    Description: The user will focus a large amount of Chakra in their gut making the fallowing handseals (Tiger-Ram-Monkey-Dragon) and then shoot several blades of wind that can't be seen due to the winds intangibility. In flight the user will make one more handseal (Tiger) causing the Katon chakra inside these blades to ignite and burst out in Blazing flames. This Jutsu is extremely dangerous to the user as it causes major harm to it's users chakra levels making it so they can't use powerful Jutsu's for a short period of time as well can causing them to feel pain in there gut making them less efficient during battle. If the user is caught in the attack, They will suffer the same damage as an opponent.

While inside the spout an opponent will be majorly sliced and suffocated because of the massive amounts of water. Because of the user’s location, being in the middle of the spout where the intensity of the attack is at its lowest point, they will only slightly be damage, only taking minor cuts.

Once the user has done so he shall release two fireballs one from each hand which travel to the opponents left and right side in an arc fashion. When the the fireballs make contact they will explode causing damage, while at the same time it also forms an X shape under the opponent which causes fire to erupt from it hitting them multiple times.

    ~The vortex is active as long as the user holds his hands together to keep the vortex active, but it cancels at the end of the next turn.

After the turn has ended, he may slam his hands on the ground, having the finest quality of earth from the ground be compressed/steel like quality to have a giant earth arm, resembling Gedo Mazo's right arm, to erupt from the deep ground. That means it is the same size as Gedo Mazo's right arm. The arm has a fair amount of brute strength, being able to tear off flesh respectively and sharp nails. The user may take defensive purposes as having this arm erupt right underneath him and close its hand, having the hand to protect him and make a counterattack of having this arm punch the opponent with the user inside the closed hand. It may take offensive measures as having the arm crush the opponent. If the hand closes, it is airtight inside.
    Note:
    ~Unable to use Doton techniques for 2 turns due to the restrains on the body.
    ~Causing -50 damage to user as of the restrains of the jutsu
    ~The user can only use B-rank and below ninjutsu for 1 turn due to the restrains on the body.

    Description: The user will place a single hand into their side pouch filled with clay, and begin to mold and shape it. The user will then release a small, hollow, hinged, sphere-shape creature the size of a tennis ball. The released clay resembles the Clay Explosive Landmines that are released by the C2 Dragon. This sphere is kept on the user until needed. When the opponent releases a technique, the user will throw the small sphere toward it, expanding the sphere greatly, depending on the size of the technique needing absorbed. The sphere's hinges then unlocks, opening the clay sphere, swallowing the opponent's technique. The sphere then re-closes, where the user performs a single hand seal that detonates the inside only of the sphere, dispersing the opponent's technique inside due to the confined explosion. This technique works best with techniques that have a mostly defined shape.

Also, specify the number of times you can summon her. ~

    Description: Hebi No O(Short version:Hebi) was after Dei Dei made is stretchable scarf. He made this sword whip out of the same material just more stronger. Hebi is a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

    -It can be used three times back to back when it is stretched out. After the third use it has to retract to recover for one turn.

About the size of the earth mountain aandwhich (Just giving a rough outlook on how tall and wide it is) This Sun purpose is to not drain the water out of the opponent. But to Drain the Water Chakra out of the opponent . Causing the Opponent not to be able to use any Water Jutsu As long as it stays on the field. Due to it being the user's chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this water created be the user, it will great a burst of rotating water on impact from the user, creating a forceful blast of rotating water forwards which can cause create a strong impact, almost like being punched by tsunade. The water release forwards only goes 3-4 feet, but it can soak an opponent.

    Note: can stay active for 2 turns at a time
    Note: Can't use lightning jutsu at the same time

The only warning given is the little spark upon detonation, unless spotted of course. Even though this sounds like a tiresome and long procces, it actually takes near to no time.

    Too small for the damage you describe. Anything short range from them, barely noticeable, can be done anywhere within short-long range and you can do as much as you want. Not only that but how come these can be materialized out of thin air? Earth techniques so far are done in 3 ways: Summoning portal (sticky drop, earthen lid), from your own body or by manipulating existing earth. Not from thin air.

    The thing is that seals require a medium to seal something into. That medium is generally the scrolls and the sealing formulas produced. You can't assume you can make all seals work without a medium and by writing in thin air when they were all designed to work like that. You can submit individual sealing techniques that can be made without the need for scrolls, tags, etc. but you can't, in any way make all of the existing fuuin become usable in this manner. Not only that, but adding +10 to fuuin is something i will never approve and this would also be a hidden ability, not a CJ on itself, thus it can't be submitted.

What you are saying is that you melt any ice in the field, be it yours or your enemies without any cost to yourself and just like that. The top of the fortress is like a tent, meeting at the center above the user (shaped like a pyramid.) The Air in the fortress causes pain to anyone not used to cold air, causing fire and wind jutsu that are used to hurt whomever attempts such jutsu. The ice used in this jutsu cannot be used to make any jutsu, without causing the entire structure to fall on top of everyone within the fortress. Ice jutsu used inside the arena are colder than usual, causing numbness to limbs that are hit with Ice Jutsu.     The user channels a large amount of Ice chakra into his hands and feet, uses the Bird Seal, releasing the chakra into four corners around the user and opponent, causing massive pillars of ice to form a fortress around the user and opponent, creating a makeshift arena around the user and opponent. The top of the fortress is like a tent, meeting at the center above the user (shaped like a pyramid.) The Air in the fortress causes pain to anyone not used to cold air, causing wind jutsu used by the user against a non ice user +5 damage due to the chilling effect. The ice used in this jutsu cannot be used to make any jutsu, without causing the entire structure to fall on top of everyone within the fortress. Ice jutsu used inside the arena are colder than usual, causing numbness to limbs that are hit with Ice Jutsu. After four turns, the jutsu falls apart, causing massive chunks of ice to fall on the user and opponent.
    -Can only be used once Per battle
    -The user cannot leave the fortress unless the jutsu is broken.
    -The user is limited to water, Ice, and wind jutsu while the fortress is up, along with ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu, until three turns after the technique is over.

    Make this Forbidden rank because of the huge amount of chakra needed and the scale of it and add some damage to yourself and this is good to go
