Jack is also able to communicate with his summoner because their minds are linked with each other once Jack is summoned.

If need be, user can bend and twist the water of tsunamis around him when endangered in order to avoid all harm. As a forbidden jutsu it takes quite a toll on user's body.
    *Although it takes mastery of water element to perform it, this jutsu does not seem sated by that fact and drains a part of water from user's body therefore causing a slight shock to it thus leaving user unable to perform any water styled jutsu above A-rank for next two turns. Also, it leaves user's body in weakened state making him unable to perform taijutsu techniques above B rank for the rest of the fight.

Gathering ones energy at the start causes the surrounding earth to crumble, falling apart as its vibrating massively due to the lightning and energy that surrounds the user. This technique can take out large areas similar to Fire Release: Blaze Ball.

    Note: Can only be used twice per match
    Note: User must wait 3 turns before using again
    Note: Holding the energy in place for an extra turn allows to gather more energy to reach Forbidden rank.

    Description: the Rebellion sword is made out of a special metal that is able to use the user's fire chakra , it has a large white blade with a silver skull shaped handle ,it's worn on the user's back like Kakashi's sword when he was young , when the user channels his fire chakra into the blade, a fire Aura surrounds the white blade making the sword more lighter and enhancing the user with faster reactions and turning the blades color into bloody red, as long as the user is wielding the blade he can perform any fire technique with the use of only a single handseal, also by adding the +30 fire chakra of the user to the blade , the blade can block fire techniques up to A-rank negating the fire and absorbing it but still receives a certain amount of damage from the attack.
    Note: Cannot be used without mastering the fire element.
    Note: User takes -10 damage when absorbing a fire technique.
    Note: Can only block fire techniques 3 times per battle.

    Description: This is a Fire related technique used through the usage of Rebellion the great fire sword, similar to the slicing crimson wave technique but much more powerful, the user concentrates a large deal of fire chakra into Rebellion enveloping it in chakra as he charges more and more chakra in the blade while moving his blade to his back and maintaining a semi crouching position with the katana behind his back while the user holding his blade reverse grip stance, after the user is done charging the chakra into the blade he thrusts the blade forward dealing 3 diagonal slashes in front of him while the user is still holding the blade in the same way, releasing 3 condensed fire "shockwaves" towards the opponent's direction cutting through the ground as it reaches for his direction or released into the air, this can be used to attack multiple enemies at once or just a single opponent delivering a single fire shockwave with it's full power towards the opponent, the fire shockwaves can also be released into the air, basically whichever the user makes the slashes with Rebellion

The user is able to sense chakra and his/her chakra is increased by half the original user's chakra, the user releases the chakra that forms a cloak around the user, the cloak looks like a regular cat. The user can use the chakra to lengthen the user’s range of taijutsu.

    Description: This is a technique exclusive to Cats or to the signer of the Cat's contract when entering the "Neko Mōdo | Cat Mode" or "(Neko Mōdo Tsugi Ni) | Cat Mode Stage Two" by utilizing the Cat's naturally granted senses, The user of this technique utilizes his chakra to enhance the user's senses of hearing and sight, as the Cats have already very keen senses of hearing the faintest voices and hearing high pitched noises that normal humans cannot hear, like the faint noises the mice release which allows the cat to pinpoint it's exact location, and allows the user to see in near darkness state or in a Heavy mist surrounding like field thanks to the Cat eyes that he gains when he utilizes either of the Cat Modes, This technique also slightly increase the user's sense of smell due to the Cat's naturally high sense of smell that's above the human levels, however not to the level of the Inuzuka clan's sense of smell, the last advantage of this technique is that it increases the size of the user's claws, making them long, Sharp and retractable claws in his hands, and the Cat summons in all of their paws, As said before this technique is useable by any Cat summon or the user while he's under the influence of the "Neko Mōdo | Cat Mode" or "(Neko Mōdo Tsugi Ni) | Cat Mode Stage Two"

Then the user throws the wind ball at the opponent and compresses the wind inside the ball creating a large tearing explosion that can blast the opponent to pieces or give severe cuts that make the opponent gash blood. The ball moves very fast due to the wind elements speed. And the explosion is very large stretching into midrange to the left and right

They then release a cloak of chakra all over their body that goes away after a second and their will to win and pride gives allows them to react a bit faster and gives a boost of +5 to elemental techniques

    Note: Effects last five turns then needs 3 turn cool down before being used again
    Note: can only be taight by goku2000

    NOTE: the "cloak of chakra" serves no purpose other than just to look cool and is nothing like the kyuubi cloak which is why i said it goes away after a second. Also if needed take out the react faster part

The same is true for Raiton jutsu as well by charging the ions the user increases or decreases the speed of incoming jutsu used from the caster and opponent respectively.

    Description : After bringing one's palms together, the user releases wind chakra from all parts of his/her body and creates a spinning ball of wind around him/herself. This ball enables the user to ascend to about 12ft. in air. It is used to evade techniques that require contact with the ground to work successfully.
    -It is able to repel C rank water&lightning techs and lower. Due to it's spinning effect, it can also slice C rank and lower earth techs shot at it.
    -If a wind technique of a higher rank(B,A,S or F) is fired at it, it's rank increases by one rank, increasing its power to repel water, lightning&earth techs of it's new rank.
    -It is however weak to fire techs of it's rank and those above it.
    -It can only be used by Ace Uchiha and those he teaches it to.

    Description : After spreading chakra around the opponent from where he/she(the opponent) stands up to a 4-6 metre radius, the user prepares a rock needle trap that is triggered by pressure on the ground. The needles will fire from the ground rapidly, piercing the opponent in all parts of their body from all angles, inflicting more damage. When the opponent puts pressure on the ground by trying to run, jump, walk or use techniques that involve contact with the earth or that will disturb the earth, the needles will be triggered.
    -Usable only 3 times.
    -Techniques that disturb the Earth can be used by the opponent as far as they are not in the user's chakra radius.
    -Can only be used by Ace Uchiha and those he teaches it to.
    ~Declined~ You do know that with the range this technique is at and the radius you gave it, it would also harm you? Lastly, 6 meters would be within the medium range mark so you need to fix the range issues.

Because of the large amount of punching force needed to complete this Jutsu, the user’s hand will break, preventing them from using hand seals or fighting with that hand. On top of that the user will strain their chakra making it so they can’t use powerful techniques for a while because of that, this jutsu is considered to be a double edged sword. If an opponent is under ground, they will take extra damage.
    Note:

    -Due to his metal beak, lightning attacks up to A aimed for me automatically travel towards his beak and he absorbs them. Same goes for my lightning jutsus to my opponent
    -If struck by his metal talons it causes 40 damage
    -Is able to use lightning jutsus up to A rank.
    -Isnt effected by any D rank attacks or shuriken
    -Monk must take 100 damage to die

    Restrictions
    ~Can only be summoned once per battle

    ~He is a very angry, defiant summoning so one must stay on his back to control him.

Almost 20 tendrils surround the area, and each is made up of user's chakra so that the user can sense anything that touches the earth arms. The user can also emerge out of the arms and attack.

    Note:
    Can only be used once.
    The user cannot perform any other jutsu's of S-Rank of every element for the entire battle.
    The user loses 30 of his health after this

When the user enters this sudden burst of power, their whole body changes even beyond the point of being in the most advanced form of "Four Legged Technique" The users will take on the closest form to a wolf without actually turning into one. Chakra coats them looking like a wolf while their hair is extremely beast-like as well as their teeth form almost into a full wolves jaw, the same goes for the joints and skin. This highly advanced technique does come with extreme repercussions, while in this mode the user cannot use any form of ninjutsu or genjutsu. Once out of this mode the user will be exhausted to the closest point of defeat. However with that great power comes of it, ability to cover ground that the normal eye cannot track.

Once the attack is blocked, with the other claw the user will straighten their hand out with the increased claw length with chakra and slam it into any part of the human body they wish. This is all done very quickly just like how a beast will attack it's prey. It's also done in near one motion, block - puncture.

Its somewhat like a boost of adrenaline. While in the state, the users chakra emanates form their body having the color of crimson red and their strength of taijutsu, wind and lightning natures are enhanced temporarily. Initially the activation of the technique is like an explosion and pulses out of the users body blowing back things obstructing ones limbs or weapons, its force numbs opponents for a secondif they are caught at short range. The user is granted the ability to use his wind chakra at the utmost potential allowing him to surround his body to burst into one direction to meet his target as well as move at high speeds that are in class with Might Gai.     Two chakra blades, each 12 inches long are held on the end of chakra chains and swung around the user in various circular patterns. The blades named "Life" and "Death" respectively, are made of heirloom chakra silver that has been reforged into a new weapon every generation, having almost endless battle experience.

    The weapon allows the user to use the chained blades as normal chakra blades would be, however with the benefit of range. Enabling the user to distance himself while attacking, and use the chains as a way of entangling and trapping his foes. The chakra control of the user allows both the blades and the chains to be used as a cutting surface, while the chains enable the blades to be retracted towards to user after being thrown or swung. "Life" and "Death" act as a normal pair of chakra blads in respects to damage, but allows the user to utilize the chained blades as a medium for any weapon based justu that they are trained in. Adding the benefit of range to jutsu that would have otherwise been disadvantaged.

    This technique is made mostly for Defense to block incoming attacks for the opponent but while at the same time slowly draining chakra from the user and killing the grimm reaper itself can block up to 4 S-ranked Attacks at the same time but by taking all that impact the Technique cancles out and the user of the Grimm Reaper can not attack for one turn... Now if the opponent is hit by the Scyth depending on how long the Grimm Reaper has been activated it can go from a instant kill to just half inch cuts on the opponent

    Restrictions
    • May only be used by Amaterasu... and can never be taught
    • The Grimm Reaper stays active for 3 turns
    • After the Disappears the User Dies within 1 turn
    • The User must have Mastery of Ninjutsu
    • The Grimm Reapers Scyth can only reach up to Mid Range
    • The Grimm Reaper may only be used Once per Battle

Since this is a forum game, I assume you do know how to read, taking into account you are bound to have read something in your forum presence so far, so I suggested you start by reading the rules. Then read your submission and punish yourself for such a ridiculous attempt.

    Just a tip, Custom Jutsus that make you look like this

    aren't really a very good idea. Also, maybe next time you could call your Susano'o ripoff "Susano'o Ripoff With a Scythe" because that's a more descriptive name.

The blade can be detached and used as a sword. The spear is completely white and is decorated with a golden dragon at the bottom of the pole and the name of the spear is inscribed into the pole in golden letters. At the bottom of the spear is a small 7 centimeter long knife attached to it which is attached to a very thin wire inside the hollow spear, and can be detached from the spear to be thrown at the opponent or entangle them in the wire which can cut deep wounds in an enemy.     Restrictions:
    - All abilities of the staff counts towards the move count & does not require hand seals
    - To wield the abilities of the spear, the wielder must have it in hand
    - The spear can only be wielded by Gutsy Jiraiya, if anyone else tries to do so, the staff will send a shockwave of chakra stored inside it, through the persons hands/arms and crush the bones in their hands
    - Chakra Beam can only be used 3 times per battle
    - It can only dispell 2 (B-rank) lightning jutsu per battle

The shivering is unbearable and the mental capacities barely there. Handseals and molding chakra are things hard to accomplish taking into consideration the numbness and sluggish mind. If he fails to release the illusion, his body will shut down and he will lose conscious as his body is fooled into thinking that he just fell into a hipotermic state.

    Note: Requires the user to have an Ice biography and use an ice technique right after the genjutsu

    Description: This scythe is made up of pure silver but yet refined to such a extent that it is amazingly hard. It is worth up to a 100 thousand gold and thus it's name . It is a very large scythe that can maniuplate the silver in the surroundings , for example , drawing out silver in the ground for offense or defense . The scythe have a large coin in the middle , which allows silver coins to shoot out from the scythe and to be used for whatever the user's purposes. This scythe also have the ability to make up to three clones of itself for the user to throw or even wield it with both hands. However , the copies are literally worthless and have no abilities or worth whatsoever.
