    Description:
    A special sword found by Wonderweiss, The Tsuba is in a tear-drop shape, with the base of the drop arcing over the top of the blade, and the point of the drop pointing below the cutting edge. A row of several tiny tear-drop shaped holes decorates the bottom of the curve, and a small ring, approximately 2" in diameter, dangles off the tip of the tear-drop. The ring itself plays a vital role in the activation of Bankai. The Bankai technique wich is an S rank caliber technique works by having the user hold the sword in his right hand, and places his left palm against the ring on his cross guard. The ring begins to spin as it releases massive amounts of chakra. As it spins faster, the circle grows bigger and bigger until it's large enough to surround his body. The ring then splits into ten other glowing rings, of similar size, that encircle the user. With a slash of his sword, the circles go flying outwards and form a circular perimeter over a large area around the user and the opponent. Once in position, the ten rings begin to generate a chakra infused black void that grows in size until it creates a large black dome having the people in range trapped inside including the user it is anchored to the ground with the ten rings, the domes shape isn't like shown in the image, it can addapt to the ground like regular dome, instead of like a baloon like shown in the image below. The dome can't be destroyed by A rank or lower elemental techniques, unless they destroy 1 of the rings wich is hard to do, due to the darkness wich practicly blinds the target, a dojutsu or sensing user won't have trouble finding the opponent. Designed by Wonderweiss to take advantage of his Byakugan. If a non Byakugan or non-sensory user where to activate the special Ability they would leave themselfs wide open for incoming attacks, not being able to locate the opponent inside the dome since it is very Dark in there.

    - Can only be weilded by Wonderweiss and those who he may Allow.
    - Bankai Technique (Special Technqiue) Can only be used 1 Per Fight.
    - Only users of Suzumushi can use the Special Technique.
    - The Special Technique (Bankai) counts towards 1 of the 3 moves per Turn.
    - Bankai (Special Technique) Lasts for 4 turns before the rings stop functioning and dome vanishes.

    The user slams his has on the ground channling a good amount of Earth chakra into it, wich heads towards the ground under the opponent and the radius of 5 feet around the opponent towards the edge of the circle, the earth under him and inside the radius begins to move more underground leaving only the thin layer of earth on where the opponent is standing and the 5 radius circle around him, the person won't notest this is happening underground unless being a sensor or dojutsu user, when ready the user may perform the ram hand seal, and the layer will break, making the opponent fall into the pit of 10 meters deep.

    Incase the radius wasn't understood:

    - Must wait untill the next turn to perform the hand seal and make the opponent fall.
    - Usable 3 times per battle.
    - Usable by Wonderweiss and those who he may allow.

    The user claps his hands together channeling the needed raiton chakra into his palms and then extends his arms towards the sides, creating a green-glowing lightning lance that has a big amount of compressed lightning chakra in it, that is then thrown at the opponent at a decent speed where it can be seen coming, and when in contact with any solid surface the compressed lightning is released and creates a huge lightning explosion covering a wide area.

    - May only be used 2 time per fight.
    - Must wait 3 turns before using Again.
    - Must have mastered Lightning.
    - May only be used by Wonderweiss and those who he may allow.

    Description: The Stoner, is a stone made staff, with some of the Earths strongest rock materials, while the staff is exceptionally light for greater mobility. The user inserts chakra into the staff, to access the staffs special abilities. Special abilities consist of "Staff protection", where if the user is occupied or needs a last second defense, the staff can grow/change into different shapes to shield and protect the user. The second special ability is "Earths communication", where the user sends chakra into the Stoner staff and then certain amounts of chakra is released from the staff itself into the air then directly into ground, the earth itself can then communicate with the staff which inserts chakra waves into the user informing the user on whats going on around them, to heightened their awareness.
    -"Staff Protection" defenses protect up to A rank attacks.
    -"Earths communications" isn't a chakra sensing ability, the users chakra that is sent into the Earth by the staff becomes "one" and reads vibrations made by things on the ground, also wind vibrations, touching any surrounding tree's due to the tree's being rooted from under the ground.

The lightning dome will then start shooting out lightning arrows in a 360 angle (front,back, and sides) at very fast pace. They are similar to chidori senbons but slightly bigger in the shape of arrows. Once the arrows start to shoot off, the dome starts to deform due to the lightning arrows using the lightning from the dome to form and Shoot off

It was said to be a forbidden black smith material back in the day. Nether the less. It could infuse The Scorch KG. Since the sword could hold the extreme heat of a SCORCH KG, they had to make a holster that could stand the extreme heat. The Holster is white with Silver lines down the middle. The holster can be equipped on the side of the person. This blade is special because of how it can be used. The User will Draw his blade out real fast. Causing the Heat inside the Holster to rush out Due to the Heat from both the holster and sword being compact. (In a tight spot. causing the heat to just gather up). Causing Massive heat waves. Hot enough to Drain A rank Water and Below. The Heat Wave can only Be used in Short range though. But thats not the jist of it. This Sword is coated with Scorch Causing Heat waves to be around it. Making it Extremely hot.. This Sword Can Even Block S rank Water Due to the massive Heatwaves . Once This sword evaporate the Water into Steam. It will attract the steam to the sword and infuse the steam into the sword. Causing the sword to increase its Range.. The Steam will Come towards the blade somewhat like a magnet. The Sword can Only Reform The Size Twice. Growing about half the size of itself everytime it absorbs the steam. Once absorbed 2times. the sword is double its Height. But the heatwaves are no longer Active. Still Infused with Scorch it Can still cut the opponent having the same affect as the scorch sun. The sword can not be wield by nobody other then Scorch KG users or their water will be evaported from their body.

    -Can Only Use the Heatwaves to Absorb Steam Twice. And The heatwaves from the Holster Withdraw once. Giving it a total of 3 times it can be used

    Description : The user will concentrate his wind chakra around his opponent and form a rotating ring of wind on the ground, not visible to the naked eye unless the opponent directly looks at it and not through peripheral vision. Reason being is because the wind ring is extremely thin and can be barely seen unless looked directly at. The user sways their hand upwards and the ring of wind rises upwards, forming a hurricane pillar of wind, which is visible unlike the ring. Just like any hurricane, the opponent within will be sent flying into the sky and any others outside the hurricane, short-range will be sucked in. The hurricane pillar of wind is only big enough to fit three people, including the target. As that is done, a tornado from the skies will drop into the pillar hurricane and onto whomever is inside, drilling the opponent back into the ground. Fire techniques used from within the hurricane pillar will just be taken in by the hurricane thus turning into a blazing hurricane pillar as the wind currents won't allow the fire technique a chance to collide against the hurricane walls and instead, changes it's course of direction to fuse together. The previous sentence is based on Izuna Uchiha's logic on fire and wind combinations.

At the same time, the mud by the opponent's sides, short-range radius, rises up like waves and gushes into the opponent. The user will then manipulate the texture of the earth via his earth chakra back into its solid, firm form once the muddy waves fills the crater. The area will look as if nothing happened after everything is completed.

    Description: Hebi No O(Short version:Hebi) was after Dei Dei made is stretchable scarf. He made this sword whip out of the same material just more stronger. Hebi is a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

    -Mid range is the limit it can reach
    -It can be used three times back to back when it is stretched out. After the third use it has to retract to recover for one turn.

    Description: During Solf j. Kimblee's time trying to find a perfect fighting style, he started thinking of another unique weapon no one has just like his Chakra Bearers and Snake Tail. He has finally got tired of his Snake Tail and started think of something that is small. He came up with a chakra metal weapon that can block and attack. He made a stinger like blade on his middle right finger and gauntlet that has a small chain link to the stinger like blade. The blade is twice as long as Solf's normal length of his middle finger. Solf can use his stinger like blade and gauntlet to block incoming attacks like kunias, shurikens, needles, swords, scythes, and daggers. Solf can channel chakra through the blade and gauntlet and point at the opponent. Once pointed at the opponent, the pointed is placed into an illuision where he/she see Solf running at he/she and brings the blade backwards and releases a slash towards the opponent. In reality, the opponent is paraylsis. This is one of the abilities of Suzeumebachi(Suze). The next and final ability of Suze is that it can be used in a way to seal things into it. Suze has a three special seals on it that allows the user to use them as a way to seal in elements. The user points their stinger like blade at whatever the element they want to seal and release chakra out in the shape of a butterfly which is called Hornet's Crest. The butterfly shape absorbs the chakra and the stinger like blade absorbs the butterfly and it travels back into the gauntlet where one of the three seals are and appears in the same shape as the Hornet's Crest.
    -The genjutsu counts as one of the three moves per turn
    -The sealing jutsu that Suze uses is ( Ho/Mizu/Kaze/Tsuchi/Rai Houin ) - Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method but Suze uses it in a dfferent way which is without the scrolls but +10 chakra to use the sealing.

    Doton: Similar to the 'Earth Spear Technique', the user will channel his/her earth chakra throughout the expanded limb(s) and or body part(s) and harden it to a steel-like quality for enhanced blunt force.     ±± Declined ±± Ok, the elemental projectile parts has a problem because the end result is something that has been done countless times before for each element and that in essence escapes the true essence of an akimichi. I understand coating your expanded limbs in elemental chakra to boost your melee attack as that is the essence of an akimichi bio. However, shooting elemental projectiles isn't and its similar to many thing already made. Also, the part i bolded would go against the time frame rule. And, you should put the damage as an addition to the melee damage your core technique (the one in which you apply this) already has. Basically, you need to make this give you "+XX" damage to the taijutsu/akimichi techniques afterwards.

    I would really love to get this approved so that I am able to use my akimichi clan techniques more often without fearing the elements so if there is anything I can do to get it approved, please feel free to edit it yourself or let me know what I can do myself, thank you

    (Fūton: Okami Sono Sora) - Wind Release: Emperor Of The Skies

    Description: Similar to Temari's "Wind Ryder Technique" although with an offensive twist, the user will release his wind chakra outwards and manipulate the air currents beneath his war-fan, or any other fan big enough to be ridden on. He will then jump onto the war-fan as he rides it like a surfboard and is able to go airborne at fairly fast speeds like any traveling wind technique at its peak traveling speed. If the user wishes, he can utilize the war-fan while it is strapped to his back to initiate flight similar to how a kite is flown, however with the user attached to the bottom of it. At any time, the user can jump off his war-fan and utilize his momentum to grab the war-fan once again and deliver a powerful swing that releases a sharp cutting edge gust of wind with a wide spread from the concentrated air currents that were previously coating the fan.

    ±± Declined ±± As you said, this is very similar to a cannon technique. However, that is not my main issue with it. The main issue is the double use you have for it. Using this to fly and then if you want still with just one move produce an attack is not gonna fly. If you make this so you can fly for brief amounts of time and in linear fashion with little control, i'd accept. However like this i feel its almost "cheating" (pardon the word choice) the 3 moves per turn rule.

    I would like to apologize in advance if this is way too similar to temaris technique but I simply wanted to try and add an offensive and versatile twist to it and be able to use it with my fan CW without having to create a temari biography to utilize that unique technique. Once again, thank you for taking the time to read my application ^_^

Thrice per battle, Sultan can release a large amount of his lightning chakra into the ground below and cause several spikes of lightning to emerge from everywhere in the battlefield (long range) or just specific points he wishes them to emerge from. These spikes of lightning are considered A-ranked and can only be used thrice per battle. These spikes can be used to pierce opponents who may be hidden underground or just harm opponents who are on surface, the spikes can go upwards into the air to a maximum of 5 meters before coming to a halt. Upon hitting it's target the lightnign spikes pierce and numb the area they've pierced making them very deadly. Like all other olms, he has hearing capabilities equal to that of someone who has the C-rank sound jutsu activated and smell equivalent to that of a dog from the Inuzuka clan. Sultan can speak perfect English, allowing him to communicate with his summoner. He also knows a bit of Kurdish since he was taught by Kerrah, another signer of the contract whom Sultan gets along with.

Atlantia is capable of using all suiton jutsu A rank and below, and is also capable of freely manipulating the water summoned from Kodai to create A or S ranked constructs, this of course counts as a jutsu. Atlantia is also capable of creating a forbidden ranked exoskeleton of water to surround her, the water being a exact replica of her, except enlarged. The exoskeleton of water can be as large as, if not larger, than gamabunta, and responds solely to Atlantia's will. Atlantia is incapable of flying through the air, however she can gain small periods of hang time by launching in and out of the water. Atlantia is capable of speaking fluent english, japanese, and greek.

Krieg is capable of using all lightning jutsu S rank and below without the need of hand-seals.Blitz Krieg is capable of speak perfect English and Japanese, he is both energetic and aggressive.

The protein toxins on the stingers force the muscles in the opponents body to tense, resulting in severe and painful cramping as the enzymes ravage the cells in the impacted area, causing them to "die". A few (three or so) stingers are capable of incapacitating half a limb and any organs contained within the period of two turns. This can alternatively be used by a Ray, however they simply spew the volley of stingers without the need for prior movements. If used by a Kodai boss, the stingers will be the size of a shortsword.

    Description: Mikadzuki created long ago possibly by the one who made the legendary Seven Swordsmen of the Mist’s swords. Mikadzuki is as long as the longest katanas and as light as a short sword. It has the ability to store the user’s water chakra for a long time and allow him to use it later. This chakra is extremely compressed and the maximum amount is enough to create a bigger lake. Because of this anyone who wants to hold Mikadzuki feels like he have to hold a lake in his hands, making it impossible to use the sword. Mikadzuki also has the ability to create A-ranked water waves and release A-ranked water needles, if the user swings it in an arc. It is also releases a small amount of water if the opponent blocks or hits the sword. Making the enemies clothes wet makes them more vulnerable to lightning based attacks. Mikadzuki can hold other chakra natures too, but for only 1 attack. The special attacks can be used in conjunction with lightning and wind chakras, making them even stronger. A charged Mikadzuki can be used as a base of a water jutsu, allowing the user to use water jutsus without a water source.

When entering the mode the use takes on inherent physical features of a hawk. The user gains oval red pigmentation from the tip of their nose and stretching back to the temple and the colour of their eyes turns yellow. Their head hair extends past down the full length of their back ending by their knees. Their hair also extends from the shoulders into two other sections where the user channels their enhanced wind chakra creating wings allowing the user to gain flight. The wings have a thin layer of wind chakra thats ehanced with Sage chakra to protect the wings making them fire resistant. This thin coating also runs down to the bottom of the extended hair and making the bottom into a tail feather resemblance of hawks for flight. Their forearms and legs are also banded with yellowish rings reminisant of those found upon the legs of hawks and their nails extend into talons however not hindering the users capability to formulate hand seals. The inherent abilities of this mode are that the user gains heightened eyesight allowing them to magnify small objects at their will from long distances and allowing one to see more things than a regular human could notice. They have general abilities of the sage mode in that their speed, power tajiutsu and ninjutsu are increased aswell as the ability to passively sense chakra in the duration of the modes activation.

The user has full control of these creatures and can command them to explode or even retreat and abort the attack.

The user gains new muscles in the wings that link to their back, giving them the ability to fly. Lastly, the users head takes the form of a swift, grating the user enhanced eye sight and a sharp beak. This transformation gives the user speeds matching the second gate, and this speed boost gained from the transformation lasts the 5 turns this mode is active. The transformation takes the duration of 1 jutsu to complete before the user can begin to move with their new body.

By doing this he will disrupt the Flow of chakra in the ground/water thus making it impossible to mold chakra within the ground/water and stopping any jutsu connected to the area while the jutsu is active. As long as the jutsu is activated no jutsu can be formed from the ground or water he stands on due to my chakra continuously pulsing through the ground and disrupting others chakra.
    Example of use: If I'm standing on a body of water and I see someone forming water dragons, I could use this to disrupt the flow of chakra in the water thus stopping the technique from being used.

Once that is done the Hyuga member then is able to fuse the chakra with his entire body thus giving him a bluish, ghostly look. In this form the hyuga member is unable to receive or deal physical damage due too his body not having a physical form but instead being pure chakra(somewhat like how biju are masses of chakra),therefore he can't get burned, crushed nor shocked, though they can still damage the opponents chakra network and close tenketsu. It is noted that in this form the user can fly to a certain extent, though if he flies over 20 feet high he'll lose concentration and release the technique. The biggest weakness to this jutsu is chakra absorption techniques, say preta path absorbs half of my body while in chakra form, I'll be able to reform but once I take my physical form again I'll only have half of my chakra left inside me.

    - Last 3 turns after activation
    - Can only be used once per battle
    - No element jutsu can be used while in this form
    - Can only use Ninjutsu and Genjutsu up to A-rank when in this form
    - Due to the stress on the body from the body/chakra fusion, the byakugan will automatically shut off for 2 turns once the jutsu is finished

    -Must wield Lantern(the cane)
    -No raiton techniques in the same turn.

    Description:* The user while in the air will Perform five hand seals and cause his shadow to transform into wings by adding the shadow of nearby objects to itself(non-human) and sprout wings in it's back thus allowing the user to fly.
    -Usable Twice in a battle.
    -Lasts three even if the user lands.
    -No shadow techniques in the following turn.
    -Must have mastered Nara Clan techniques
    -Usable by mangekyo byakugan and those who he teaches it to.
