on your blanket techniques. Furthermore, you've expanded too much on the style. You cannot create flowers from your body; you cannot make vines and things. Still, it's a good idea you've brought up, we staff will certainly have to see about making restrictions for this style ~

Once it absorbs enough electrical energy, it breaks down and starts to attack indiscriminately, shooting tree-like branches at all people who are using chakra at the moment, including the user. The user or the opponent simply must stop using chakra, to prevent the technique from attacking them. This puts a great strain on Kirabi's chakra system preventing him from doing S-rank and up techniques for the next three turns.

    Tatajiro is shaped like an Armadillo and is about human size, from floor to back and three people wide, it is known for its defensive capabilities. It is made out of wood but its back is triple layered with steel panels to make it harder to penetrate. Tatajiro is also hollowed out inside allowing for three people to enter it for defensive or travelling purposes, but it can also open up its back panels to allow entry to enemies and then can close back up the panels to trap them inside. All of Tatajiro’s joints are protected by enforced steel covers, making them hard to target and making it hard to break Tatajiro.

    Tatajiro’s mouth can be used to shoot Kunai (6 per battle) and can also extend a small blade from the tip of its tail, the blade is extremely thin and can be shot out (once per battle) looking like a large Senbon. Tatajiro also has two holes on its back that lead to the hollowed out insides of the puppet; these holes are the size of a fist.

    Tatajiro can also roll up into a ball, allowing its heavily plated body to cover its entire body.
    Tatajiro has the Kanji for Half on its neck/back area (just back from its head) and a small Kanji for Sho on its forehead.

    -Tatajiro can only shoot 6 Kunais from its mouth per battle and can only shoot its tail out once per battle also.

    Kenzanko is shaped like a Pangolin and is slightly smaller than its counterpart. It is thinner and about half the height. Although it’s smaller in height it is longer in length that Tatajiro. Kenzanko has an elongated tail which can wrap around Tatajiro body several times (3). Tatajiro isn’t hollowed out which means all its body parts are made of wooden sections all the way through. This makes it extremely dense but its joints have no protection making it easier to break than Tatajiro. Kezanko has a single layer of steel plating cover its body.

    Compared to Tatajiro, Kenzanko has plenty of weapons. It has a Senbon multi-shooter in its mouth, making it possible to shoot 10 Senbons at one time (6 times per battle = 60 Senbons). Kenzanko also has blade compartments along its tail, (6 all together). These compartments are the same as Tatajiro’s. They can shoot out of the compartments and look like large Senbon needles. At the end of Kenzanko’s tail there is a blade, it is shaped like a tip of a broad sword and extends from the metal plating that covers all of Kenzanko’s back (it is only single layered). Kenzanko also has 3 metal piercings (What appear to be piercings anyway) they look like studs along his belly. These can be detached and thrown using a separate string. The stud ends that are thrown release a relatively simple gas which can knock out the enemy. Kenzanko is relatively faster than its counterpart and is made for offensive purposes.

    Kenzanko has the Kanji for Half on its neck/back area (just back from its head) and a small Kanji for Sho on its forehead

    Notes:
    -Can only fire its 60 senbons, with 6 shots of 10 per battle, can only shoot six large senbon needles from its tail per battle. Can only use the poison bombs once each, making it a total of 3 per battle.
    -It can only shoot one set of Senbons per Turn.

    Description: After releasing a Suiton jutsu, the user does one extra hand seal in order to infuse that Suiton jutsu with Hyouton chakra. This lowers its temperature drastically, reaching -50ºC at its best. Doing so makes the water technique not only more powerful, but also able to fight in equal terms with Yoton jutsus 2 ranks above. The extremely low temperature of the water makes it quite dangerous on contact, inducing severe frostbites. The movement created within the water by the wind chakra and the unbalance between both elements means that the technique doesn't actually freeze solid, but instead only keeps the freezing temperature. The user can also use this basic principle in an additional way. By infusing his Hyouton chakra into ice or a previously used Hyouton jutsu, he can liquefy it at will, producing freezing water. This method doesn't add damage to the ice or the Hyouton technique but does have many uses in both attack and defense.

    Description:
    Said to be forged out of the depths of the underworld, this sword was made out of the strongest metals in the universe and is said to be indestructible along with a chain. This sword was founded by Kenesu's Grandfather during the ninja war and was kept secret and safe until the day he died. Kenesu's Grandfather passed it down to him with his last breath. Over the years the sword was infused with Kenesu's chakra so it can only be recognized by him.

    Ability:
    The sword has the ability to transform into a different form. The sword itself in the first form is a large claymore that takes two hands to carry and is very heavy, powerful when used but slow. The second form of the sword is a much sleeker, faster, less powerful but swift. The transformation happens when Kenesu channels his chakra into the blade and "feed" the blade. The sword then forms into a much sleeker style which is much easier to carry and swing. The sword can also be infused with Raiton chakra to make it more faster stronger and more durable. While infused with Raiton chakra the sword is surrounded by lightning making it hard for the opponent to come close to it. The sword can also blast out an electric wall around the user to protect him (4ft diameter). Once the opponent comes in contact with the electric wall the electricity will damage (temporally) his nervous system making it difficult for him to move at all (defense) The sword is very attached to Kenesu chakra and can vibrate when the sword picks up an unusual amount of static electricity is in the air to warn Kenesu.

When the opponent steps on the pellets they will send off a electrical signal through the air as well as shocking the opponent. These pellets are rather small and are usually unnoticeable to the naked eye. When these pellets go off Kenesu can sense the electrical signal in the air by using his Raiton chakra within him to locate the enemy.

Because simply touching them wouldn't, as seen in the picture you showed me, there are a few smooth sides on each individual scale which would cause no harm. Photon discovered these creatures when he was a nomad trekking across far distant lands. there he found the nests of the Harriers and formed an alliance with them meaning they sware no loyalty to any village just photon alone and who ever he hands the contract down too.

    the identity disc can be infused with different levels of raiton depending on the mastery of the element, because of this it can be used to negate earth style jutsu by the infused disc making contact with the jutsu (can be done by throwing the disc at the jutsu or the opponent slamming the disc into the jutsu) when infused the disc then takes on the level of damage of the corresponding rank of raiton infused in the disc. when the disc is infused with raiton chakra this gives its characteristic glow and gives it several properties, increased penetration as a weapon due to vibrations, and when being used in close combat the disc augments the speed at which you attack with it by stimulating your nervous system.
    Abilities:
    -the Identity Disc is indestructible
    -when infused it takes on the characteristic of a raiton jutsu e.g. weak to wind and strong against earth
    -if any contact at all is made with the disc while its infused the person gets shocked and goes into spasm aswell as being cut if it was a slicing attack (photon does not get shocked as he wields it with a rubber glove)
    -Even at long range the disc is pinpoint accurate and due to the raiton chakra travels through the air extraordinarily fast reaching the target in under a second.
    Restrictions:
    -infusing the disc counts as one of the 3 jutsu per turn
    -can only be rebounded off of 2 objects consecutively any more and it will not have the necessary kinetic energy to keep in flight
    -infused chakra only lasts 3 turns (unless canceled out by a wind jutsu of appropriate rank for the level of infusion)
