    the identity disc can be infused with different levels of raiton depending on the mastery of the element, because of this it can be used to negate earth style jutsu by the infused disc making contact with the jutsu (can be done by throwing the disc at the jutsu or the opponent slamming the disc into the jutsu) when infused the disc then takes on the level of damage of the corresponding rank of raiton infused in the disc. when the disc is infused with raiton chakra this gives its characteristic glow and gives it several properties, increased penetration as a weapon due to vibrations, and when being used in close combat the disc augments the speed at which you attack with it by stimulating your nervous system.
    Abilities:
    -the Identity Disc is indestructible

It cannot intercept swift users, EIG users, Sage Mode users or any other speed enhancing modes/techniques that would grant the opponent those levels of speed or speed that's above the user.     So that the speed of my style is clear, heres the restriction that scorps added to Jeet Kune Do a while back.

    User of this style gains 3x the ability to read through enemy taijutsu and movement, capable of reacting with enourmous speed when compared to an average Strong Fist user. This, however, doesn't refer to running speed which suffers no differance and in essence the movement speed of the users body is only slightly above that of a normal Strong Fist user. However, coupled with the increased reaction time it makes the user capable of defending against most moves of Strong Fist with ease.

    Because I accidentally edited my post after you did when I was trying to resubmit my intercepting palm and screwed up by deleting half of my post, I need you to re-approved this.

What makes this so special is that him being made of earth release, he can use Jeet Kune Do in a more stronger advanced style, using the earth release chakra for making strong yet quick strikes that can easily break bones due to the force of impact and his rock like structure. He can reform instantly when struck so long as he is standing on an earth source unless the earth chakra is negated which would cancel the technique.

    Description: The user will make two handseals (Tiger - Boar) and summon "Scarlet" onto their shoulder. Scarlet is a small very kind and friendly snake that's about the size of a human hand, she has a fire affinity, but due to her size she doesn't have much chakra and can only perform C rank fire jutsus that don't require seals. She can speak, and her voice however is soft and quiet, the opposite of what you would expect from a snake. She's usually used for relaying information. She has an actual more useful ability however, which is that due to her fire affinity, she can bite the user, and send her fire chakra through her fangs as if it were venom, and constantly inject the user with fire chakra, increasing their fire jutsu by +10 for a short amount of time. Her bite causes slight pain for that turn only, before it settles, it's only painful enough to break B rank genjutsu in the turn bitten.

    Note: The increase to fire jutsu lasts for 4 turns.
    Note: Scarlet stays on the field for 5 turns.
    Note: The fire ability can only be used once per battle.
    Note: Scarlet can be summoned only once per battle.

    Description: The user will slam his hands on the ground, having an extremely condensed/compressed/steel like quality erupt from the ground that will resemble of a giant arm, resembling Gedo Mazo's right arm. That means it is the same size as Gedo Mazo's right arm. The arm has a fair amount of brute strength, being able to tear off flesh respectively and sharp nails that allows him to go through most of the techniques. This arm was passed down from the Sage of the 6th Path to newer generations in order to provide protection from the Gedo Mazo. The user may take defensive purposes as having this arm erupt right underneath him and close its hand, having the hand to protect him and make a counterattack of having this arm punch the opponent with the user inside the closed hand. It may take offensive measures as having the arm crush the opponent. If the hand closes, it is airtight inside. To make it clear, the user may freely control the hand's path and the hand/fingers on the arm. If the hand isn't destroyed yet, it may stay for 2 turns on the battlefield, then the hand goes back into the hole where it erupted from.

    Description: by adding extra fire or eath chakra when performing/preparing a lava style jutsu the viscosity of the lava produced can be changed. if viscosity is decreased by adding more fire chakra the lava will flow more quickly because it is less dense however the concussive power behind it will be lessened due to the loss of density. the opposite will happen if more earth chakra is kneaded in because the earth will be melted less and as a result thicker.

    Note: when used while preparing a tech it doesn't count as one of your 3 jutsu as it is a choice you make when using the lava jutsu not a separate jutsu.
    Note: if used to change the viscosity after the tech is performed it does count as one of your three jutsu per turn
    Note: if viscosity is increased then due to the added amount of earth chakra the lava jutsu will gain a plus one rank advantage to jutsu's that rely on releasing the concussive power to be effective (like many defensive earth jutsu) at the trade off of moving more slowly
    Note: if you add more fire chakra the lava will be much hotter and move much more quickly but will be weak (lose one rank) against jutsu that rely on cancelling out concussive power

    ( Honō no renkinjutsu-shi tebukuro, The Flame Alchemist Gloves | 炎の錬金術師手袋 )

    Description: The flame alchemist gloves are remarkably powerful fire-based weapon's. This unique style is possible due to many factor's leading to creating such power. The gloves are made of "pyrotex/ignition cloth", a fabric that is not affected by any sort heat or fire. Embroidered with unique flame chakra Transmutation Seal's, these gloves create a spark when the user rubs his fingers together and allow him to manipulate the concentration of oxygen in the air surrounding his target, raising its density to a level at which it becomes a volatile and flammable oxidizer, and creating narrow pathways of oxygen through which he can direct the ensuing flame that blossoms from the spark. The 'snap' sound is caused by the instantaneous speed at which the highly concentrated gases and sparks react together and pop (not the users fingers actually 'snapping', to common belief.)

    While the Flame Alchemist Gloves cannot be used on rainy days because the humidity makes it impossible for his gloves to produce sparks, it becomes clear that water itself does not make the gloves entirely "useless". Using the transmutation fire seals on the gloves, the user is able to separate hydrogen atoms from the oxygen atoms in water molecules, isolating them into a highly combustible fuel and powerfully volatile oxidizer, respectively. Though this method can only be used when a large quantity of water is present in a relatively closed-off space (and not in the rain where the air is open and separating hydrogen and oxygen for the purpose of combustion would pose far too much danger to anyone in the vicinity), with an outside source of ignition such as a cigarette lighter or a match, the user could produce extremely powerful, localized explosions.

    The user is also able to delegate each hand to a different flame effect, possibly due to a difference in hand dexterity. The right hand appears to allow for large explosive attacks, while the left allows for smaller, but strong and very accurate pinpoint flame attacks.

    ♦ The seal's are charged for seven usage turn's total, which can be used throughout any time in the battle.

    I fixed some spelling and grammar mistakes (which I bolded to make sure that you don't think I changed any of the inner workings of the guard itself). I edited the appearance of "La Muerte" but it still has the same effects and nothing has changed about it's workings. (I just wanted it to look different than my cj for this weapon (El Directo) I also removed the "Can only be used by myself and the no hand seals" restrictions and replaced them with more versatile and fitting restrictions. Also I ranked it down to A rank as the damage points on the weapon is for "La Muerte" and not the weapon itself.

    Knocked it back up to S rank since that was the only problem with the submission. Also I thought as long as a weapon didn't say "Can only be used by so and so" you could let others use it regardless of rank as the rule counts toward CJ and not CW but meh.
    ~Declined~ Restricting yourself from using Forbidden-ranked jutsu doesn't do much at all. This already lasts six turns and has little to no true restrictions.

    ~ In all of these techniques you've shown a stunning lack of comprehension of CJ submission. I do not care about the names of some addax nor their womanizing habits, and I fail to see why an S-rank technique can merely go through D-rank barriers. Your whole understanding of range is wrong, as is writing "that of Brank" etc. etc. For god's sake you cannot have a ship of all things, and the ants technique exists already in other forms. Also, just because you're in the ninja world does not mean your summons can be any different from normal. =/ Fix the first description, do not submit the ship =.= again, or the ants. ~
    I gave the addax names to make them appealing and the main use of these was for traveling in the ninja world and the D rank tech is just for laughs.

    Description: the user pours his fire and earth chakra into the ground and turns a large portion of the earth into thick, scorching hot lava (if there is already a lava source this part of the jutsu isn't neccesary). the user than shapes this lava into the shape of a massive dragon that rises out of the lava and speeds toward the enemy. this dragoncan also shoot large C-rank bullets of lava out of its mouth
    Note: jutsu is slightly bigger than water dragon bullet technique
    Note: obviously the bullets count as one of the 3 jutsu per turn

Making a giant Samuria, as tall as Manada appear but when the sumuria appears it cant move until the user add's 50% of their chakra to it. When the chakra is added to the Samuria, he comes alive. And then the user becomes unmoveable since it takes a great amount of concentration to control the samuria and make it do what the user wants. The Samuria comes with one katana to side, and he is able of using C- rank Earth justu
    - No Earth Justu for the rest of the match
    - If samuria Statue is broken takes user 1 turn to regain movement
    - User can only user C-rank justu, after Samuria statue is used

The corrosion of the victims hands and feet spreads up their arms and legs and onto their body. Once the corrosion of this technique has spread to the entire body from the neck down, the world around the victim will become a dark mist of bloody crimson and the Death God will appear before the victim and place his hand on the their head. The victim will feel as if the soul from his head is being pulled out and the corrosion of the rest of his body from the neck up will occur.
    ~This technique lasts 4 turns unless broken. During the first turn the corrosion of the hands and feet will occur, the second turn the victims arms and legs will be immobilized completely due to the corosion. The third turn takes care of the body and the neck and the fourth turn the Shinigami appears and finishes the process with victim causing the corrosion to spread onwards up the neck to their head.

    Description: The user, after producing sound waves, will move one of their hands in such away that it appears as if they are decreasing or increasing the sound of a speaker (Clockwise to increase; Counterclockwise to decrease). Doing this allows the user to change the decibel of any sound waves produced so that it becomes either extremely loud and deafens the opponent or extremely soft to where the target could no longer hear it. Increasing the sound can cause the opponent's eardrums to blow, causing extreme pain and deafness.

    Description : Nagai Rosuto in its current state is a pair of chakra-metal katanas that are capable of fusing together into a single katana. Long ago, Nagai Rosuto was split into half, hence two incomplete katanas and then re-molded into two complete katanas. The katanas were distributed to different people and as time passed, they soon found themselves with the same wielder, Gondar. Gondar has discovered that by placing them nearby and channeling the same user chakra into it, they were capable of fusing into a single katana. The fused Nagai Rosuto was twice as strong as before and had a larger chakra capacity. Thanks to its improved strength and larger chakra capacity, samurai techniques gain a single rank increase. In order to defuse Nagai Rosuto, the user has to channel his or her chakra into it and pull the chakra apart, making two portions of chakra within and the de-fusion is done.

    ~Declined~ I will not allow a single rank increase for all samurai techniques. In your re-submission please think of something out of the box or I will be forced to DNR it. As it stands, its just another sword that boosts something which we have thousands of.

    Description : With this technique, the user can instead create a gigantic wall of flames behind the target of the user's liking. To perform this technique, the user will have to perform a single handseal and charge the fire chakra behind the enemy. As that is done, the user holds his hands out and pulls back, as if pulling a rope. The gigantic wall of flames than crashes towards the front like a tidal wave, burning and killing anyone who dares stands within its vicinity. Just like the name implies, it doesn't travel forward but backwards. It can also be used to just shield the user after being created.

    (Must be taught by Gondar)
    (Can only be used three times per battle)
    (The user will suffer the same consequences if used just short-range and directed towards the user)
    ~Declined~ Fire style does not work that way. You need some way for the fire to actually travel towards your target not fire chakra itself. You are confusing fire chakra to earth and wind chakra that can be manipulated away from the user.
