The size will vary from the size of the users hand, to the size of a person, but the same amount of chakra will be user. In the smaller version it will just be more concerntrated.

The size will vary depending upon the use, but the larger the scale, the larger the restriction, due to the use of chakra. If the user create's a small scale blast which goes in one direction and is can be up to the size of a person, it can travel up to long range, this can be user 4 times per battle. If the user creates a blast all around, it can travel up to mid range and only be used twice.

    Note: If used to release from one direction it can't be used again in the next turn
    Note: If used for an all around blast the user must wait 2 turns until using it again.

    Description: "Suiton: Fuka Yari" is a water based technique in which the user produces a source of water on both palms, they will then proceed to continuously launch small arrows/spike shaped figures . These arrows can deal great damage, and can easily small through rocks due to their destructive power. This technique is performed by channeling chakra to the palms and creating water from it, upon launching the water in small portions, the user will focus on shape manipulation and chakra manipulation to make them as sharp and destructive as possible. Gif #1 shows the movements made to release the water arrows, Gif #2 shows an example of the technique's speed.
    Note Usable only twice per battle.
    Note Must have water mastery for the level of skill needed.

    Remove the useless restrictions I colored and the sentence. Add a max number of "bullets". The way it is means you could keep launching them non stop. This also seems much more like a B-Rank than an A-Rank but its up to you.

    Description: A technique meant primarily for training purposes, the user channels and infuses their doton chakra throughout the earth in the entire surrounding area. The process of infusing the entire earth with chakra can in no way be sensed or felt by an opponent without some type of sensory ability. The process of this technique is very swift, almost immediate. Under no circumstances does this prevent the enemy from using Earth Release Ninjutsu, nor does it in any way hasten the use r’s own earth release techniques. If the opponent is to use earth release, the users chakra will be expelled from the portion of the earth used for said technique in a harmless manner – This allows for anyone else’s chakra to permeate the ground, as well as allowing for the use of Underground Fish Projection and techniques of that sort. The technique allows one to “become one” with the earth, and to gain a better understanding of the terrain and that it ultimately represents life. As a result of becoming one with the earth, the user will feel more powerful, although physically they gain no extra power, the “power” resides in one’s heart. As a side-effect of their willpower, the user is also able to ‘see through’ and immediately escape the Killing Intent and Temporary Body Paralysis techniques.

They travel extremely fast and are equal to an A-rank technique.

Because of this, the rider does not have to hold on with their hands and is free to use them.     Description: Within the Aburame clan, the elders, for many years have thought of ways in order to protects oneself from opponent's foreign chakra or Genjutsu. Over many years of practice and failed attempts, they've come up with a soluton. They counteract illusions by commanding their already latched on bugs, to suck the foreign chakra from within one's body dry. They do this by the same measures of how they feed on the user, sucking their chakra, but there are certain Bugs bred for for distinguishing foreign chakra and eliminating it. The bugs detect the entry of foreign chakra and eliminate it within 2 steps. Step one being closing off all entry spots of foreign chakra, not allowing any further entry into their user's body, by continuously sucking whatever chakra may be trying to enter. Step 2 being sucking the already present foreign chakra form their user's body, delatching themselves and leaving the immediate area. The user can also command/have them act on their own accord if the bugs/user detect an ally under the influence of foreign chakra. The user can have a pre-bugged ally, as foreign chakra enters their system, the bugs relay the information back to the user and bugs, thus allowing them to act accordingly. Although this may seem like it can be completed over and over, there are a certain amount of bugs a user can breed in a extended time, so this technique, although automatic (Bugs don't go on user's command, but rather act like white blood cells and protect the user from one's own will) it is limited:

    Description: Seemingly an offspring of Destruction Bug Disruption Technique, this technique was created only for a select few members of the Aburame clan who possess the infamous Nano Bugs. This technque was created by the very first Nano Bug user in order to protect oneself from the harm and side effects of toxins including, posion, fungus, etc. This works as the Nano Bugs detatch themselves and travel a certain distance and release poisonous toxins themselves that is also alloted with the user's chakra, neutralizing any poison within it's range. Also if the user is somehow infected by toxins, these Nano Bugs act automatically, extracting the toxin from the user's body, therefore relieving them from harm. The Nano Bugs aren't affected by the poison as the toxin within themselves stalemate the foreign poison.

    Description: This jutsu is one of the secret techniques of the Aburame clan, able to be performed only by Nano Bug users. This justu works around the capabilities of posion that is honed by the user's Nano Bugs. The user will command the Nano Bugs within the user's body to release their poison into the user's body on a handseal (Tiger) (The user is immune to this posion due to being infested by the bugs themself and developing immunization through usage of Nano bugs), then the user will excrete the poison from any opening in their body (Mouth, Eyes, Ears, Spores, Cuts, Wounds, etc.) allowing it to freely flow throughout the air or the user can aim this poison. The user can freely see and maneuvor through this poison due to immunization, but the effected opponent, if not cured within the next turn, can undergo several side effects(which the user has to explain and choose 2), ultimately leading up to death if not cured within 3 turns.
    Side effects(Maximum Selection of 2):
    Effect 1: The poison enters the opponents body and numbs thier entire body within 1turn
    Effect 2:The poison enters the opponent's body and obscures their eyesight, causing blindness within 2 turns.
    Effect 3: The poison enters the opponent's body and causes vomiting.
    Effect 4: The poison enters the opponent's body and causes them to lose control of 2 limbs. (Selected by user)
    Effect 5: The poison enters the opponent's body, creating a reaction with the user's lung's, throat, and other breathing related organs, causing them to close up slowly, creating heavy breathing in the first turn and leading to suffocation within the third turn.
    Effect 6: The poison enters the opponent's body and causes halleucinations (Described by user)
    Effect 7: The poison enters the opponent's body and disrupts chakra flow, stopping low ranks techniques (E-C) and disrupting/deforming higher ranked techniques (B-S)

By applying chakra the user creates a energy shield to defend against incoming threats. Aside from the durability of the shield itself the rotation redirects the attacks towards the sides. By adding lightning chakra, user could create an electric storm infront that extends till mid-range. The storm is capable of completely repelling metallic objects and paralyzing human targets.
    Note: Can defend against up to S rank techniques thrice per battle.
    -The swords are heated by the rotations and thus cannot be held the following turn.

    Add/remove a function: By placing the formulae around the seal, the user could add or remove a function(I.e. activate upon contact with a lightning release technique, make transcription seals)
    Encryption: The formula combines and or locks seal(s) within the formulae while retaining their functionality(optionally) to make it easier to manage them or harder to decode them.
    Ghost: For techniques that relay information to the user or activate upon certain events, the formulae written makes the target appear as someone or something else(according to the seal) or entirely disappear the user.
    Link Block/Reroute: The formula works on techniques that creates a link/contract between people. Using the formulae the user could block/sever the links or reroute it to another person somehow linked to the seal/contract. However the user cannot change/reciprocals the roles between the user and opponents.(I.e. Using the seal the opponent sucks chakra from the user. The formula cannot make it so the user sucks chakra from the opponent which falls in the category of rewriting seals).
    Note: Requires physical contact with the seal being altered.
    -Works on specific sealing techniques that are in formulae or kanji, Cannot be applied of barriers and forbidden. Cannot alter seals tattooed on the ninja.
    -Cannot be used on S rank sealing techniques used by the opponents. But still could be applied on the users own S ranks.

Add that it can only edit a seal once (to add, remove or edit something) and can't be done multiple times for multiple effects on the same seal. Also, in battle, it can only be used 4 times. BM gives the user boosted strength to lift several times his own body weight (like the rhinoceros beetles), his speed will be lowered slightly due to the dense skin that dons him but he will be able to react much quicker than a normal ninja due to the compound eye. This mode gives the user a +10 boost to Ninjutsu. After deactivation the user will become motionless and restrained for 1 turn and have to shed his now brittle skin in the next turn (counting as a move). The user will also be drained of chakra and can only use C-rank and below jutsu for a short time (3 turns).
    - Can only use once per battle
    - Only last 4 turns
    - Takes 1 turn to achieve BM
    - Can only withstand 2 C-rank attacks
    - Withstood attacks can only be earth, water, and wind

    Description:Beetle Mode(BM) is achieved by the user drinking a vial of rhinoceros beetle blood. In doing this the user takes on the traits and abilities of the rhinoceros beetle. This takes time to achieve (1 turn). When the user has achieved BM the user’s skin becomes dark and harden throughout his body like an exoskeleton of a beetle, capable of blocking normal weapons and withstanding C-rank and below attacks (Earth, water, and wind only). His eyes become jet black compound eyes (like that of beetles), as such the user is granted the ability to track fast movements (not as well as the Sharingan; 2 tome at best (compound eye link ). The user’s nails will turn black and sharp and his hair will grow into a harden horn on the user’s head. BM gives the user boosted strength to lift several times his own body weight (like the rhinoceros beetles), his speed will be lowered slightly due to the dense skin that dons him but he will be able to react much quicker than a normal ninja due to the compound eye. This mode gives the user a +10 boost to Ninjutsu. After deactivation the user will become motionless and restrained for 1 turn and have to shed his now brittle skin in the next turn (counting as a move). The user will also be drained of chakra and can only use C-rank and below jutsu for a short time (3 turns).
    - Can only use once per battle
    - Only last 4 turns
    - Takes 1 turn to achieve BM
    - Can only withstand 2 C-rank attacks
    - Withstood attacks can only be earth, water, and wind
    - The user can’t move for 1 turn after the BM deactivation

The insects suck up 60% of the users chakra before they burst from within the user and gourd in all directions, injuring the user badly and only leaving him with seventeen insect within to replenish their numbers. The insects release the absorbed chakra to protect them from attacks S-rank and below of any nature.
    - Can only be used once per battle
    - Works on all bugs under the users control
    - Can't use insect jutsu until Insect Cocoon is used twice
    - Lasts for 1 turn then the bugs die off
    - Can only withstand 1 S-rank attacks (due to chakra coating)
    - Chakra coating only last 1 turn or untill hit by S-rank attack and can be stopped by normal weaknesses of bug techniques

    (Hakai bagu: Nyūburīdo) Destruction Bug: New Breed

    Description: This breed of kikaichu is of an acid nature. These bugs have the size, shape, and chakra eating ability of the normal Aburame insects; but these also have the ability to excrete acid from glands found throughout their bodies and their mouth. This acid burns the skin of the enemy to the point of second to third-degree burns, but is generally harmless to the user. This breed of insect was created to be particularly strong against earth and earth based techniques; being beetles and having the ability to secrete an acid capable of metabolizing most organic matter and earth based techniques makes them perfect to fight against Mokuton users as well as Earth users. This acid, while fearsome is, like most acids, slow acting on living flesh and as such can be countered with the correct actions, leaving the same effects that would otherwise be produced by heat/fire which will basically be a burn. When the bugs are killed by weapons, or anything that leaves their insides in an liquid state; the bugs leave droplets of acid that affect whatever touches them. However, this strong acid and the ability to produce it leaves the bugs also quite weaker when facing Water or Ice techniques as water reduces the acidity of their secretions, rendering the acid useless.

    - Must be posted at the beginning of the fight and in the bio that wields them
    - The bio that uses these bugs loses the ability to use normal bugs and will produce these bugs permanently
    - Must be a normal Aburame member (can't be used with nano bugs bios)
    - Must have had Aburame bio for 5 months

    Well done. Tweaked some things to make it approvable and more reasonable. Also, you need to update your bio and discriminate that your bugs now are "acidic" to touch and post this tech in the bio. Your bio will then only be able to "produce" said bugs.

The user can, as long as the stone is active, control its movement and use it to move around the field at speeds similar to those at which he can run.

Combined with the lightning call jutsu makes the lightning on the beak run thru the ground and shock the opponent if he’s not already dead.

    Description: Tetsujō is a sentient, tight-fitting bodysuit that encases the user’s upper body like a second layer of skin. Similar to Samehada in terms of function, Tetsujō shares a semi-symbiotic bond with its wielder, constantly absorbing his/her chakra, be it normal or abnormal, in order to remain sentient and functional. The main characteristic of Tetsujō is its ability to change the chakra signature of everything it absorbs. Through miniscule vibrations and fluctuations, the suit changes the signature of all the chakra it absorbs and injects it back into the user’s chakra pathway system in almost constant bursts. Normally, foreign chakra would disturb and disrupt the chakra pathways, but through the symbiotic bond the armor and wielder shares, Tetsujō is able to function as a purifier of sorts, guiding the user’s body through an almost instant process of adaption, though still altering its wilder's chakra flow. With its incredible ability to evolve, Tetsujō is also able to perform this process on unusual types of chakra. This constant process of change and evolution also serves to gradually, but continuously, change the user’s chakra signature on a fundamental level. Generally, Tetsujō will render illusionists unable to use dual-layered illusions on its wielder and make it all but impossible for Sensors to recognize its wilder’s chakra signature. Furthermore, Tetsujō makes the user’s constantly changing chakra impossible to mimic. Through its continuous changing of the user’s chakra signature, Tetsujō also decreases the rank of all Genjutsu Techniques cast on its wielder by one rank.
