    Description: The user performs seven hand-seals, and then takes 5 foot-long hemp ropes (usually worn as a garment or type of harness) and infuses them with suiton chakra which also saturates them with water. Once infused with suiton chakra these ropes can be independently controlled and manipulated solely by the user. These ropes can be used to bind, tie, or secure an opponent by wrapping around their head, legs or arms in specific rope patterns then bind the hands to the feet and the feet to the head.
    As soon as an opponent is caught the user can then tighten or loosen the ropes using the Dog and Rabbit hand-seals. The user can also set the ropes to self tighten by performing the Dragon hand-seal, once done the ropes will tighten and painfully contort the victims body, killing them.

    -Note: Can only be taught by AntiHero.
    -Note: Suiton jutsu B-rank or above can not be used while controlling/manipulating the ropes.

    Description: The user performs 3 hand-seals, and then places his/her right hand to their mouth while focusing a large amount of katon chakra in their lungs. The user then exhales the katon chakra out of their mouth, after removing their hand. Once released the large fireball take the shape of a large Antelope squirrel (3 square ft. in size). This squirrel, being made completely out of fire, sets everything it comes in contact with ablaze.
    This jutsu can be used for offensive purposes or as major distraction, burning at exactly 110° F this jutsu can easy evaporate standing pools of water or Suiton jutsu of C-rank or lower. The user of this jutsu can freely control it once it takes squirrel form. However if the user is not able to form the squirrel, the fireball will continue in a straight line and explode once it comes in contact with a solid surface.

    -Note: No other Katon jutsu of B-rank or higher can be used for 2 turns after using this jutsu.
    -Note: This jutsu stays active for 2 turns, once in squirrel form.
    -Note: Must be a signer of the Squirrel contract to use this jutsu.

    ±± Declined ±± OPED. When we say a custom is overpowered, it doesn't mean to put up more restrictions. It means the ability it possesses is too much. Adding restrictions doesn't change its power when you do use it. It just limits your use of it which isn't doing much.

The user constantly sends chakra into the fireball while compressing it at an incredible rate, so it looks like an expanding sphere of intense flames. On the users command, they can cause it to explode, creating a giant explosion that covers entire short range and the shockwave will reach mid range.

After using the user if left with low levels of fatigue and a slightly injured arm (the one that performed the jutsu).

    2. Messatsu Goshoryu}Obliterating Great Rising Dragon

    Description: Based on the knowledge of the Ashura Senku, the user will focus his Satsui no Hado chakra around him so that it bends around him and projects an after-image behind himself that masks his actual movement as the chakra itself is constantly in flux. The user then uses some of that same chakra to coat his arms as he makes his attack. As he performs a primary Shoryuken, he then quickly pivots on his foot and spin quickly, striking and releasing a second Shoryuken. The user then uses the same tactic and his now increasing momentum to strike quickly at the foe with a third Shoryuken, releasing the Satsui no Hado chakra the entire time the blows are dealt, resulting in the chakra seeping out and latching onto the enemy with the final definitive strike. As the chakra attaches to the enemy, he causes them themselves to become enraged and lose focus momentarily, causing them to not be able to mold their chakra properly for Ninjutsu attacks of higher than A-rank in their next turn although the rage will slightly boost their overall Taijutsu aggressiveness and power.
    *Can only be used 2 per fight
    *After using, it requires a wait period of at least 2 turns
    *Must know Shoryuken jutsu and by extension, NB Taijutsu as it is a component of NB Tai

    Description: The user will gather a large amount of Satsui no Hado chakra, then perform a single hand seal and release all of the chakra at once, just like performing Nagashi. The Satsui no Hado chakra will be released in a 360 degree around the user, which would place the opponent under Satsui no Hado genjutsu if caught in the circle. The murderous and dark intent of the chakra will be embedded into the opponent through their skin and disrupt their own chakra paths within their brain; They will see the user and feel inside of them a rage so deep that it consumes their person and will rage within themselves, disrupting their ability to mold chakra effectively. Due to this, any technique released by the enemy will be consequently weaker due to not being able to channel the proper amounts of chakra into them due to rage. Any rank of jutsu will be down graded to one rank, in essence. Any S rank will become A rank, A rank will become B rank and so on and so forth. This jutsu can also be used without handseals but the user must lower himself into the horse stance and charge chakra for a few moments before releasing it at once (takes around 4-5 seconds to charge if done this way)
    *Lasts 3 turns

    *Requires break period in between of at least 3 turns
    *Can only be used by users of the Satsui no Hado

    Sorry but so many variations of this exist that its bound to collide with any 360º burst technique. And the effects are a bit too much and unreasonable. Why don't you make this more directional and less opped? Perhaps some sort of taijutsu move that would unleash this chakra up to Mid-range? thus affecting the enemy?

    Sorry for passion didn't noticing this before but this technique has 2 problems: It collides with Vacuum Pressure and it has the potential to be severely overused and oped. You could simply make this beneath the opponent and shred him to pieces as he can't actually rise up, if he tries to shoot a fire at it, he burns himself in the mayhem of flames created and little Earth techniques could be used to protect him from this.

    Description: Hyō Unarigoe is an advanced, form fitting, white, segmented body armor that fits comfortably and perfectly around the entire lower portion of the wielder’s body. Hyō Unarigoe is composed of a lightweight, yet incredibly durable chakra metal. Tight, leather, chakra mesh is located under the basic armor and around the joints and points on the body requiring a large amount of movement and flexibility (such as the ankles, knees, etc). The knees have bladed projections on the front of them for cutting/slicing. The feet and ankle portion of the body armor are solid black, and contain several metal claws protruding from the toes. These provide the wielder increased traction on slick or difficult terrain (such as ice, etc). The claws can hook into surfaces to stop on whim, or aid the wielder in immediate directional changes. The bottoms of the feet are padded with a noise muffling material, allowing for silent running. Unless the opponent is aided by increased unnatural hearing, the wielder cannot be detected by sound alone when moving. However, the real ability that Hyō Unarigoe possesses is much more deadly. The strength of Hyō Unarigoe increases as it becomes dirtier, regardless of whether it is from mud, water, or anything containing chakra. Whenever a technique touches or makes contact with any part of Hyō Unarigoe, it absorbs the technique’s chakra, either dispelling completely or reducing the rank of the technique. This also leaves the armor somewhat stained with black blotches. The chakra metal of Hyō Unarigoe will then stay charged with the chakra absorbed from techniques. When needed, the wielder will transfer the stored chakra from the armor to himself to be used for a supplement to his next technique.

    First things first: you are copying 2 CWs in different parts. You are trying to use the generic undefined abilities of Hazama's Hat and the overall feel of Zero's body armor. Either define and restrict these chakra abilities (absorbs for what? dispeling gen without a rank limit? powering a technique? how? what its purpose? reducing the rank of the technique? limits on this?) or simply don't go there. Won't approve such a generic abuse prone weapon. Blue part is a complete no-no. Also, don't you already have a weapon? If so you need to link it. I remember checking one of yours or I may be mistaken.

    ~When used on objects which "flow" (ie. air, wind, water, etc.), the substance will reform itself (as it naturally flows), but if the substance was part of a jutsu, the jutsu is now canceled

Due to the directionality of the blast, the user minimizes any potential repercussions, such as being struck by resultant debris and even recoil appears to be completely negated.

    Description: Taking advantage of the innate properties of Blast Style, the ability to destroy objects, the user focuses Bakuton chakra into their hand, and then holds it out at arms length. The user then releases the chakra, creating a white net-like pattern of Bakuton chakra which goes in the direction of the pointed hand. The net then travels through anything it comes into contact with, the Bakuton chakra creates minute, pin-point explosives as it travels through the object, appearing to "slice" whatever it travels through. As the net travels, chakra pulsates through the empty squares created by the net-like shape at regular intervals, thus creating perfect cubes of whatever the net travels through. Due to the strength of this jutsu, it is capable of traveling through any non-jutsu object, and any jutsu up to A-rank.

    Again, this wouldn't work on intangible elements. Taking into account the weaknesses and strengths of Bakuton, this would only work on earth, wood and other similar elements. Also, you need to take into account that bakuton is about explosions...using an explosive chakra. This pertains to the ability of molecular disassembly. And yet you're still trying to get it to affect energy based techniques which wouldn't happen. This, for me, doesn't pertain to bakuton but rather what you want bakuton to be about.

The Red-backed Kingfishers that are summoned will never be the same three as summoned before, they are just summoned from the same large collective back in their home bushland. The birds can either attack one target each, making three hits in total or they can focus their attack onto a single point of attack. If they attack one target each there attack would be equivalent to a B-rank fire attack. If they are instructed to attack the one point they will fly in an arrow formation making there attack equivalent to that of an A-rank fire attack.

The lightning will destroy any obstacle in its path and do considerable damage to anyone caught in the lightning path. The wave of lightning will very quickly make its way out to mid-range from the moment the sword is plunged into the ground.

    A simple technique in wich the use channels a suited of of fire chakr into the center piece of a kunai and compresses it in there heating up the kunai as well, then the kunai is thrown when wanted by the user he can peform the rat handseal and make the compressed fire explode, exploding the heated kunai into hundreads of small shards of heated sharp steel wich fly towards every direction aroud whe exploded kunai in a fast manner capable of dealing deep cuts and low burns on the target's skin, do to this, the user can't use them while in short range or they would obiously be caught in the assault aswell. The kunai's will cool off in the time of 1 full turn meaning after the turn is over, this technique will no longer work with suck kunai. The part from where you hold the kunai does not explode since the fire chakra is compressed in the center of the rhombus.
    - The user can use it in at most 2 kunais at the same time.

    Description: The user will begin by channeling their doton chakra into the earth, manifesting four spherical entities, lined with spiked protrusions that rise into the air short range around the user. Each sphere is roughly the size of a softball, while the spikes are each around an inch long. Once in the air, the user will perform two handseals in order to imbue their ration chakra into each of the spherical entities. Usually, lightning would simply tear through the earth, however in this case, the lightning has similar characteristics to that of the Banquet of Lightning technique – The lightning channeled through the earth will actually augment the offensive capabilities of the earth. Each of the four entities will then be propelled towards the enemy at great speeds, cutting into the body and tearing off chunks of flesh as they make contact with an opponent. The lightning will serve to induce paralysis as well as allow the entities to easily tear through most defenses.

After doing so, the user then uses the Satsui no Hado and wind chakra to cause himself to spin rapidly, causing a mini whirlwind to appear around him. He then rushes at the enemy, striking several times with severe force severe times in the upper body, causing massive damage to their lungs and chest from the blows. After using, the enemy falls from high up in the sky, hitting the earth with great force, causing further damage. The user is then left with heavy fatigue and great strain on his leg after using, making taijutsu involving the legs troublesome. His speed also drops considerably after using for some time.

    Description: The User Will start off by doing a set of 5 handseals. Once done he will then summon a huge amount of heatwaves across the whole field (similar to hidden mist) but the only difference is.. the Heatwaves are visible. Once done the heatwaves will just linger in the air. This jutsu sucks up ALL the water in the area and prevents water jutsus from being used. If any water jutsu is used the heatwaves evaporate them soon as it hits the atmosphere. Due to the massive heatwaves this jutsu also sucks up the water in the opponent but very slowly. The first 2 turns the opponent wont realize it. But after that the opponent will start getting light headed, suffer fatigue, and if nothing is done by the 4th turn, They will suffer a heat stroke and pass out. Also Due to the massive chakra that comes with it. The user will suffer slight fatigue at first but due to him having scorch chakra. The heatwaves wont suck up the water in his body.

    Wing Blade (Kirihane)

    Description: Used with Fusion Swords, the technique causes the blades to levitate behind the users body mimicking wings, Wings of Blades to exact. Usage of this technique greatly increases the efficiency of the user as he does not have to carry all blades, they move along with him, they can be used in different combinations and they can be left at any part of the move and they will automatically return to their positions. The technique also serves the purpose of giving the user wings and the ability to freely levitate in the air with complete superiority in aerial movement. The blades each are positioned specifically as wings. When infused with lightning chakra they emit electromagnetic waves, by putting them in different frequency’s they create a force enough to levitate user in the air. The height is determined by how much chakra is used and the movement can be controlled by Gyroscopical methods, like spinning the swords at their positions. This flight method is better than most others because it doesn’t requires, any drag or pull, no need for gliding, it can stay in a stationary position whilst maintaining flight and it isn’t affected by the angle or air density/pressure.

    Description: Once activating Wing Blade techniques, the user spins his swords added with Wind nature behind his back to create mini cyclones of slicing wind around each sword that extends till mid-range. These cyclones spread wide and long appearing like wings of air, with the added lightning nature the wings begin to illuminate making them seem Angelic. Due to the users Yin-Yang Manipulation abilities, the wind and lightning natures don’t conflict but empower each other, once prepared to attack the user brings all the swords towards his hand merging the cyclones. The combined different rotations of all cyclones along with the lightning nature empowering them creates a sword (that extends to long range) capable of cutting and piercing through even the most absolute defenses, a swing of the sword could split gamabunta in half. The technique acquires its name from its visual presentation; initially it seems like Angelic wings that turn into an extremely powerful sword the illuminating wings represents the aether element(Greek), and aether which translates into Akasha is an Asian deity creating a double meaning. In reality the technique follows principle, the cutting abilities of wind and lightning are both great enough to begin with, the element of rotation generates extra strength much like how (Ultra Big Ball Rasengan is able to crush a small mountain). Yin-Yang lastly sustains the technique from collapsing mid-way.

    - Fusion Swords -
    The Fusion Swords is a six-piece sword, having a interlocking mechanism, the 6 swords themselves serves a variety of purposes and comes in different shapes and sizes thus suited best weapon for different combat situations, when fused together the form a broad sword which in status surpass all the other component swords.

    Main Blade:
    Also known as the 1st blade, resembles an exaggerated two-handed sword in its shape and appearance, despite its apparent size and weight. It consists of a long hilt wrapped in a red material, a distinctively large handguard which the other swords are locked into, a wide length of blade, and an equally long but thinner length ending in a point. The main blade is the only sword among the six that is double-sided. The main blade apparently has 2 different forms, One with the blade of the sword appearing to be one solid length of metal except for the transition between the wide and thin halves. In the second, the blade is pulled in two lengthwise; the edges are locked apart and a complex inner portion of the sword is visible.

    Hollow Blade:
    The hollow blade does not have an inner core as the main blade sword. Rather, it is essentially (though not exactly) a thick sheet of metal folded in a V-shape when looked from above, the edge of the sword being the bottom point of the V, with its lower one-third of its length wrapping around a red double-hilt. The hollow blade is locked onto the front edge of the main blade, where it snugly covers that entire edge of the main blade, and its own edge serves as the striking point for the assembled sword.

    Back Blades:
    The back blades are identical long swords, mirror images of each other, with one straight edge and one saw toothed edge, with a long black hilt for each. These two swords are attached to the back of the main blade, on both sides of the main blades back edge, with the saw-tooths pointed forward toward the hollow blade. The addition of these two swords completes the trapezoidal silhouette of the fusion swords.

    Side Blades:
    The side blades are identical, mirror image dagger-like swords, though they are still quite long. They are singled edged, with a gear-like mechanism between the hilt and the blade that allow them to fold up like a switchblade. It is in this folded form that the two sides blades are locked onto the two sides of the assembled sword, with their edges turned forward toward the main blade at the front of the sword. In addition, one of the two blades can be quickly ejected from the assembly if needed. The side blade in unassembled form serves a projectile like purpose, if thrown away the can be controlled by the magnetic core of the 1st blade, to redirect them, though in a rough manner showing that the control over it is really weak and cannot always be count on.

    Buster Sword:
    The fully assembled form of the fusion auxiliary blades, has the looks of a broad sword, The assembled form of the fusion swords is a heavy sword, most suited to crushing, and is not necessarily intended to serve the role of a slicing weapon as a nodachi would be. It is capable of being used for slicing, however being able to cleanly slice through rebar reinforced concrete with it. Although its appearance is as stout and sturdy, In overall when compared to the other swords, the buster is indestructible (literally or virtually), where destroying the other blades may seem easy, buster can completely resist out the pressure with its unique form, it space vacancies through out the fused blade though weakens the its offensive power, absorbs damage in critical situations.


    Blaze Luminous (Bureizuruminasu)

    Description: The technique is a principle guided defensive and counter-offensive method. Using the users multiple swords, he levitates them forwards and makes them spin. By applying chakra the user creates a energy shield to defend against incoming threats. Aside from the durability of the shield itself the rotation redirects the attacks towards the sides. By adding lightning chakra, user could create an electric storm infront that extends till mid-range. The storm is capable of completely repelling metallic objects and paralyzing human targets.
    Note: Can defend against up to S rank techniques thrice per battle.
    -The swords are heated by the rotations and thus cannot be held the following turn. Requires a minimum of 3 swords.

    Magnetic Satellite (Jishaku Eisei)

    Description: The user grabs the buster and launches it hard high above the ground where it splits up hovers above within the sky. The swords position themselves horizontally around the first blade while the first blade itself remains at the center vertically with its edge faced down. Like Wing Blade technique the satellite could control its movements and direction using gyroscopic methods allowing it to move freely across the skies by spinning and rotating. When the user commands, the satellite uses the magnetic core of the first blade to release strong tractor beams to pull over metallic objects. Over the turns the satellite collects objects and keeps them hovering above the skies along with itself, when the user finally releases a technique with a seal of confrontation the main blade releases a burst of chakra that pushes down the collected debris/metal/kunai and showers it across or at a particular part of the field with destructive strength. To prevent the satellite from being struck down prematurely, blaze luminous could be activated at any given moment to act as a shield. Any clouds above the sky would also rotate around the satellite creating a think of sheet of clouds to further dampen the damage.
    -Note: Requires Fusion Sword.
    -Usable twice per conflict.
    (Because it actually needs to collect metal during the turns it would be inconvenient to give it a turn limit. If it isn’t possible we can go with the normal turn limit)

    Summoning Technique: Whirlpool Toad (Kuchiyose: Gamauzu)

    Description: Gamauzu, whirlpool toad is a sibling to Gerotora. As a rare breed of toads Gamauzu was taken for special training since an early age, due to that the toad has mutated and is in underdeveloped in various ways: It has wide oval eyes unlike most toads its color is purplish. The toad has the uzumaki symbol with myo's insignia in the middle imprinted to its cheeks. Gamauzu didn't developed proper fingers and cannot perform any ninjutsu with the exception of a few technique which he learned to perform by clapping. Its round fingers stick to surfaces when uzu wishes allowing to grab on to branches. Because of his form, uzu learned to fight like a sumo wrestler by grabbing its opponents tightly and slamming them, pushing them away he possess incredible strength. Uzu in reality is about 35m tall but can shrink itself like gamakichi and gamatatsu.
    Uzu since early life underwent special training, he mastered The Toad Secret technique: Distant Body Gourd (Gamahijutsu: Enshinhyou). Much like the well that connects Konoha to mount myoboku, this technique connects the toads mouth to a well in between a prison outside of myoboku, the muscles near uzu's mouth are stretchable and can stretch up to double of uzu's own size imprisoning enemies much larger then uzu himself. Uzu activates it by clapping its hands twice, by clapping it another time, uzu can extend sealing formulae that extends from its mouth and binds the target restraining its movement as an effect and then pulls the target inside the mouth. By clapping its hand once and slamming the ground Uzu can summon its well to the position to change the location to where he transports its victims and possible set a trap for them.
    Restrictions: Usable twice per battle. Last for 4 turns.

The Orb would then continue to compress itself until it reaches to the size of small marble, and by that time, it'd have completely crushed the opponent due to it's force.

    X-Decline-X Excluding that all wind ninjutsu are intangible lets just says its pressure that acts as a solid form(add that). Simply making an orb around your opponent is sort of any absolute wind manipulation, you dont perform hand seals and your opponent cant move to defend. At the very least add hand seals and make it a gust of wind that forms into an orb which then compresses. Still your opponent will have the ability of move until the orb is compressed enough to prevent movement. That way there will still be numerous ways you could use this technique to your advantage.

    This is unreasonable as it is and there is already wind techniques that achieve this effect by imprisoning the enemy and supposedly crushing him inside a wind orb and it was attempted countless times before. Don't forget, wind is used to move, push or cut things. Its not quite the "crushing" element so to produce such an effect is quite borderline. But thats not my main issue with it. My main issue is that its OPed as it is.

    Description: One of the simplest Ninjutsu techniques, this jutsu involves 2 Kunais, both attached with a thin yet durable translucent string. The translucent string makes it hard for the opponent to notice it, including those with doujutsu, considering it has no chakra channelled within it. The user can use the Kunais and the string attached to them in multiple ways, including, throwing the two Kunais to either side of the opponent (Kunais have the strings attached which are held by the user), the user can then yank on the Kunais whilst running, allowing him to almost 'fly' towards the opponent with force, and end up smashing into the opponent. However, this jutsu can also be used to avoid big scale attacks such as destructive rock pillars by throwing the Kunais to the ground before the pillars emerge and using the string, the user would be able to navigate around the pillars, considering they're extremely big and so 2 pillars can't come out right next to each other, so there is always space remaining allowing the user of this jutsu to do this. The user can also use this as a method of travelling through things such as woods, by throwing the Kunais onto branches of trees and swing across them.

    a free form ability that anyone can use. And if i'm not mistaken its already a cannon move. But if its not a cannon tech, since its something you can do in free form already, at best it would be converted into a cannon ability by making what you can already do in free style transform into something you'd be able to use to legitemely block or counter or defend from techniques. And taking into account this doesn't use chakra, its not actually ninjutsu.

    Description: This is a golden triangular shaped necklace with a blue stone in the middle of it. Broly was given this necklace at birth, by his father Paragus. While Paragus stated it was of unknown origin Broly simply continued wearing it, not thinking anything more of it. When he put it on it lay dormant until he met his rival Kakarot and uttered his name, releasing his chakra into the necklace. When this occured the necklace gave him special abilities based on what chakra affinity he had whether it be earth, wind, or lightning

    Abilities
    Wind: When this is channeled it adds the properties of wind to the users hands and feet, giving them more push to their blows almost as if a small wind gust has been added to them. This makes the opponent stumble when hit as well as knock the opponent backwards 2-3 feet when he is hit, giving a greater chance to knock them down and proceed with more attacks.

    Earth: When this is channeled it lightens the users hands and feet similar to lightweight rock technique. This does not increase foot speed as far as running but it does let the user punch and kick faster, equal to that of a taijutsu master .

    Lightning: When this is channeled their hands and feet gain the slicing abilities of the element. When this is channeled and the user makes contact with the opponent the opponent recieves 1-2 inch deep gashes on the place hit instead of the usual blunt blows, they will instead feel a sharp painful sting and cutting feeling of their skin being ripped.

    Description: The user preforms one handseal, summoning Maman Brigitte. She comes forth covering the whole battlefield with a thick mist, throwing off chakra sensing techniques. The mist carries a strong genjutsu, as it is filled with both Samedi and the summoner's chakra, making the opponent hear continuous swearing and filthy jokes coming from a nasaly male voice, without being able to detect it's origin. Anyone trapped within the mist is flooded with images of skulls and top hats, dead spirits, a burning taste and smell of rum and tobacco, all rounded and perverted by Samedi's voice as if mocking them and the ones they lost. Samedi himself is a great box jellyfish the size of a human, light enough to swim through the mist, taking advantage of the confusion of his opponent to strike him from behind. This takes the concept of a living Genjutsu, of a mist, a summon and, genjutsu mixing together. The genjutsu constantly shifts it's chakra signal, making it so that it adapts to any shifts in the opponent's chakra flow, making this a constant genjutsu even if the opponent is able to constantly shift his chakra or body, as long as the opponent is in the mist, mid range from Samedi.
    *The thick mist can't be broken or pushed away by anything lower than one rank bellow it's rank, this is because of the consistency of the mist, battling against the power of the wind/scattering agent*
    *The mist throws off Natural Chakra gathering, preventing Sage Mode Users from gathering enough to break the Genjutsu*

    Well in a listed order:

    -Remove damage points. Its an illusion
    -Why does it throw off natural energy again? Mist properties but how
    -Long range is a vague term in such a move, a person wont be able to escape the grasp of this technique because the mist is "long range" therefore it indifferently goes as far as possible. It should have a unitary value of distance (30 m?)
    -Effects last as long as the target is within the mist and affects everyone indifferently (if not? why shouldn't it? Its an S rank genjutsu btw conventional methods and reasons wont work due to the strong effects, very unlikely to have that allowed but ill give it a go). And no paralysis type effects are achieved, its a technique that creates false surroundings.

The tendrils are able to freely and rapidly attack anything within a short range radius of where they originally erupted from. This jutsu requires extreme concentration and takes both a mental, spiritual and physical toll on the user, the user is left with sharp shooting pains surging through his hands for this and the next turn, resulting in his hand-seal speed lowering by 33% and disabling him from effectively using his arms in close combat as well as causing lethargy due to the pain.

Once the tendrils attach to their target, the user can preform the ‘Dragonhandseal causing the tendrils to implode, if the tendril was completely wrapped around a limb, severe damage would be caused rendering the limb relatively unusable. The tendrils are able to freely and rapidly attack anything within a short range radius of where they originally erupted from.

    Description: The user releases their chakra out into the earth, manipulating the ground so as to cause a designated area to split into tile like sections as they all flip either simultaneously, or one after the other, the speed of the technique rivaling that of Earth Moving Core. In actuality the tiles spin either clockwise or counterclockwise either vertically or horizontally. If they spin horizontally then the opponent will find themselves facing the opposite direction. If they spin vertically the ground below shifts downwards as they spin which means the opponent will find themselves upside down underground, or possibly on the floor with half of their body trapped underground pressed down by a slab. The size of the slabs created and the position in which they rotate plays a key factor in the result produced. However in most cases the opponent remains unscathed, though in some he may find himself being jabbed at by slabs as they flip causing minor damage. The technique is mainly used to catch the enemy by surprise and possibly leave him in a disadvantageous position, and due to it's speed carries out this role perfectly. When the slabs finish rotating the ground is left looking the same as it was before, though the patch might be missing grass or flowers as they would now be underground.

    X-Declined-X Explain the highlighted. And the last part, initially it implied that the spear couldn't be detected with naked eye due to the spear being made of air and its fast moving speed. Well as long as its semi-visible its fine, but in the end you cannot burst it into other spears or branches because then you'll have to coompress chakra inside and both compressed air and dense chakra are visible to naked eye. Either remove the last part or make sure that the spear is visible.

The spear of wind also creates a faint yet barely audible swishing sound as it travels and is a bright radiant lime green colour due to being comprised of compressed air and dense chakra making it clearly visible.

    Description: The user forms the "Ram" handseal and focuses on the water beneath an opponent. The user slam's both their hand's down onto the water and use's the resulting pulse emitted from their palm's to have the water underneath the opponent shoot up and around them in the form of a large eruption of water (around the targets short range). This can send an opponent flying into the air, will drench them and can even be used to momenteraly obsure their vision.

    *Opponent must be stood on a water source.
    *Can only be used x3.
    *Can only be taught by Rasnall.

    (Suiton: Fuwafuwa Mira Tengai )Water Release: Light Reflection Dome

    Description: A further advancement to the original "Light Reflection Mist", the user will expell water from their mouth in the form of thin suiton droplets that spread outwards across the field. Once released, the user manipulates the droplets the same was as before, sharpening and thinning them into a reflective surface and then angling them to have the light from behind the dome reflected around it until it is sent from the other side into the opponents line of sight. This will give the naked eye the view of what is behind the dome, leaving the occupants inside seemingly "invisible".

    *Must know Light Reflection Mist to use this.
    *Dojutsu users see this differently:
    Sharingan and Rinnegan: See the dome of Suiton chakra but can not see through it.
    Byakugan: Can make out individuals and their chakra systems, as well as the individual itself if the user focuses past the "dome" and focuses inside it.
    *No S rank or above Suiton in the next turn.
