It can be thrown with immense dexterity and accuracy and due to its light-weight build and heightened equilibrium the Fuuma Shuriken rotates at high speeds when thrown, easily reaching 400 rotations per minute and traveling at extreme speeds. Its blades are tapered to extremely sharp edges being able to slice through rocks with a level of grace beauty and strength unmatched by any sword. When traveling, because of its pure colour, it often reflects the suns rays making the blade dazzle with the colours of the rainbow, however because of its high rotation levels and speed of travel, it is often seen as a bright whitish light that can blind the enemy if they were to look directly at the blade, earning it the name of The Monring Star.The Morning Stars four blades are easily detachable and can be wielded like daggers if neccesary for close combat. Legend has it that upon creation, while being forged each each of the four blades were pre-infused with one of four elements, wind fire water and lightning.

    Description: The user crouches low while twisting their body slightly, bunching up their muscles and building up potential energy, with a blade held in hand, prefrably a sword. The user then springs upwards while untwisting their body causing them to rotate rapidly as they ascend via their chakra enhanced jump, knocking the enemy into the air next to them with their blade as they ascend, while spinning the user pumps out a large amount of chakra/elemental chakra from their blade the chakra creating a vortex like tornado that encircles the user mimicking the blades sharpness and damaging the enmy in the process as they are caught in the vortex. Depending on the type of chakra used the vortex can have serveral different effects such as heightened cutting for wind ability of parylsis for lightning ability to drench for water and the ability to burn for fire.
    -Must state what chakra type is used, otherwise it is Normal Chakra
    -Can only be used 3x
    -After the technique ends the user is left vunerable in the air.

    Description: The user causes several crisscrossed elongated slits to be created in the ground. These slits are forced open by wind that rises up from the earth beneath the opponent, the wind rises up in a strong gust, however due to the fact that the oppenings is rather slim yet long most of the wind is focused into several blades, the bladed gust of wind carries the opponent upwards into the air as it begins to slice them open. This technique can also be variated so that the wind rises from the ground from a signle square opening, causing the opponent, to be forced into the air with no damage recieved.

    Description: Zubat is from a tiny race of bats that only stands 5 inches tall, with a wingspan of a foot, in length. Zubat has nothing special about it, besides the small tattoo on his forehead 心 (Mind), and large ears, which allow the bat to release a low pitch scream/ping, that acts as sonar location and to hear many other things. Once summoned the small bat will hide in the summoners cloths, and will stay their until the summoner calls the small bat out to return to where it was summoned from. Zubat's mainly a sensor/defensive summoning, his sensor ability comes from its large ears, while the summoning is in physical contact with the summoner, Zubat is able to notice if the summoner has been put under a genjutsu, once Zubat notices this his will bite the summoner and releases its own chakra into the summoner, canceling out the genjutsu. Zubat will also use its sensor ability to let the summoner know if their is something else to worry about on the field
    - Zubat's sensor works as echo location. (Zubat sends out a low pitched screech/ping that bounces off everything up to long range.)
    - Can only be summoned if user has signed the bat contract.
    - Zubat has no set time for being on the field.
    - Once summoned Zubat will crawl into the summoners cloths.

    Description: The user will focus water and wind chakra into their back, unseen to the opponent. The water a wind chakra will create a large amount of ice that will release once the user makes a single handseal. Once the ice is released it will form two "wings" (im calling them wings cause im not sure what else u could call them.) from the users back. The wings are a mass of ice that connects to the users back with sharp edges, from the users back the wings are small untill released whch they will grow (only grows in size not length) and surround the opponent, and spike like shapes at the opponents end that will prevent the opponent from escaping between the wings. The wings will then close down on the opponent trapping them in short range with the user.
    - Can only be used 5 times per battle.
    - Cannot be used twice in the same move.
    - Can only be used in short range.
    - Must have ermission from -Tauburn- to use.

    Description: The user will release water and wind chakra infront of themselves then make two handseals, and create a wall of Ice in the shape of a demons face. The wall will be created in short range of the user, and will beformed by pushing the water towards the opponent while at the same time freezing it, as it flys at the opponent. Once the wall/face is fully created it will drop and hit the ground, Then the user has only to hit the wall to smash through it but if the wall is hit it will explode in a mass of needles which fly at the opponent from the face and stab through the opponent.
    - Can only be used 3 times per battle.
    - Must be of the Yuki clan.
    - No Ice the next turn.

    If the user uses the bolt of lightning the bolts of lightning can cause water to be electrically charged, this sword can cut through stones with ease like a hit knife through butter.

    Restrictions.
    -Only lightning element can be fused to the sword.
    -Lightning bolts count to the three jutsu limit.
    -Can only be used by mangekyo byakugan.
    -No lightning techniques of B rank and higher can be used in the same turn or the next.

    The sword is normal at first. But when fed chakra, Kotōmaru becomes a deadly weapon of destruction. When the user feeds the sword chakra, a mass of dense energy erupts around the user obscuring the vision of others. When the energy clears the weilder is found with a new attire.



    A dragon head's head envelops the user's shoulder and grey strips of cloth cover the forearm. Kotōmaru's blade is now entirely composed of blue energy, and a cape of the same color as the cloth drapes the user's back. Two slivers of blue energy float next to the user's right shoulder, and a disc next to the user's right. The user also has a cape on their waist to foot.

    A charged Kotōmaru immensly increases the user's strength and also speed and defense increase. This is achieved through the chakra enhanced attire and the actual weapon. The chakra condenses (Not sure if that's the right word) the user's weight so that in short, they are extremely lightweight during movement, but certain aspect (Such as strength) are unaffected. The blade of energy, is the main source of strength. The energy is absolute raw power. The energy works similar to a high powered water machine used to cut steel. The strength has less to do with the user, and more to do with the actual weapon. The chakra infused with the attire is hardened and molded by an ancient technique that creates the kind of feel of a lightweight steel. The user will still feel the impact of an attack, but physical injury will be much lessened.

    Strengths:
    -Blade is indestructible (It is just pure energy)
    -Blade can be extended till mid range in a swing (Max)
    -The user's speed is boosted a lot. Through the attire which is chakra infused causing the user to be able to move swiftly through the battle field without resistance and yet full control. (-1 To Kotōmaru Complete for a Speed Boost)
    -User has absolute defense against D-rank techniques
    -Strength was removed.
    -The time of Kotōmaru Complete (5-turns) begins in the next turn

    Elemental Strengths:
    Suiton (Defense): Can vapourize water technique with a slash of the sword (Up to C-rank)
    Fuuton (Defense): Weakens all Wind techniques (2-ranks) {Through massive energy of the sword and the attire causing Pressure changes around the user weakening Wind Techniques}

    Weaknesses:
    -Blade can only extend twice
    -User can only use the Speed Boost twice
    -Absolute Defense can only be used twice.
    -Kotōmaru Complete only lasts 4 turns MAX (Some techniques reduce length of Kotōmaru Complete)
    -Kotōmaru disintergrates to the Shrine it is from to recharge it's energy (Will be gone for the rest of the battle)
    -The user's right arm will be damaged from the use of Kotōmaru Complete

    I changed it to A-rank and below to equal to the technique's rank and below for moving smoke techniques, but one rank below the technique used for stationary smoke (i.e. a smoke screen or something like that). My thinking is that a blast of smoke would be about equal to a blast of wind since they're similar, but if the weight of the smoke is increased it should be able to break through the wind with the added force. I don't think smoke has a natural weakness to wind as in the anime they said the smoke was weak to water.

    Description: the user, while holding their blade upside down and charges Hyouton chakra into the blade so that it is covered with ice and into the ground as well, and then the user will make a slashing motion when the target is in position. When doing this, a large ice circle forms under the target via the hyouton chakra that was sent into the ground, which freezes everything that touches it. The circle not only freezes the ground, (preventing the target from using the earth below them to escape) but everything within the circle's influence including anything above it up in the air, creating an extending pillar of light that then freezes all within in the circle. Shortly after being frozen, the victim then shatters along with the ice. If the user is inside of the circle with the target having been in extremely close range of each other, a small ice pillar immediately rise from the ice circle and push the user out of range. This technique happens extremely quickly, making it very hard to avoid.
    Note: Can only be done 1x per battle
    Note: The blade will break in half after using this technique.

I'd also like you to change the damage from frost bite to regular damage, as I'm sure your biography must be immune to cold. Lastly, where are the rest of the physical drawbacks? You and I both know that the damage won't really affect you in any way. And neither will restricting your use of Hyouga, and Ice.

The caster is affecting their opponent's sight and reflex, causing them believe they're moving as fast as a blur and they can't keep up. What this does is make it makes the victim feel as if the caster is too fast for them because of the speed (their reflex) and the victim will only see blurring movements (sight perception).
    ~This jutsu requires the caster to have a direct line of sight to their opponent

This cannot be evaded by hiding underground because of the strong explosion. If the scroll is destroyed before it opens, it explodes immediately earlier than the needed time for it to activate.

    ±± Declined ±± Ok, first there are a huge amount of useless restrictions in this summon just to add up in the hopes that we miss the main point and the main point is that you can paralyze an opponent and kill him pratically without defence. The hizzing effect can be present but as a low rank Genjutsu, not as a non specific ability. Non specific abilities mean non specific possible counters which i won't accept. Also, the +10 to wind...not going to happen so take it out. 5 turns for a boss summon? Nope. Maximum we accept for S-Rank summons is 4 turns unless its a very special submission. This is OP in the sense that it has to many lose ends. One more go at it and then its DNR from my part.

The spear will fly faster and hit harder thanks to the raiton coat. The spear will go through an enemy but it wont stop. The spear leaves a sizziling hole in whatever it hits. Even if the spear is hit by a wind jutsu, only the coating will go off and the spear will still fly at their opponent unless it gets buffeted by the wind.

    note: the spear will disentegrate if it goes pass mid-range
    note: user must know A-rank Earth and A-rank Lightning

    Description: Lancia de Longinus, this name was given to the holy lance that has been said to have pierced Rikudou Sennin himself in his left side of his rib cage, that's why it gained the holy name. This spear was found later in the holy mountains of Iwagakure sealed away in an shrine, it was found by, Lucifer Tepes also known as "The Red Phantom", but it was in a bad shape so Lucifer, re-forged the two headed spear by coating it with a special materials. Very rare minirals found only in the mountains of Iwagakure, it gained a very bright silver color. The spear itself is indestructible, meaning it can't be melted, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks from basic weapons. Anything above a B-Ranked attacks would hit the two headed spear out of the users hands, but the weapon itself can not block elemental attacks. The specialty of Longinus is that it conducts the basic five chakras on the rank of the spear, this is very handy when fighting a waepon battle in short range, the user can partially coat the spear with the desired element. Meaning whatever the spear cuts or touches petrifys and turns into that particulair element that it was conducting. The elements increases the damage of basic kenjutsu by +20 more damage. The Spear of Longinus only recognizes Lucifer Tepes as its master.

    Description: The user will focus his doton chakra through the ground and form a range of three handseals causing a flower of earth to rise up under the opponents, with the target in the middel of it, wrapping itself around the whole body of the opponent, with many thorns inisde it and as they are thorns they will tear the flesh open of the enemy hence the name "Demonic Flower". And the moment it closes it releases all the oxygen inside of it and goes back undeground suffocating the targets. This jutsu represents cannibalistic flowers, the user can make it rise up anywhere on the battlefield.

    ♦ Note: The user can't perform any earth jutsu for one turn after this jutsu is used.


    ±± Declined ±± Two things...how the oxygen gets out (i mean...its an earth jutsu right? So...how does it remove the oxygen?) and 3 times is way too much.

If needed the user can kick one of their legs at the opponent sending the wind off of their foot and hitting the opponent. The user can not go more that 7 inches from the ground.

    Notes:
    Can only shoot the wind up to mid range in distance.
    Can only be used 3x per match
    Shooting the wind can only be done twice per use of this jutsu.

    ±± Declined ±± Once an enemy lightning hits it and it absorbs it as its enemy lightning it will disperse and not electrify your jutsu. You could electrify it with your own technique as it would be your chakra. But with enemy chakra, it hits and the water is electrified by a split second, not enough for you to throw it against an enemy.

    ±± Declined ±± This not restricted accordingly. Also, you are not simply using wind chakra after creating an earth jutsu. You are using two jutsu. So, this must count as 2 techniques from your 3 per turn. If you were to create a slab of earth and infuse it with wind afterwards, then i would accept it being one. But creating a fissure and doing one more hand seal to create a vortex of wind is using 2 techniques.
