Upon doing so, they will release the large blast of chakra energy outwards in all directions from their body.

    General Description: Lions are very good predators thy stalk their prey with ease. They can hide in most grassy areas undettected

    Summon General Abilities: Lions from Pride Rock are all very powerful. They can speak and each has a unique ability and affinity of their own.

    Summoning: The person who signs the Lions of Pride Rock Contract will get a tattoo. Whoever has the scroll or the tatto is able to summon Lions of Pride Rock and the Lions can summon their summoner. When the user performs a succesful summoning will call an average size Lion or Lioness with an elemental affinity or a special skill, if theres an unccesfull summoning the user will call for a baby cub or a normal Lioness with nothing special of it.

    Description and Background: Octopus(Tako) or Giant octopus (kyotako) are sea creatures Octopuses have two eyes and four pairs of arms, An octopus has a hard beak, with its mouth at the centre point of the arms. Octopuses have no internal or external skeleton (although some species have a vestigial remnant of a shell inside their mantle), allowing them to squeeze through tight places. Octopuses are among the most intelligent and behaviourally flexible of all invertebrates.
    Octopus are useful summons capable of aiding the user on land and on sea. Their tentacles are composed of powerful suckers which when attached to a victim can’t be pulled out by means as simple as strong force, these suckers can also be used to hold air pockets and propel them at great speeds while underwater. They also possess glands that produce inks. Giants Octopus generally use these to create smokescreens in water, they are also capable of using chakra to manipulate their produced ink the ability often passed down to the users of the summoning as well. Due to the rotation speed and the basic principle of hot-cold air, everything within it freezes in the 3rd turn after using the jutsu. As the tornado spins around the battlefield hot air moves upwards and cold air makes the battlefield freeze violently. In the 3rd turn, everything that is caught withing it dies from instant freezing.

    Restrictions? And it needs some serious ones. State the approximated size of the hurricane (40metres diameter? 50? etc) Also 3 turns is too short. Change it to 4. Like i said, you need serious restrictions, not only because it covers the ''entire battlefield'', meaning you must get caught on it too, but also because you need huge amounts of chakra to keep things thing for 4 turns.

    Description: the Rebellion sword is made out of a special metal that is able to use the user's fire chakra , it has a large white blade with a silver skull shaped handle ,it's worn on the user's back like Kakashi's sword when he was young , when the user channels his fire chakra into the blade, a fire Aura surrounds the white blade making the sword more lighter and enhancing the user with faster reactions and turning the blades color into bloody red, as long as the user is wielding the blade he can perform any fire technique with the use of only a single handseal, also by adding the +30 fire chakra of the user to the blade , the blade can block fire techniques up to A-rank negating the fire and absorbing it but still receives a certain amount of damage from the attack.

    Description: When Rebellion is in the user's hand, he infuses Rebellion with a Large amount of Fire chakra as he stabs Rebellion into the ground, causing large Swords that looks exactly like Rebellion to rise out of the ground beneath the opponent in order to impale them, however these swords are bigger than Rebellion and has it's blades surrounded by Fire flowing around it and the blades of the swords look like they are set a blaze, to make it easier for impaling the opponent, the swords are connected to one another leaving no room in between them and rise at diagonal and vertical angles, the user can use this technique in a defensive way in which he causes the Swords to come out around him with the user in the middle protecting him from incoming attacks of A-rank and below elemental techniques, the Sword is made of strong metal and thus it works as a lightning conductor as well, lastly the Fire that's released from the swords heat up the area surrounding it however not to the point of harming the user or the opponent and is released, once the user takes Rebellion out of the ground the Swords retract back to the ground.

    Description: This is an advanced Sealing technique, triggered by a Seal that's located on the left arm of the user's body that's written with a large Kanji letter "Absorption" this seal has some of the user's chakra already infused in it which is a medium for triggering the Seal using this chakra the seal sends pulses of chakra around the user within Short range from him, once there's an invisible gas/wind with chakra infused in it that's near the user, the Seal glows in a bright yellow color and activates, quickly forming an invisible barrier of chakra around the user's body, this barrier absorbs the invisible gas or invisible wind making it harmless to the user's body, another aspect to this technique is that when the barrier absorbs the invisible gas or wind, the opponent wouldn't have any control over the gas that's being absorbed, meaning he cannot reshape it or cause it to explode due to the user's chakra being around it, this Seal can only absorb 3 technique up to S-rank and only works on the invisible Wind/Gas techniques, however it isn't able to regular wind techniques that can be seen with the normal eyes, the user is also unable to use A-rank and above Fūinjutsu techniques in the same turn.

    In one sectio you talk about infusing your chakra into it to activate it and in the other you say it activates automatically when there is something invisble around. This I may allow for gases but I will never allow for wind as it makes you virtually immune to wind techniques. Also, max 2 times but for that you need to have 2 seals on your body.

    Description: This is an advanced form of the original "Ninja Art: Tracking Technique" however instead of hands the user concentrates chakra into his whole body, increasing the sense of feeling vibrations by his body, like the parent technique this allows user to find his opponent's location and how many are there as well as their skill and if there were Shadow clones or not, however for that to work, this technique will be activated over a certain period of time, however to find the opponent's location and all other aspects that the technique is capable of doing the user must be in a stationary position and standing still "not walking/running..etc" however he's able to perform handseals or move his hands at the same time, another useful aspect to this technique is that it grants the user's body a keen sensing of vibrations, so much that he's able to feel the faint vibrations released when his chakra circularity system is disturbed whenever in a genjutsu, and therefore allow the user to know when he's under a genjutsu.

    Description:A very simple yet a useful technique which requires the use of a single hand seal,The user releases his chakra into the air around his opponent and uses it to compress the water molecule in the air to form a transparent sheet of freezing cold ice[just like ice disk technique] which is 6*6 meter in dimension and stays levitated in the air above the opponent and maintains a distance of 5 meter from the ground, It works by gradually cooling the surrounding and basically the air around the opponent and thus gradually decreasing his reflexes and reaction time and after a certain point of time completely restricting his movements, If opponent makes a direct contact with the ice then he suffers a frost bite in that selected body part and is no longer able to use it.

    1st turn- No significant changes are seen but the opponent movement's require more energy and his speed is decreased slightly
    2nd turn- The opponent reflexes are decreased significantly, his speed and body movements are decreased by one rank [ex Kage-Sannin], The opponent is also not able to perform high rank taijutsu due to shivering feeling. [A rank above]
    3rd turn- The opponent is sent in a state of hypothermia and is no longer able to move his body parts on his will thus completely paralyzed.
    4th turn- The opponent it completely unconscious and if no medical support is provided soon he has a great risk to his life.

    Note: The sheet is completely transparent and hovers in air just like the Ice disk technique thus a Doujutsu is required to see it.
    Note: The user can not use any Ice technique in the same turn it is used
    Note: The user can not use S rank above water and Wind technique in the same turn it used.

If the hammer strikes an enemy it can be used to submerge and/or cursh body parts.

    Description and Background: Squid are cephalopods that inhabit in deep sea but often found above the waters. Squid have a distinct head, a mantle, and eight tentacle with a pair usually longer than the rest. Squid are strong swimmers within water use jet propulsion, this is by water being exhaled through a siphon, which typically narrows to a small opening to produce the maximum exhalent velocity topping the speed of 40km/h. Squids can jump out of the water and glide in the air as high as 50m. The skin is covered in chromatophores, which enable the squid to change color to suit its surroundings, making it practically invisible in dark environments.
    In Narutoverse squids as summons are available from small to gigantic sizes, although they live alone they are found in abundance at their hidden location the “Star Ocean”.     I declined a squid contract before and the reason is the same. Squid is a cannon animal, protecting the turtle island and having a relation with Kumogakure. Its unsure if Motoi (i think its his name) can summon it or not but he can communicate with it, a feat we associate between summoner and summoning animal for the most part.

When it is thrown then it is able to return back to his hand. If someone tries to pick it up it will turn into a puddle of water and return to Poseidon's hand.

    Description: The Symbiote was said to be a parasitic life form that has existed in space millions of years ago it was said to envelop their hosts like costumes, creating a parasitic bond through which the host's mind can be influenced as well as the chakra system. The Sage of the Six Paths discovered the life form on earth, and it's parasitic nature tried to take a hold of him. Though, he was not so easily defeated, he manipulated the parasite through the influence of reality (Yin-Yang), making it controlled through his thoughts even though the Symbiote was still alive and capable of thinking/moving on its own. Through his quests, the secret behind the Sage's power was the Symbiotic armor he wore under his clothes that was attached to his skin and into his nervous system. The armor gave the Sage amazing abilities on the battlefield. It's slime like body has the ability to extend tentacle like limbs, from any direction allowing it to shape itself to any sort of tools (sheilds, swords etc) making close combat to be efficient, as well as hardening to steel like quality and back to a slime consistency in a quick, fluid and smooth timeframe.

    Though soon after the Sage died, the armor was uncontrollable and dangerous, eating its hosts alive from the inside out one after the other until it came across a man named Ryoku. He was able to keep its parasitic nature at bay at the cost of his life force. In battle the armor was deemed to be a forbidden art that will eat away at the core of a shinobi. The Symbiote lies dormant(sleep) unless its lifeforce is put in danger. If activated during battle by either itself or the host it will drain the users lifeforce every turn until the battle is over and its life is not in harms way. The armor gives additional strength in taijustu/kenjutsu when its covered over the users limbs (hardening the skin & increasing strength).

    Removed entire part where I could make the spike balls without any internal body fluid's contact, the jutsu above is idea generated from Deidara's clay molecular clay bomb. Please tell me what to remove or restrict to make it approvable. Right now it can be basically blown back by an Frank wind jutsu or rendered useless with canon/custom S ranked lightning.

    Description: Kazehyoumei is a shortsword but is moderately long compared to a regular shortsword and has an elemental affinity to wind. Activating Kazehyoumei causes wind to form out of the tip of the sword, making it look like a regular long-sword. The wind shooting out of it is piercing sharp and creates a very small creaking sound which cannot be heard with the slightest sound interuption. When activated, it also feeds on the surrounding wind for more power and can completely absorb up to A-rank wind jutsus. Feeding on the surrounding wind is naturally a part of the sword's very own chakra supply, other than obtaining the chakra from the user. Kazehyoumei increases the speed of thrown projectiles and can manipulate the direction of the thrown projectiles by manipulating it's wind chakra around. (Not the thrown projectile's wind chakra, Kazehyoumei's wind chakra). When Kazehyoumei is activated, the user can release a dangerously sharp wind blast equaling the power of an S-rank wind jutsu just by swinging it at the targeted direction. Also when activated, the user can use wind jutsus with the handseal 'Ram' with the sword being in between the user's hand as he does the handseal.
    • Can only activate four times per battle
    • Burns 10 chakra per turn activated

    • When Kazehyoumei is activated, it's increased length is hard to notice without a dojutsu

The outer circle is black in colour while the inner, smaller circle is white in colour. Kazehyoumei is a pair of gloves originally created and used by a wind use. It has been passed down for generations and anybody who weren't selected by the previous users of Kazehyoumei will not be able to use the gloves abilities. Over the many, many years Kazehyoumei has been used, it has often stored parts of the wind chakra it has come across and hence, has developed, unlocked and achieved abilities of it's own for the user's easy access. The current owner of Kazehyoumei, -Yusuke-, has learnt the trick to utilize the stored wind chakra inside Kazehyoumei instead of having it suck the user's wind chakra.

    Abilities
    1. By utilizing the wind chakra within the gloves, wind techniques created by the user will be at least twice as large than its initial size but there is no boost in damage.

    2. By channeling wind chakra mainly into the inner circles of the gloves, the user is able to create a vacuum that sucks in wildfires in the surroundings. This ability is unlimited but the ability to suck in fire techniques is limited

    3. By concentrating wind chakra into the gloves, the user is capable of manipulating the wind currents in order to deflect, manipulate and increase the speed of thrown projectiles or grant the user the ability of controlled flight.

    Restrictions
    - Ability to absorb fire techniques can only be used once per turn/move
    - Ability to absorb fire techniques can only be used three times per battle
    - Usage of Ability #2 and absorbing fire techniques counts as a jutsu usage
    - The increasing size of wind technique can only be used on one wind technique per post/turn
    - Ability to absorb wildfires can absorb wildfires caused by fire techniques but cannot absorb the fire technique itself

During the process, a second and third layer of wind begins covering the opponent from the bottom up and top down. As all this is happening, the enemy is slowly being squished to death by the wind layer that tightens every moment. At the user's command, the three layers will become sharpened and implode over the target, shredding the enemy into smithereens.

    Thread finally opened for another weekly cycle of 3 techniques. The cycle starts today, the 7th of September and ends thursday the 13th of September.

    I ask you all to please read through eachothers submissions. Reading approved and declined submissions helps you get a grasp of what you can alter in your submissions to make them approved.

    Also, (and this will be hereby referred to as the Blue Rule, which has been added to the first post of this thread) you aren't allowed to direct us into how to check your customs or tell us to make edits on the submissions. Also, providing expressions like "I talked to X senior sensei and he said its possible" or any variation of such expressions is forbidden. Adding explanations outside the technique's description (or, by that matter, any expression or sentence directed at us) is also forbidden. Anything you wish to explain you need to do so in the technique itself as it needs to be perfectly understandable if its to be approved. Needing to explaining things outside of it renders such premise invalid.

    Description: By sending a pulse of hyouton chakra in a piece of Ice or a certain area covered by Ice the user can make it explode and the same phenomenon can also be applied to the techniques used by the user, It's main damage capacity depends upon the amount of Ice the greater the amount of Ice the greater is it's damage dealing capacity.
    -Can be used 3 times per match
    -No ice related techniques in the same turn.
    -Can only make that Ice explode which is either made by the user or naturally present
    -Can only taught be Gitanshu
