    Description: The user will harness most of his water and wind chakra, within a cloudy enviroment, the likes of the clouds formed by the dragonfire bullet jutsu which preceeds kirin. By infusing the air within those clouds with that chakra it'll super cool it. Add that to height and suiton chakra's capacity to generate water and cool things down, and it'll creat a great mass of cold (-50°C) slicing (basic use of futon chakra) wind. Since the envieroment around the concetration of cold air is hotter, the user-chakra infused air will then precipitate at tremendous speeds downwards onto the target. It's impact will generate a deep crater while slicing and freezing whatever in vincity. The user, however is unaffected by it's effects, since it is an expression of his chakra therefore, harmless to him.
    Notes: May only be used once per battle.
    Notes: No futon nor suiton jutsus above B-rank for the rest of the battle.
    Notes: The user is unable to perform Genjutsu, medical ninjutsu or complex techniques (S-rank or above) for 3 turns.

    Ok, with Emperor busy in RL for the next few weeks, as well as Alucard and RokuNR, I'm unable to keep this thread opened without it getting completetly auto off control (which i fear has happened). For the next week (hopefully it will be one week only), the thread will be closed for checking opening up for a new cycle on friday (I hope). All members that received a ban from the CJ thread for a certain amount of cycles will receive a decrease in the ban for 1 cycle, matching what would happen if the thread was opened normally.

    I hope everyone can understand and I'll promise I'll do my best to, in 7 days, clear the CFS and CJ threads and get them up and running again.

    Description: The user will infuse all of his water techniques with increased surface tension after the performance of two hand seals, Boar → Ram, and adding in large amounts of suiton chakra. This technique strengthens the tendency of the surface of a liquid allowing it to resist an external force to a greater extent. As the water impacts a surface, instead of bursting apart due to the force, the water will retain it's shape and strength. If up against a technique strong than itself even after infusion, for example a higher ranked earth, the water will hit the earth, and disperse. However, the water will disperse into large spheres the size of small boulders (smaller depending on the volume of water released), due to the surface tension on the individual bodies of water. They then will remain on the battlefield until the effects of this technique wear off, where the water will lose its shape and flow like normal water. Suiton jutsu above A-rank will simply be unaffected by this technique.

    Description: As the name of the technique implies, it allows the user to concentrate a vast amount of chakra in a selective part of the earth in order to cause an abrupt and powerful explosion. The technique, like the Rasengan, focuses on vast amounts of compression – But differs from the rasengan in that it ignores rotation and containment all together. The user will saturate a selected part of the earth – ideally within the general vicinity of an enemy target – with their chakra, compressing the earth with all their might. In the following moments, the user will ‘relieve’ this pressure, and allow the pent up energy to explode outwards in the form of a powerful explosion that covers a complete360 degrees. In this explosion, countless small, shrapnel like rock fragments will blast outwards with incredible power, moving at such speeds that they puncture the skin of anyone near with no hesitation. The technique is powerful enough to even beak Kaguya bone (by the rapid pelting), and with this knowledge, it’s easy to imagine what it would be capable of against a person or animal. The process of cpooling chakra in the ground as well as the explosions themselves is fast and abrupt, not easily sensed – There is no shifting in the earth to be felt prior to the explosion; Namely, an enemy can easily be caught off guard by this technique. The maximum size of the explosive rock before detonation would be that of a softball. The explosions are proportionate in size and power to the source material (So a softball would create a bigger explosion than a tennis ball).
    ~One can escape the explosion by putting a distance between himself and the explosive, or simply creating it at a safe distance away from himself. Five and a half meters would be the minimum distance to avoid harm.

    The user carries it as a cross in a bracelet on his right hand wrist, when wanted the user channels chakra into it and the cross changes shape and grows into a white with blue bow 6 foot large in size wich is inderstructable, of course the user carries the arrows seperatly on his back, having to state how many arrows his carrying before each match.

    Abilities of the Bow:
    - This bow is able to coat its arrows with elements, by having the user channel the certain element chakra into the arrow and coating it, then making the element start spinning around the arrow improving is damage and lethaly, this can be used with fire, water, and wind elements. However for the fire coated arrows the user has carry and state he is using a special made kind of arrow wich can resist the heat, even tho its only coated.
    - It also carries a unique ability of boosting the fire and water elements used with its arrows:
    - The Fire coated Arrow, when in contact with the target it will engulf the target in flames of B rank strength.
    - When used with a Water coated Arrow, when in contact with the target it will burst the water around the target and imprison them in a B rank water Orb (similar to the cannon water based).

    Restrictions:
    - Regular Arrows used don't count towards 1 of the 3 technique per turn, since they are regular weapons such as kunais, shuriken, etc..
    - Elemental coated Arrows each count towards 1 of the 3 techniques per turn of the user.
    - Element coated boosted Arrows each count towards 1 of the 3 techniques per turn of the user.
    - Elemental coated Arrows can only be used 3 times each element per battle.
    - Element coated boosted Arrows can only be used 2 times each element per battle.
    - Only Kurotsuchi.. can use this Weapon.

    Everything your summons do count as a move. Making the clones need to be an activational technique that she uses specially with its implications.     Description: The user will release their chakra into the ground, then by manipulating their chakra, they cause a abundance of adhesive sticky mud to burst up from the ground around and beneath the opponent(s), the mass of mud quickly forming into a tombstone like shape while clinging to the target. The mud then quickly hardens, encasing the whole of the opponent in solid rock, the rock quickly continues to constrict around the opponent, growing tighter and tighter until it eventually crushes them with immense force. Multiple tombstones can be created to encase and destroy multiple enemies, or a single large tombstone can be created to destroy a group of enemies, or one large enemy. The Tombstone created can be no larger than Gamakichi and if multiple Tombstones are created, their total size combined cannot exceed that of Gamakichi.

    Description: An ancient sword forged in a land where to lose your sword meant to lose your life. The sword was imbued with a large amount of chakra, created from the remains of a certain blacksmiths fallen comrades weapons. The sword was passed down through the ages, falling from one sect or group to another being wielded even by samurais. Each owner of the sword having a brutal and terrifying power.

    Abilities
    With each swing the sword is capable of releasing illusionary projections (A maximum of three weapons per sword swing) of various different metallic weapons from its blade (Eg swords, hammers, spears), that fly towards the opponent, the projections being similar to that of the E rank clone technique, not being an actual genjutsu, nor being real or having any physical sustenance. The illusions serve as nothing more than a distraction so as to catch the enemy off guard. However once every turn, the use can release their chakra into the illusionary weapons, materializing them so that they turn into real weapons capable of inflicting physical damage, the materialized weapons being chakra propelled and enhanced. A keen opponent would be capable of noticing the slight differences between the projection weapons and the materialized weapons, namely that the real ones are capable of having shadows, while the fake ones, no matter what will never have a shadow. The real weapons have a maximum reach of 10 meters.

    Restrictions
    -Illusions can only be materialized once every two turns, materialization counts as a S rank equivalent jutsu and as such takes up one of the three allotted moves.
    - The sword can only produce illusions when the sword is swung, as such if the sword is stopped mid- swing the illusions dissipate.
    The ability of creating illusionary weapons must be activated, activation costs 20 chakra and counts towards ⅓ moves allotted. The activation wears off after five turns, in which case two turns must pass to activate again.

This defence would be able to protect the user from multiple elements and attacks without being of any hindrance to him whatsoever, allowing him to move at his usual speed. However, one drawback would be, whilst having this jutsu activated, the user will not be able to mould his Water or Lightning chakra (so no Water or Lightning jutsus), due to the elements that make up Dust. (Since they are being focused on to keep the armour intact)
    Notes:
    - Can only be used twice.
    - Lasts 3 turns each time it's used, unless cancelled by the user.
    - No Water or Lightning jutsus whilst armour is activated.

    After infused particles spread a stream of the user's chakra throughout the the area of reach, the user will gain the ability to identify his surrounding environment without the need for eyesight. It is also notable that the air entering the infused dust's reach will also be carrying dust, thus won't move the area of reach.
    Note:
    -The user cannot solidify doton while this jutsu is in affect, he can only use techniques that turn rocks to dust/mud but not the other way around.
    -The user can't keep this technique active for more than five turns
    -The user can't use S-rank jutsu or higher while this jutsu is in effect or the turn in which it loses its effectiveness.

Anyone trapped within the mist is flooded with images of black roosters, dead spirits and a burning taste and smell of rum and red peppers, all rounded and perverted by Maman's voice as if mocking them and the ones they lost. Maman herself is a great box jellyfish the size of a human, light enough to swim through the mist, taking advantage of the confusion of her opponent to strike him from behind. This takes the concept of a living Genjutsu, of a mist, a summon and, genjutsu mixing together. The genjutsu constantly shifts it's chakra signal, making it so that it adapts to any shifts in the opponent's chakra flow, making this a constant genjutsu even if the opponent is able to constantly shift his chakra or body, as long as the opponent is in the mist.

    Oped. If you want the bolded part, reduce the range of the mist (which I guess it's up to long-range). Also, edit your first note/restriction to something more reasonable. A b-rank wind technique could blow a bigger area than some S-rank techniques, depending on what the jutsu specifically does, meaning rank doesn't mind here, but the strength/size of the wind able to blow it away.

The Second function of this armor is that it is chakra adaptent meaning that it will take on the characteristic of the last elemental chakra used thus making the opposing weaker element effects lesser and nullified in some cases.

Once the turn is up, Guren makes the snake hand seal sending the structure flying down with great speed and momentum, The user can either make the tiger hand seal causing the structure to shatter and rain down a shower of sharp crystal glass or she can make the ox hand seal causing the structure to start rotating at extremely high speeds crashing into the ground creating a massive 30 foot crater as it's sends out a powerful shock wave. After this is complete guren passes out for one turn due to the high charka use, When she recovers she is also unable to use any justu above A-rank.

    20x20x20 might be a little to much comparing to the amount of time it needs to be formed (only 5 seconds). So, either reduce its size and de-power it a bit, meaning this wouldn't need to be a Forbidden rank, or get a bigger time frame in order to get this thing ready.     Incorrect name. Its a wind technique, not a regular ninjutsu. Also, how long can he stay above ground? I don't mind him raising above ground as long as he can keep stepping upwards but he won't be left a float when he stops.
