    Description:Sode no Shirayuki is a special sword developed by Rukia.When the sword is not active it does noting.But when Rukia says the word *Dance* her sword becomes frozen soild.A the ice is very ragged and can cut enemys really bad and cause the to bleed due to it being soild ice.Only C-Rank fire can melt the ice.When this sword comes in contact with water i freezes it and anything in it although Fire Techniques can melt the though.When some one besides Rukia tries to touch the blade will become frozen until she say *Release* in order to reverse it.

    -When Hit by a Wind Technique it tempurature drops make the frost harder

    Making the Ashura Senku into an actual jutsu. A quick description as well as a gif can be found in the link above.

    1. Ashura Senku|Asura Flashing Sky
    Type: Defense/Supplementary
    Rank: S
    Range: Short-Mid
    Chakra cost: 40
    Damage points: N/A (+10 if struck while Ashura Senku is active; -10 to user when Ashura Senku is active)
    Description: After activating the Satsui no Hadō, the user focuses a large amount of chakra throughout his/her body, using his rage and anger to 'warp' the chakra, so to speak, causing the characteristic red chakra flares around his/her body to bend around his body, creating a coat of chakra that manifests itself as a kind of after-image when the user moves, making it harder for the enemy to strike him head-on. The increase of chakra throughout his body also increases his speed sharply, effectively doubling it (note: this only applies if the user has not used any other jutsu/mode that enhances his strength, meaning it can't be used in conjunction to EIG, Sage Mode, etc. and only works DURING the Ashura Senku, thus making it an ideal jutsu for quick escape) during the time the jutsu is used. Once he has activated the Satsui no Hadō, the user widens his stance, and his enhanced chakra-cloak glows red. He then lifts one knee and quickly "glides" along the ground to another location with his eyes aglow. Where he glides depends on whether the user choices to move forward, backwards, or any other direction, so long as it is in a straight line from his starting position and no item (i.e. tree, giant rock, building, etc) is in his path. The glide can be used to get away from an opponent bearing down on him, to suddenly launch an attack (often from behind), or perhaps to simply psych out the opponent and keep them guessing. Due to the dark nature of the Satsui no Hadō, the red chakra around the user is imbibed with such an evil intent, that it actually hurts the user's skin and burns his skins slightly as he uses it, similar to how Naruto's skin is burned when using the 4-tailed transformation; however it works on both ends of the spectrum: as long as the Ashura Senku technique is active, the user's skin will be in intense pain but if an enemy were to strike him while it is active, they will feel the same pain, though on a greater scale when compared to the user. However, given all the perks of the jutsu, the user has much to be wary about. Only able to use the jutsu 3 times per fight, shall the user use it all three times, he runs the risk of the dark nature of the Satsui no Hadō taking over, causing him to become enraged and lose control of his sanity, making him unable to use jutsus higher than C-rank for two turns and no taijutsu for the rest of the fight due to intense physical pain. After using it, he speed is also dramatically decreased by half, causing him to severally be limited in terms of movement. Furthermore, the user is unable to use the jutsu in rapid succession. It takes a minimal of three turns in between before he is able to use the jutsu again.

    Notes:
    *Can only be used three times at a most, with a three turn waiting period in between.
    *After using once, the user cannot use any jutsus higher than A-rank that turn and no taijutsu of A-rank and higher for two turns.
    *After using twice, the user cannot use any jutsus higher than B-rank that turn and no tai of B-rank and higher for 5 turns.
    *After using all three times, the user cannot use any jutsus higher than C-rank for 3 turns and no taijutsu for the rest of the fight.
    *The user can only move uni-directionally, meaning he can only glide in straight lines. He also can only glide from one range to the next, meaning he can move from short range to mid range, mid range to long range and vice-versa but not short range to long range or long range to short range.
    *After the technique has ended, the user's speed is severely cut in half, causing him to move at speeds that make Gaara's running speed seem fast (Gaara is used as a reference, due to him being considered one of the slowest in-manga characters). This effect only lasts the turn the user uses the Ashura Senku. However, if the user uses this technique at the end of his turn, then his NEXT turn, he will have this lowered speed the entire turn.
    *Can't be used with any other mode or speed-enhancing jutsus.
    *Can only be used after the Satsui no Hadō has been activated.
    *Must have learned Satsui no Hadō and be at least 'User' rank within the Satsui no Hadō ranking system (See CFS for details).
    *Gilding isn't the same as flying or hovering. The user "kicks/jumps" into a direction so fast that he "glides" until he reaches the destination. As such, this technique can't be used in mid-air.

    ±± Approved ±± I actually think you made it have too many restrictions for what it really is and how it can be avoided/countered. I added a note and removed a restriction that didn't make sense


    I added as many restrictions as limits I could think of at the moment. There's a chance that it'll get declined but I'm willing to work as hard as I can to get it approved, even if it means submitting a heavily editted version where I can only jump backwards 4 feet with no chakra coating. Also, sorry for the wall of text .

The stainless ball and chain allow for crushing blows, at ranges both near and far, as well as the ability to entrap enemy weapons or hands.A black nylon sheath with belt loop is included for carry while on the move, and the chain assembly may be easily detached and reattached using metal rings.
    When used to attack, the force created by the tension in the chain is all concentrated at the dagger making it capable of even splitting low ranked earth(D).The user can also channel lightening chakra through the chain and dagger causing it to numb a part of an opponent it comes into contact with for 1 turn(counts as a move).

    Description: this is a technique that was invented by kurotsuchi after seeing darui perform laser circus at the 5 kage summit .the user gathers a large amount of dense lava style chakra into a ball the floats in front of him (the lava can be gathered from any lava source) the user can then manipulate it so that any number of dense, sharp lava streams (the number can range from 1 to 15) can burst out of the orb (the less there are the stronger they are) these will then shoot out at fast pace toward a desired target these can then be used to burn, restrain, distract or cut the enemy
    Note: Move very fast
    Note: can change direction mid use
    Note: can only be used 4 times a battle
    Note: must have lava source
    Note: streams lose power depending on the number made losing a rank for every 5 made (1-5 is A, 5-10 is B and 10-15 is C)

    ±± Declined ±± Move very fast? No... Lava "beams" is already pushing the reality of the element to the extreme. Making them move very fast is simply illogical. Also, the streams lose their power...take that off. Also, Mid-range tops.


    Lava Style: Viscosity Change (Youton:Neba tabi henka)

    Damage: +10 (if decreasing viscosity this is due to the increased heat and if increasing due to the added concussive power)
    Description: by adding extra fire or eath chakra when performing/preparing a lava style jutsu the viscosity of the lava produced can be changed. if viscosity is decreased by adding more fire chakra the lava will flow more quickly because it is less dense however the concussive power behind it will be lessened due to the loss of density. the opposite will happen if more earth chakra is kneaded in because the earth will be melted less and as a result thicker.

    Note: if viscosity is increased then due to the added amount of earth chakra the lava jutsu will gain a plus one rank advantage to jutsu's that rely on releasing the concussive power to be effective (like many defensive earth jutsu) at the trade off of moving more slowly and being cooler in temperature.
    Note: if you add more fire chakra the lava will be much hotter and move much more quickly but will be weak (lose one rank) against jutsu that rely on cancelling out concussive power
    Note: can only be used once per turn
    Note: more viscous techs are weaker against techs that rely on cooling (most water techs) to stop a lava tech (1 rank) were as less viscous are more resistant (1 rank) this is due to the difference in temperature

    ±± Declined ±± Idea is good but the way you worded it specially in the restrictions makes little to no sense. +10 why? also, can you use this in another technique that you just used? do you activate this? Also, you have a problem in your logic. Fluid lava = hotter lava, Denser Lava = cooler one.

    Description: the user gathers up lava chakra from all over there body and depending upon which method they choose can either spew it out of their mouth in the form of a massive gathering of lava or pour it down into the earth turning it into a large amount (about 15m) of lava (this can be skipped if a large amount of lava (15m) is present). once this has been done the user compacts the the lava near its limit forming it into 1-6 wolves each slightly bigger than a regular wolf (due to how pressurized and dense the wolves are they are very hard to destroy). they then send the wolves toward an intended target once they reach the target the wolves can scratch maul and burn the target, however their most dangerous trait is that they can bite a target and as their jaws close down upon it the pressure builds up even more greatly pushing the lava to such a point that i cant be held together anymore causing them to explode into a shower of thick scolding hot lava that can both crush and burn an enemy to death.

    Note: can only be used 3 times a battle
    Note: due to the immense pressure inside the wolves the jutsu can only be held for two turns
    Note: they move slightly faster than an average ninja running
    Note: each of the wolves is B-rank
    Note: the pressure inside the wolves takes a couple of seconds to be released meaning that once an opon there is about a 3 second interval before the wolf actually explodes giving the opponent a chance to escape
    Note: due to the massive amount of concentration it takes to keep the wolves together (this is because of the massive pressure inside them) the user can not perform more then 2 jutsu for the period of time in which the wolves are activated
    Note: The explosion reaches up to mid range

    ±± I'm leaving this one for Emperor because for me it makes no sense. Focusing "sound chakra" into a katana would produce sound...and as such, it would manifest itself as sound... What you are trying to produce is basically within the concept of Vibration Release, the CE. But lets see what Emperor says since he understands more of sound than me ±±

    Description: An ancient sword forged in a land where beasts ran amuck, causing chaos and destruction. The sword was imbued with a large amount of chakra, as well as the bloodthirst and actually blood of the beasts it had been used to slay as the blacksmith struggled to protect himself mid-forging. The sword was passed down through the ages, falling from one sect or group to another being wielded even by samurais. Each owner of the sword having a brutal and terrifying power.

    Abilities
    The sword is said to be able to release illusionary projections of wild beasts with each swing, the assortment of beasts ranging from big cats, to hawks, to wolves and dogs alike and even the mighty dragons. The beasts were completely illusionary and served as nothing more than a distraction for the most part, the beasts however took on the properties of the respective animal, for instance a Bear projection would have a perfect sense of smell. What really made the sword devastating however, was that the user could focus chakra into the projections, making it so that at the exact moment, and only the moment in which the beast attempts to bite down on the oppnent, it materializes into solid matter vanishing seconds later. This made the illusions a double edged sword, unless you completely avoided the beast's mouth, you were susceptible to its fangs, and while concentrating on the beasts, you were susceptible to the enemy. The user is capable of determining what kind of chakra to add to the beasts, whether it be normal chakra or elemental chakra, regardless the “Solidified beast’s” remained S rank, and retained their elemental weaknesses/strengths.

    Restrictions
    -Illusions can only be materialized once per turn.

    -Materialization of beasts counts as one of the users turns.

    - The sword can only produce when the sword is swung, as such if the sword is stopped mid- swing the illusions dissipate.

    -After materializing beasts 3 times, the user must wait two turns to do so again. If the user only uses the illusions without adding his own chakra, it still counts as a move but it doesn't go towards the count. (So I can use the illusions freely since they do no harm)


    ±± Declined ±± So...how exactly do these illusions appear happen. Also, rank of these illusions? because if they are genjutsu, which i assume they are, you need to rank the technique the sword produces. Simplify it please.

    ±± All Declined ±± Water one already exists and plenty of absorbable and infusable swords already in the RP. The fire one isn't possible. Hyugas can do that because they have a 360º field, enabling them to not lose sight of their opponent while rotating and they also have an increased agility that enabled them to rotate at such high speed.

So, unless you can make this more reasonable, its declined.

Much like gaara's sand, this lava can be used for attacks or defence that require a lava source by the user at any time. Due to this lava already being infused with the users chakra then can control and manipulate it almost instantly to suit their needs. The lava is linked to the user and will come to there defence, as it is infused with the users chakra. It can keep up with up with lee's speed without his weights like gaara sand could, and can block S ranks and below.

    -The defencive ability can only be used once ever 2 turns and only used 3 times per battle
    -The defencive ability counts as one of the 3 jutsu per turn

    Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versitile the metal has a special propety; the metal is able absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the top of the arm guard in a mass of blueish chakra that powers down through the arm guard and into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the Arm Guard and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.

    -La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
    -Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones
    -Blocking of Taijutsu attacks counts as a jutsu as only a jutsu can block a jutsu

    -Can be activated only once during the battle and deactivated once during the battle when deactivated the user can perform Hand Seals again

    Knocked it back up to S rank since that was the only problem with the submission. Also I thought as long as a weapon didn't say "Can only be used by so and so" you could let others use it regardless of rank as the rule counts toward CJ and not CW but meh.
    ~Declined~ Restricting yourself from using Forbidden-ranked jutsu doesn't do much at all. This already lasts six turns and has little to no true restrictions.

    Switched S rank limit to an A rank limit and then changed the A rank attacks to B rank ninjutsu (meaning the user can still use all taijutsu just no ninjutsu above B rank)

    Description: The user makes three hand seals then places his hands out in front of him, He forms a sphere of black lightning chakra that has another smaller sphere of gray lightning chakra inside of it, The gray sphere turns black seconds before it is shot, The sphere also has red electricity flowing around it. Once the user fires it, The sphere leaves a black trail of harmless lightning chakra behind before it hits the target. Using hand gestures the user can direct and fully control the sphere with great accuracy. Once the spear comes into contact with it's target it explodes with a blast radius of 20 feet.

    Can only be taught by Naruto uzumaki bujii sage.

    White lightning shield

    Description: The white lightning shield is a technique used to generate a lightning energy shield around the user to protect them from attacks. The user compress lightning chakra in his body while making three hand seals, Then the user releases the compressed lightning charka which forms a barrier around him. The barrier can defend one jutsu, And goes away once it get's hit. The barrier has a five foot radius and can stay active for a maximum of 30 seconds with out being struck, Every second after ten seconds this jutsu is used it counts as another jutsu and counts as another jutsu for your turn limit. If an opponent is within five feet of the user when this is used, the opponent will receive a massive electrical shock.


    Stats:

    0-10 seconds active- Counts as one jutsu- and can defend one jutsu

    11-21 seconds active- Counts as two jutsu and can defend two jutsu

    22-30 seconds active- Counts as three jutsu and can defend three jutsu

    Wind jutsu
    D/C is completely negated.
    B-Ranked breaks the shield with little to no harm to the shield user.
    A-F complete destroys the shield, With maximum damage to the shield user.

    Earth jutsu
    D/A-Ranked is completely negated.
    S-Ranked cancels the shield with no harm done to the shield user.
    F-Ranked complete destroys the shield, With maximum damage to the shield user.
