    New summon. I looked over everything, but do contact if there is a confusion or issue of sort, as i barely submit customs it'll take me too long resubmit which i find rather inconvenient. It will be much appreciated ^^


    Summoning: Eidolons (Shoukanjuu)
    Scroll Owner: Xylon
    Description: Eidolons are spiritual beings bought summoned by the user. These apparitions are summoned from the city of Valhalla.
    Valhalla (known “as the invisible world”). Myth speaks of Valhalla as the city lost in Time/space. In reality Valhalla resides in between outer world planes and real world. It is a mechanical graveyard, an empty city. The center of the city is huge building, the shrine. The shrine sustains Goddess Etro, the central figure of Eidolons. Her existence keeps the eidolons from leaving to the outer world plains and allowing them to be summoned back to the real world when called.


    When certain individuals succeed in gaining etro’s trust she gifts them with a brand which allows them manipulate the Eidolons. Spiritual beings are useless in physical combat, when calling forth eidolons the user must summon their mediums to possess. These are the bodies made from the mechanical parts spread across valhalla. For every eidolon the user is able to summon the seal changes extending another branch, each branch has transcribed into the body and eidolon itself. Allowing the user to summon them at will since unlike traditional summons the contract is off souls rather then blood. As such besides the fact that reaching valhalla(being in the center of realms) is impossible without time/space ninjutsu, signing a contract is also unnecessary. Etro's brand, manipulates spirits and the user merely summons bodies.

    They usually appear in the shape of armored knights (5x-10x larger than normal humans) often affiliated with a particular element. Not having bodies made of flesh and bones they are resistant to a variety of damage. Though their elemental natures force them to take heavy toll if hit by the opposite element. If the medium breaks apart, the eidolon leaves. Most eidolons, if not all possess an ability to transform shape, the Gestalt. Thus allowing the user to wield or ride them.

    ~I discussed this with Izuna months earlier, as promised i didn't got involved with deities. Etro is irrelevant and will have nothing to do with these summons(they are nothing but walking, talking weapons and armors) it was only to shape their history.
    ~I made sure its plausible, summons are of all sorts. Animals, chimeras and statues. I decided i'd make one with spirits and existence of these has been proved countless times in narutoverse. The eidolon world being in outer planes and all nothing irrelevant details to add a bit to their concept.
    ~Lastly, i made these likely because i wanted advantages. Most conventional methods and defenses against summons shouldn't work giving me an upper hand. Of course these comes with a separate set of weaknesses i wont mention in the description. These are notable, but if it seems overpowered i can explain how certain stuff which can prove to be a huge weakness.

    ±± Declined ±± Sorry but even if inconvinient, you should know fairly well that no extinct, mythical or non existant animal or being can be submitted as a custom summoning contract. I has been said multiple times before. The only thing that is accepted are submissions from old contracts like the Griffon and Dragon contracts that were approved long before this regulation was set into place. Allowing you to summon "spirits" would mean i'd have to allow all other members to submit any mythical or ethereal being they want. For custom summoning contracts we only allow the submission of existing, real, non extinct animals. Don't Resubmit.

    Type: Offensive
    Range: Long
    Chakra cost: 40
    Damage Points: 80
    Description: Afterburner is a step-by-step propulsion technique, allowing the user to travel at MACH1 speed. After successfully activating Wing Blades, the user positions them in a fan like manner behind his back. The swords spin pulling in air and pushing it from behind creating propulsion pushing and pulling the user ahead. Once maximum speed is achieved, the windmill principle creates a high pressured twister behind. Using Fire Release the user then ignites the air to create added thrust dramatically increasing the speed. Once reached MACH1, the users moving body creates a massive shockwave following its route capable of blowing away huge summons and making deep trenches in the ground.
    Note: Usable twice, ends wing blade.
    Note: The user creates an added chakra shield to dampen the damage, being hit by anything enroute can cause serious skeletal damage or even instant death. Regardless of the shield protecting the user, the technique causes 20 damage to the user.
    Alternate: The user can charge the technique without movement and release it in a sudden burst to cover shorter range, more faster more efficiently.

    ±± Declined ±± Sorry but this is ridiculously oped for our current level of restrictions. Also, no more real life speed references. You need to set a comparison to a cannon thing in the Manga to determine your level of speed. Anything too much like EIG or that collides with them is DNR. Anything that makes you move at the same, nearly the same or above the speed of Minato, Lightning Armor, etc are all DNR. We don't even allow Swift Customs anymore.


    Ninja Art: Magnificent Expansion (Ninpo: Sedei Kakuchou)

    Description: The technique expands the size of the users equipment, the expansion is variable to the amount of chakra used. The expanded weapon could be giant for that matter and attack strength and efficiency in usage proportionally increase and decrease respectively.

    ±± Declined ±± Too general. "Range: Variable"? Also, do you require being in touch with the weapon? How exactly does the weapon expand? Is this basically a similar technique to the Transformation technique? What about CWs? Would this be used on them? Limits in size? Giant in Narutoverse can be anything from the Giant Axe/Hammer we saw used by Bee's friend to the size of Gamabunta. This has too many "lose ends". Define it better.


    ~There might be existing techniques for this i haven't looked over. Regardless, those probably wont work the way i'd want to use this technique so i still chose to submit this, hope it isn't a problem.

When the user wants to, he will release all that sand at once to the front or the targeted direction hence unleashing a powerful vortex of sand. The sand gained the momentum to spin at the rate of a vortex while it was fire swirling around the user's arms along with the chakra boost. Vortex are usually right side up but this vortex is perpendicular to the direction of the user's arms.

    Note : Takes a few seconds to prepare

    ~ The purple part makes no sense. Also, and I don't know how many times I have to tell people this, can only be used or taught by is a contradiction -.- If it can be taught, it can be used by other people and if it can be used only be you it cannot be taught. ~

    @Guy beneath me (Gaara) : Nice try but I tried creating a technique similar to that. Izuna told me Kawairi already has a similar technique. I wouldn't mind linking you to where Izuna said it.

    The technique I submitted back in 2011 was called Desert Arena. Anyways, to add to that, I already have a another sand technique called Sprinklers which brings up sand from the ground below to cover the terrain in sand so meh

Diamond (My summon) Will Appear in mid air above me circling . He is Bright blue with yellow stripes on her head and down her body. Diamond Speaclizes in Genjutsu Up to A rank. And can fly at Very high speeds which equals to Sasuke's Hawk. Diamond Wing span is wider and longer then most causing the gust he give off by flapping his wings very strong. strong enough to knock down several trees with just the flap of his wings . This summon is the same size as Sauske Hawk. The next strongest summon to the boss summon Phaze. Diamond can also speak and communicate in english.

    -Only can stay on turn for 4 Turns
    -User Cant Use Genjutsu while bird is in play

    Description: The user will perform a two hand seals Tiger and Serpent. Once done so the user will point to the desired location where they would like to strike. Then they will release a concentrated fire in a stream that is 5m long. Then the user will perform another hand seal boar and the fire stream will turn into a beam, which the velocity, speed, and the penetrating power all increased exponentially, thus reaching it's target faster. If the opponent gets hit, it will pierce them with ease and burn a hole in their body. If it misses but graze their flesh, they will burn the area that it was hit. It has the power to penetrate almost anything. An will explode once it penetrate or hits an object. Magnitude of the explosion would be like the Majestic Anniliahtion. S ranked water jutsu's are able to stop it, however soon as it makes contact it will create steam.

    ±± Declined ±± Too many abilities. Also, i won't approve making you immune to A-Rank fire... And sensing heat, and and and and and and. Keep it reasonable and remove the useless abilities like the fire bit, the boost to speed, etc etc.

    ±± Declined ±± If she is so big, how can you summon her in Short range from you in mid air? O_o Also, i has stated this before. Do you even know how chakra is molded? Its a basic knowledge.

    When you perform a technique two big steps happen:

    -Focus your chakra (willing it to do the technique but gathering it in the correct amount needed)
    -Mold your chakra (you give your chakra the shape and nature you need to achieve the end result. to do this you sometimes might not need hand seals or you might. Handseals work but helping you to mold your chakra)

    Now, knowing this, how can the fact that you are making hand seals mold your summons chakra?

    We allow Genjutsu summons yes, but they need a bit more restrictions. I have a Genjutsu summon but she can only use a custom genjutsu known and usable only by her, not any other. You need to make her have some sort of limitation to use Genjutsu.

    Description: The user will perform the Serpent handseal and cast the genjutsu towards the opponents brain. Once the genjutsu is in play, the opponent will see opposite of what the user is doing. For example, if the user is striking with the right hand, the opponent will see that the user is striking with his left hand. If the user is throwing a projectile towards the user, the opponent will see the projectile coming from an inverted angle. If a jutsu is used there is no effect unless it's at a specific angle. If the attacks are in a linear angle [Straight Line towards the opponent] there are no effects which adds to the comfusion all together.

    Note: May be used twice per battle
    Note: lasts 4 turns unless broken
    Note: Can not use genjutsu while this is in play
    Note: Must skip 2 turns to reuse it
    Note: Can only be taught by -Vision- and allowed to be used by Goku2000

    ±± Declined ±± The idea is cool but its too overpowered as it stands. The way its worded means you can use anything and your enemy will defend in the wrong direction, thus taking the attack completely. Now, taking into account that many attacks are one hit knockouts, this would stand as a one hit knockout which is mostly a DNR. Now, reword it, restrict (in terms of its abilities) and lower the rank. Also, this would be a momentary genjutsu, not one that lasts 4 turns.

    Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versitile the metal has a special propety; the metal is able absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the top of the arm guard in a mass of blueish chakra that powers down through the arm guard and into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the Arm Guard and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.
    Notes:
    -While activated the user cannot perform jutsu that require handseals
    -La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn

    I fixed some spelling and grammar mistakes (which I bolded to make sure that you don't think I changed any of the inner workings of the guard itself). I edited the appearance of "La Muerte" but it still has the same effects and nothing has changed about it's workings. (I just wanted it to look different than my cj for this weapon (El Directo) I also removed the "Can only be used by myself and the no hand seals" restrictions and replaced them with more versatile and fitting restrictions. Also I ranked it down to A rank as the damage points on the weapon is for "La Muerte" and not the weapon itself.

    Removed the smell-based aspect of the genjutsu, reduced overall genjutsu execution time

    ±± Declined ±± i has stated this before. Do you even know how chakra is molded? Its a basic knowledge.

    When you perform a technique two big steps happen:

    -Focus your chakra (willing it to do the technique but gathering it in the correct amount needed)
    -Mold your chakra (you give your chakra the shape and nature you need to achieve the end result. to do this you sometimes might not need hand seals or you might. Handseals work but helping you to mold your chakra)

    Now, knowing this, how can the fact that you are making hand seals mold your summons chakra?

    We allow Genjutsu summons yes, but they need a bit more restrictions. I have a Genjutsu summon but she can only use a custom genjutsu known and usable only by her, not any other. You need to make her have some sort of limitation to use Genjutsu.

Those work by using your lightning chakra to forcefully shape the rocks producing conductive pillars through which more lightning is channeled to the enemy. You failed to explain how these would simply appear from the ground and making this an A-Rank is ridiculous. You know fairly well its a S-Rank. Don't resubmit.

    in V2 form the blade gives a constant pulse of raiton charka this pulse can pierce solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body, you can detect any living thing inside the area. This helps you see what you can’t see, like if your blinded you can use your sword to find your opponent. This constant pulse of raiton chakra is full of waves that connect the 360 degree 20 foot diameter by 20 foot height pulse to the sword, so when a living creature is in side the area the user feels their electrical impulses in their body, thus giving the user an location of where the enemy is These pulse can go through solid objects without causing damage to anyone or anything


    Note: In V1 every pulse counts towards your jutsu limit for that turn
    Note: The pulses in V1 are 10 feet in width and 10 feet in height
    Note: When the white lightning blade is in it's V2 form it is the size of zabuza's Executioner's Blade
    Note: When the white lightning blade is in it's V2 form it can cut Steele
    Note: When in V2 the lightning blades constant pulse has a diameter of 20 feet (short/mid range) and a height of 20 feet
    Note: The white lightning blade cannot send it’s pulses underground in any form
    Note: When the white lightning blade is in its v2 from it can only stay like that for 3 turns, and then it reverts to it's v1 state
    Note: There is a 2 turn cool down after used, meaning if used in v2 sate and you take it out or it reverts back to it's V1 state you have to wait 2 turns before you can use it in V2 form again.

I do not care about the names of some addax nor their womanizing habits, and I fail to see why an S-rank technique can merely go through D-rank barriers. Your whole understanding of range is wrong, as is writing "that of Brank" etc. etc. For god's sake you cannot have a ship of all things, and the ants technique exists already in other forms. Also, just because you're in the ninja world does not mean your summons can be any different from normal. =/ Fix the first description, do not submit the ship =.= again, or the ants. ~

    Description: It was crafted hundreds of years ago by the Air Nomad Monks, the monks of the air temple were peaceful people that lived on a high mountain secluded from the outside world. The staff is a weapon and tool used by the Air Nomads. It is a square-shafted gun, or staff, with the frame made out of an indestructible lightweight metal. Shinobi today may use the staff in conjunction with many of their wind techniques. The staff unfolds into a fan-like glider that can be can used to fly when wind chakra is applied to the staff.

    In short, its a martial arts staff with blue retractable wings, a rounded shaft, and handlebars. There are four wings on the glider: two in the center that provide principle lift, and two at the base that are used for stabilization. The wings fold back into the glider body with a snap. When folded up, the frame of the staff is so well crafted that it can even crack through the hardest of minerals when enough chakra is applied.

    To ride in the glider form, the rider can grasp hold of the two leading spars of the lift wings, and can loop his feet over the leading spars of the stabilizers. A ninja will use their wind chakra to manipulate the air around the glider and provide lift. Without this, it generates very little lift. For offensive and defensive purposes the user can twirl the staff using wind manipulation to create vortex blasts wind as well being able to form protective barriers.

    ~ Firstly, the part I bolded needs to be quantified. Second, the whirlwinds or whatever should count as a move. Thirdly, 1/3 turns makes no sense and can be misinterpreted in many ways. Fourthly, how fast does it go ? And there has to be some note about dodging using the glider. ~

The shield itself drains the energy out of opponent attacks allowing it to perform with more stability.

    ~Declined~ Exactly how big is the reservoir? Exactly how many anacondas erupt from the ground? How big are the anacondas? You need to specify all these things, they are way too vague. Also you can't simply focus fire chakra that way, you need a traveling medium like the earth to send fire through it and heat up the water. Yes there are a few customs out there that create fire out of thin air but that's not how it works.

    Description:The user begins to initiate this technique by performing two handsals and materializing a ponds worth of water-this step is not necessary if there is already a water source present. This suiton based technique that takes the form of a great shark very much like the Five Feeding Sharks or Kisame's Shark Ninjutsu. However the difference with this is that the shark is made of rapidly spinning water, which moves at speeds fast enough to create the appearance of white rapids, giving the entire shark a coloration of white. The user is capable of controlling the direction of the spin. The spinning gives it unparalleled piercing and maiming powers, allowing it to demolish defensive techniques and deal a great amount of damage. The shark's size is about twice the size of the average Great White Shark. After making contact with a solid object or barrier the shark shall spin for a few seconds, at which point the technique will detonate with a powerful force equivalent to Deidara's C2 clay, sending water flying for twenty meters at speeds fast enough to slice through flesh.

    Description: The user alters their stance to hold their arm behind them while pushing their fire chakra into it while also drawing on the surrounding heat giving it a faint golden and orange glow and the slight outline of a claw. After the jutsu is primed the user will swing their arm in an upward fashion cleaving the ground next to them before expeling a wave of fire, they will then swing again at any angle of their choice and expel the rest of the built up fire chakra in a second wave of fire. The waves of flame are 10 feet wide that travels out to the edge of Mid range before fading into embers. If used on the ground the fire will cleave and gash the earth as it goes along. As it cleaves the ground it breaks apart the earth tossing around smaller rocks and minerals and other debris making it even harder to escape unscathed. Because of this, it makes it seem as if the waves of fire are "exploding" outwards, as shredded crystal minerals formed from the rapid heating of the earth fly towards an opponent. After the fire passes over the earth, it leaves glowing red gashes and cracks in the earth from the intense heat making it impossible to grow plants in those areas of the earth.

    Note: -Any doujutsu user can read the movements clearly but naked eyes will have small troubles.
    -Only kenjutsu specialist can perform this technique.
    -After using the technique, it leaves user fatigue and because of using such high level technique, the user's hand gets numb for a turn, disabling him to perform any handseals.

The size of the opening is decided by the user and by the amount of chakra he puts into the jutsu, though the largest oppening can only be 12m wide.
