    Description : With this technique, the user is capable of conjuring up to 5 large pillars of spinning wind from around the user's body, capable of shredding bones into pieces. Each pillar is launched at the points of a regular pentagon and will only reach up to short-range where the pillars will then burst each one into one demonic ghost-like shape, clearly visible, flying outwards into the battlefield, searching for the designated target. These ghosts do not lose the property to shred and will tear through the skin and flesh of those whom they come into contact with. The battlefield will look as if its filled with crazy ghosts having running everywhere at a festival hence the technique's name.

    Description : The user will concentrate his wind chakra around his opponent and form a rotating ring of wind on the ground, not very visible to the naked eye unless the opponent directly looks at it and not through peripheral vision. The user sways their hand upwards and the ring of wind rises upwards, forming a hurricane pillar of wind. Just like any hurricane, the opponent within will be sent flying into the sky and any others outside the hurricane, short-range will be sucked in. As that is done, a tornado from the skies will drop into the pillar hurricane and onto whomever is inside, drilling the opponent back into the ground. Fire techniques used from within the hurricane pillar will just be taken in by the hurricane thus turning into a blazing hurricane pillar as the wind currents won't allow the fire technique a chance to collide against the hurricane walls and instead, changes it's course of direction to fuse together. The previous sentence is based on Izuna Uchiha's logic on fire and wind combinations.

His only ability is to recognise if his summoner is under a genjutsu and is able to release his summoner from the genjutsu by pecking his summoner in the shoulder, while releasing a small amount of chakra. One he has released his summoner from the Genjutsu, he will disappear.

    ~Declined~ Excellent idea, but it seems quite a bit overpowered. It's essentially an S-ranked Fire jutsu immune to nearly all Water techniques as well that can be used multiple times and on different techniques.

    1.(Suna: Shisetsu no Endan)- Sand: Dragon of the apocolypse

    Description: The user creates a giant dragon, which is a chinese dragon and is long and doesn't have and wings, from sand and is controlled by the user. The dragon is very compressed and extremley detailed, looking almost like a real dragon only being made from sand. The sand made from the dragon is extremley compact so on contact it cracks and peels away much like the sand armour. The dragon is hollow on the inside. On the inside of the dragon are multiple vacuum pockets that are very sharp and a found throughout the inside of the dragon. The vacuum pockets are very similar to the cythe weasel technique. Whenever an opponent devoured by the dragon, there are torn to shreds.
    Since the sand is very compact, the sucking motion would casue the entire dragon to collapse on itself. Instead, whenever the dragon opens it mouth, it sucks everything within in a short-range radius in front of it to get sucked inwards towards the mouth. However, since the vacuum pockets have to be compressed so that it doesn't burst outwards and completley destroy the dragon, the sucking motion is releativley weak and can be countered by simply channeling chakra to ones feet. These vacuum pockets cannot be released from the body but just stay on the inside of the dragons body. Whenever the dragon is destroyed/canceled out the vacuum pockets disperses, however whenever the vacuum pockets are dispersed, the dragon is reduced to a huge pile of sand.

    Note: Can only remain active for three turns unless deactivated
    Note: Cannot use any sand while this is active
    Note: The dragon itself is equivalent to an A-rank sand technique without the vacuum pockets. The vacuum pockets are equivalent to an B-rank wind technique. The vacuum pockets are basically temari's scythe weasel technique just smaller and sharper and more spread out.

    2.(Futon: Inpurovaizexishon)- Wind release: Improvisation

    Description: The user firstly inhales air and focuses wind chakra towards their mouth, and channels the chakra infused air to their neck, of their own body. This allows the user to hold their breathe for a long period of time and using the Air infused with futon-based chakra by having the air move through their mouth and nose, and the air heads down your trachea, or windpipe.
    Once that is done, the user repeats the process, however now the user doesn't have to inhale air, simply materalize it inside their mouth and repeat the process, allowing the user to not inhale/exhale and have air move from their mouth to alveoli for a maxiumum of three turns! However, even though air is circulating throughout the users respitory system, the user cant use a fire technique that needs to be expeled through the mouth as that would cancel the wind chakra ending the technique.

    Note: Can only be taught by "gaara"

    Description: "The Blade of Heaven...Mythos the Life Sabre. One of the Ten Shinning Weapons." When Keotsu returned to the known continent from his journey to regions unknown, he returned with his blade Mythos in a new form; some secret event took place which reconfigured the blade and created a powerful connection between Keotsu and the sword. The Mythril blade retained its ability to change it's shape, but not it's mass when subjected to Keotsu's chakras, as did the scabbard of the weapon, though the two were no longer explicitly linked. A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. This particular power comes about from the blade's new found synergy with Keotsu, in an effort to prevent it from being used against him. Retaining all the properties of the metal it was forged from, Mythos is indestructible and will never dull, in any of its forms.
    *The user can manipulate the blade’s form during battle at any time, but it costs 35 chakra to do so, and also counts towards one of that turn’s three allotted moves.
    *Can only be wielded by Keotsu. When someone else tries to hold the blade, it will reject their chakra and increase its density exponentially, making it to heavy to be lifted. However, it reverts to its original density when Keotsu is holding it.

Whilst the ground is dropping, a large amount of water gushes up, filling the hole starting from the ground and going up, covering the opponents whole body instantly and drowning him as he struggles to move his body due to the Earth tightly wrapped around his body and due to the loss of balance caused by the sudden drop he/she thinks is happening. Although the opponents believes this is what's happening, in reality they're just stationary and upon thinking they saw the hole closing up they'd be blind so they'd be standing at a spot, blinded and drowning due to thinking water suddenly shoots up and fills up the hole. Due to the affects of the genjutsu, should the opponent not find out it's a genjutsu and release themselves, they would end up falling unconscious due to thinking they're drowning.
    Note: Can only be used twice.
    Note: No genjutsu for the next 2 turns.
    Note: Upon being used once, must wait another 2 turns before using it again.

    Description: The White Lightning Blade was forged with a fang of the nine tailed beast Kurama using white lightning to cut it into smaller pieces capable of being manipulated. The user can add different levels of chakra into the sword causing different transformations of the sword to occur, with four transformations in total. The first transformation of the sword is version one, while in version one the sword appears to be dull, rusty, and at first glance useless. In version one the sword can send out waves of raiton chakra in a desired direction, These waves of raiton chakra can sense the electrical energy in a living thing giving the user the ability to sense living creatures. Each wave of raiton chakra can pass through solid objects with no harm to the objects so that if a creature is behind it the waves of raiton chakra are sent back into your sword letting you sense something is there. You send out these waves of raiton chakra by swinging the sword in that direction and the waves of raiton chakra can only be sent out horizontally. The waves that are sent out stay connected to the sword until another wave is sent out or until canceled.

    The second transformation of the white lightning is version two, while in version two the user adds Raiton chakra into the sword causing it to become grown to a massive size and also causes it to give off small bolts of lightning causing fractures on the sword and giving the sword an involuntary ability to send c-ranked lightning into anything the sword pierces or slashes. In version two the blade gives a constant wave of raiton charka this wave can pass through solid objects with no harm to the objects, you can detect any living thing inside the area. This constant wave of raiton chakra is full of waves that form a 360 degree 30 foot diameter by 30 foot height by 20 feet into the ground which is connected to the sword.

    The third transformation of the white lightning blade is version three, while in version three the user adds much more raiton chakra then version one and version two, causing the sword to become extremely heated and gain a red glow the sword now gains an involuntary ability to melt and send
    B-ranked lightning into anything the sword pierces or slashes.

    The fourth and final transformation of the white lightning is version four, while in version four the user adds an unbelievable amount of raiton charka into the sword, this causes the sword to become black in color and give off a black glow. In this version the user can swing the sword sending out waves of lightning chakra equal to a A-Ranked lightning jutsu and in this version the user can also absorb lightning jutsu from the opponent, The user can then swing his sword and send the opponents lightning back at them with the added power of the lightning wave that version four can swing out.



    Note: Every wave sent out in version one and version four counts towards your jutsu limit for that turn.
    Note: The waves sent out in version one are ten feet in width and ten feet in height.
    Note: When the white lightning blade is in version two it is the size of zabuza's Executioner's Blade.
    Note: When the white lightning blade is in any version after version one it can cut Steele.
    Note: When the white lightning blade is in its version two and three it can only stay like that for three turns, and then it reverts to its version one state, When it’s in version four it can only stay like that for two turns then it reverts to its version one state.
    Note: There is a two turn cool down after used, meaning used in any state above after version one and you take it out or it reverts back to its version one state you have to wait two turns before you can use it in any version after one form again.

    Description: This is a dark release technique used for hand to hand combat purposes, after using the "Dark Release: Inhaling Maw" technique beforehand to absorb the opponent's chakra and have it within the upper square mark of the diamond shape in their hands and spreading it out through their whole bodies, the user releases portions of the charka absorbed from the opponent when performing Taijutsu techniques or freeform combat, boosting up the power of there taijutsu techniques and having a certain amount of pressure with each punch that's enough to blow an opponent away several meters when struck with a hit from the user's body while this technique is active. This technique also allows the user to destroy boulders, rocks or the ground itself from the build up pressure (all within reason and to lower extents than those of Chakra Enhanced Strenght) that's released from the portions of chakra, however due to the limit of the chakra the user absorbed before using this technique it doesn't last long.
    Note: Can only be used 4 times.
    Note: Lasts 2 turns.
    Note: While active, user can't use Dark Release techniques, while molding Earth, Water or Wind chakras will dispel the effects of the technique.

    Nazo Taitou / Jigsaw Long Sword

    Description: Multiple swords that can combine in different formations to get different effects. 10 swords in total. Swords have specially designed chakra poors that create chakra threads that connect the swords either to each other, or to the user. The user would wear multiple metal bands/plates on their body for the swords to connect.
    The swords can detach their hilts and the blades attach end to end to form a long sword that is 30 ft in leanght total. They can also attach to each other side by side to form a shield. They can be used independantly for 10 sword combos. They can also attach chakra threads to thimble like metal pieces on the users fingers and either manipulate them in a mannor similar to puppets, or completely attach them to the finger tips to make claw like weapons. (Basicly they are normal swords that can connect. The actuall ability is being able to connect though self contained chakra threads)

    Available forms:
    -30 ft longsword
    -Shield
    -indevidual swords (no chakra connection)
    -Indevidual swords (connected to areas around body)
    -Indevidual swords (connected to finger tips)
    -Claws
    -whip (similar to 30 ft longsword accept hilts remain attached and chakra threads connect bottom of hilt to tip of sword behind it/ max leangth-57ft)

    -max leangth of threads is 3 ft

    Description: The user summons dozens of Hagfish that cover the users body, while the user is still fighting the hagfish begin to release and attaching layers of slime from their bodies to the users skin. The hagfish do this by connecting their slime with the users 361 tenketsu, the slime then acts as a second layer of skin thicker and stronger than normal skin, by connecting the slime to the users tenketsu the slime is able to release chakra as if it were part of the users skin. By releasing chakra and using nature transformation the user is able to control the softness of the slime skin, to the point the skin becomes as slick as grease, making it impossible to physically hit the user, cause the hit simply slip off of the users body; of as hard as rock making a strong defense.
    - The hagfish take one turn to cover the users body completely (After the user summons the hagfish).
    - The slime skin will remain on the users skin for 4 turns, from the point the hagfish are finished covering the body.
    - The user can freely control the density of the slime only once per turn, anymore than that and it takes one of the users three jutsu.
    - Once the users body is covered he becomes immune to A-rank and down Taijutsu.
    - By controlling the density correctly the slime is able to absorb Lightning A-rank and down.

    ±± Declined ±± Don't Resubmit. This is very similar to a cannon technique in its effect and its also pushing the concept of your contract a bit too much.

Due to the boost that Jeet Kune Do training provides, the user tries to be faster as well as to move like water to get around opponents attacks as they were taught to. So it is by this the user can only intercept Non Enhanced Taijutsu. The movement speed of the user is only slightly above that of a normal Strong Fist user. However, coupled with the increased reaction time it makes the user capable of defending against most moves of Strong Fist with ease.

    Note: This can still only swipe away Taijutsu up to B rank.

What makes this so special is that him being made of earth release, he can use Jeet Kune Do in a more stronger advanced style, using the earth release chakra for making strong yet quick strikes that can easily break bones due to the force of impact and his rock like structure. He can reform instantly when struck so long as he is standing on an earth source unless the earth chakra is negated which would cancel the technique.

She can speak, and her voice however is soft and quiet, the opposite of what you would expect from a snake. She's usually used for relaying information. She has an actual more useful ability however, which is that due to her fire affinity, she can bite the user, and send her fire chakra through her fangs as if it were venom, and constantly inject the user with fire chakra, increasing their fire jutsu by +10 for a short amount of time. Her bite causes slight pain for that turn only, before it settles, it's only painful enough to break B rank genjutsu in the turn bitten.

    Note: The increase to fire jutsu lasts for 4 turns.
    Note: Scarlet stays on the field for 5 turns.

She has an actual more useful ability however, which is that, with her abnormally large, sharp fangs she can bite the user/tear slightly through flesh to break him/her from genjutsu of A rank for the first 4 turns of battle. After which her gums will be in too much pain to do it any further, due to her small size, her gums can't support much pressure, such as tearing through flesh and biting excessively.

    Note: She can stay on the field for 4 turns.
    Note: Must have signed the snake contract to use.
    Note: Can be summoned twice per battle.
    Note: On the 2nd turned summoned, she cannot use her fangs to break the user from genjutsu.

    Removed the elemental boost, Removed the ability to use fire jutsu, added more damage to the bite to make more sense for A rank genjutsu, Increased the restrictions all to make up for the A rank genjutsu I added and the ability to summon her twice but as her just being a normal snake the second time with no further ability. Simply because I think it could make things more interesting with dialogue in battle. I'd like to make the 2nd time summoning her to have no turn limitation for that purpose, but this will do xD.

    Jeet Kune Do

    (Jeet Kune Do: Doragon's Kei) Jeet Kune Do: Dragon's Thorn

    Description: Deriving from the destructive force of a kick from Bruce Lee. The user will send a kick to the chest of the opponent with enough force behind it to crack the opponents chest slightly, making it so that the opponents arms are slower due to pain. This would make the opponents arms slower due to the pain they will feel by moving their arms due to their cracked chest. It can halfen the speed of the opponents arms. After the first kick to the chest, any other kick afterwards will reduce the speed of their opponents arms by 10%, until finally, the opponent can't move their arms anymore due to pain. Once the kick is executed, it will also knock the air from the opponents lungs, immobilizing them for a few seconds. The kick it'self will send the opponent away by 5 meters, allowing the opponent to catch their breath before needing to defend the user again.

    Note: Must be a Jeet Kune Do master to perform this.
    Note: People or masses with great density and muscle mass won't be affected as much or affected at all. Examples: Bee, 3rd and 4th raikage.



    (Hebi Boushi Renzus) Snake Eye Lenses

    Description: The user will make a single handseal and mold a lens over their eyes made from chakra. These lenses give the users eyes the appearance of snake eyes. The lens coat the users eyes with chakra creating a barrier over the users eyes which can block foreign chakra from accessing the users eyes, thus making the user immune to visual genjutsu, however, the user limits themselves as well by not being able to perform visual genjutsu either. The lens also shield the users eyes from dust, water drops and also protects the user from bright lights that could easily blind the average ninja. This works by the pupils of the lens filter the light that hits the eyes, allowing only enough light that the users eyes can handle to actually pass through to let them see, ensuring that they aren't hit with a massive amount of light that blinds them. Similar to how sunglasses work, except instead of making what the user sees darker, it simply filters the amount of light the eyes receive through chakra manipulation.

    Note: Lasts 4 turns.
    Note: This can be used 2x per battle.
    Note: Must have the snake contract.

This give the user +5 to taijutsu and any damage done to the hands such as burning or cutting have no affect but any were else on the body it is vulnerable seeing as how the chakra cloak only covers the hands.
