    Description: After performing a set of 4 handseals, the user gathers a huge amount of fire chakra and releases it into the air, causing a portal similar to the "Sticky Earth Drop" technique to open to either of two opposite sides of the intended target, each portal is released 5 meters away from the opponent, summoning two identical meteor sized fireballs which are extremely compressed towards the opponent, approaching him from the two opposite sides, when the Fireballs each are 3 meters away from the opponent they resonate with each other, causing a "link" of fire to spread out connecting the two fireballs resulting in a ring of fire that's made around the opponent, entrapping him in the area he's in, however the opponent can escape vertically upwards since the ring of fire doesn't cover above him it only covers around him, the heat released from these two fireballs are enough to cause sweat to drip down the opponent's body when it's summoned out of the portals, letting him know the danger he's in, each Meteor sized fireball is considered an A-rank Fire technique, since it's an S-rank divided in two, when hit by either fireballs, anything caught in between the two fireballs will be crushed and burned severely.
    Note: Can only be used once.
    Note: No S-rank Fire Release or above techniques in the next turn.

    Description: This is a variant of the original "Fire Release: Twin Crushing Meteors" technique, in which after the user forms 4 other handseals, a portal is created above the opponent which is similar to the "Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop" technique, summoning one Large sized dragon that heads onto the opponent from above him, when used solely this technique can only make the dragon that hits the opponent head on delivering burning damage to them and is considered an A-rank Fire technique, however when this technique is used after/in conjunction with the "Fire Release: Twin Crushing Meteors" technique the Fire dragon and the two meteor sized fireballs resonate with one another, forming a semi transparent pyramid shaped barrier of fire around the opponent which can be clearly seen with normal eyes, which explodes eradicating anyone within the barrier when used in conjunction or after the technique mentioned previously it's considered an S-rank, this technique is normally made at least 5 meters above the opponent's height.
    Note: Can only be used twice.
    Note: Each rank can be used once per battle.
    Note: No S-rank or above fire techniques for the next 2 turns after using S-ranked version.

    Description: After utilizing a set of 4 handseals, the user gathers a huge amount of chakra which he spreads through the air, this Fire technique is not used like other Fire techniques, for example to be released out of the user's mouth or around him, this Fire technique is a burst of flames that erupt out of an enclosed place of earth, it uses the earth to erupt as a medium, for example this technique can be used in conjunction with the "Earth Release: Opening Earth Rising Excavation" technique, to form an erupting Volcano, by erupting flames out of the circular "void" of the volcano that mixes with the earth to form Lava that erupts out of the Volcano's tip and drips down it's length, not only that, but it also can be used in enclosed places like in conjunction with the "Earth Release: Earth Corridor" technique, in which it causes the walls of the tavern to erupt flames burning anyone who's inside of it, it can be used in conjunction with any techniques similar to the ones mentioned previously in which they "surround" or trap the opponent, however it's downside is that it can't be used in an area that doesn't surround the opponent, meaning it can't just come out of the ground beneath the opponent for example, unless they have "walls" around them, when the fire erupts it's similar to the "Fire Release: Firing Biscuit" Technique.
    Note: Can only be used Twice per battle.
    Note: No S-rank or above Fire techniques in the next 2 turns.

    X-Declined-X That would be simultaneous use of Earth release and Fire release. Impossible without KG or Yin/Yang. You could remake this technique to be used in collaboration of clones, summoning animals or team mates.

    Description: These are a pair of golden boots with a blue pendant in the middle of them that Broly wears. These boots, at the users will, release high speed, precision wind stream at any angle out of them that the user wishes similar to the D rank wind stream technique. The wind stream can be maintained for as long as the user wishes however these drain his chakra the longer he does it, making him only able to sustain flight for 3 straight turns before needing a 4 turn cooldown. Also the user may only use lightning, wind, and tai techniques while in flight putting the user at a huge disadvantage in exchange for flight.

    -If used 3 turns in a row, boots need a 4 turn cooldown
    -May only use lightning, wind, and tai while using boots' ability
    -Can only be used by Broly and those he allows
    -Initial flight counts as a move when its activated, staying in the air counts as a move on the subsequent turns its activated

    Increase the power? how much? Also, how many times can it absorb? It needs to count as a move. If its a full body indesctrutible armor it makes you immune to kunais, blast damage and basically most lower ranked ninjutsu, taijutsu and kenjutsu. You know fairly well thats a no no. I asked you to define the armor and its techniques better, not to leave them generic and undefined while adding a factor to it that will make it unapprovable and prone to abuse.

    Description: The user will perform the Dragon → Bird hand seals, and inserts his chakra into his opponent(s) brain. Once done, the opponent(s) will experience a gradual burning sensation as a thick, smokey haze erupts from the area around their heart. The haze then spreads out all around the opponent(s), forming into several cloaked and hooded figures. All at once, the figures remove their hoods and fling open their robes, revealing themselves. The faces mimic the loved ones closest to the opponent(s), however with many prominent differences. The bodies of the apparitions are blackened, like severely burnt skin. Puss and blood ooze from every crack and crevice. Their faces have decayed skin hanging off in ragged strips, with maggots crawling throughout the eye sockets and mouth. Their voices are piercing and demonic, screaming constant, deafening curses and threats for not saving them before their untimely death. By this time, the burning sensation has spread throughout their chest and has begun to cook the opponent(s) skin, burning it a black color comparable to that of the apparition's. The apparitions then rapidly converge on the opponent, removing wicked looking swords and weapons. They proceed to stab the opponent(s) through every part and place on their body.     Description: This is an advanced earth jutsu where the user spreads his chakra into a large portion of earth. He then breaks down earth into smaller molecules forming millions of earthworm which can burrow throw earth with ease.
    The first variant of this jutsu is when the opponent/s is underground, millions of earthworm would form in a split second from earth surrounding him overwhelming him and drilling through his whole body part.
    The second variant: the user can make the earthworms emerge from the ground and while piling up with great speed, wrap themself around the opponent in a matter of seconds ravaging him.

    You didn't get what I said. To have the mirror on the field you need to spend a move. So, if it comes with the wombat, the wombat needs to summon the mirror or transform into it or whatever it might be, spending a move so that you gain access to it.

Then the user perform a single hand seal to sink them into the ground, by then they will traveling underground which able to emerge suddenly from beneath the ground to the surface to attack the opponent at different locations, such as directly below the enemy, wrap their body and pulling them down into the earth or constricting them for another attack to hit from different angle, rear, front, left and right side of the opponent. The user could also use the twin snake to conduct an effective scout from underground or patrol/scanning a certain area to instantly gain information from the surface relying on their vibrations sense.     I have a problem with this and its that it would make strong genjutsu (and weak) unreleasable. Basically, upon release, this triggers so it becomes unreleasable. Its pretty unreasonable as its worded. I like the overal ability but it needs to be put in a manner that is can be approved.

    Description: Fugu is a hollowed wooden stick, made with Chakra Tree wood. It is a personalized weapon, allowing only the user to wield or manipulate it (Even if the opponent has Wood chakra or similar). By charging chakra into the Fugu and blowing through it, the user is able to shoot out Chakra-materialized thread needles, which gain substance with any elemental chakra or other properties. The user will first pour out chakra ( +5 for Normal or any Basic Element : +10 for CE/Advanced Elements or Poison/Other Substances), which will then be amplified and replicated by the Fugu stick, materializing a tiny needle, which gets shot out with great speed (near-bullet-like). The Fugu has the ability to be increased or decreased in shape and density, allowing the user to wield it like a staff or for further more accurate shots. If the opponent steals the Fugu from it's own, it will grow spikes, which will attach themselves to the thief. Likewise, when being held as a staff, the Fugu can grow spikes for extra damage.
    *Creating a shooting needles, while wasting chakra per single shot, does not count towards the jutsu count*

    Like it a lot. Indeed your custom making skills are "deliciously pleasurable". However, I have a few notes. Everything it does needs to count as a move. you need to rank the projectiles, enabling a more specific defense for them. Also, even if fast, these projectiles need to be visible.     Ok, with your added notes there was a problem added. What exactly does the enemy experience in terms of the second genjutsu? The first one is a replication of a weak, non specific genjutsu and upon seeing it or experiencing it, the user produces some effect to release it, triggering the second one. However, what is this second one? And how can it actually restrict the chakra usage? There is a bit of a lack in explanation on how you achieve that. Or is this a Genjutsu/Ninjutsu? Genjutsu for the first part and Ninjutsu for the second part? Being that the Ninjutsu part would be a "noise" or fluctuation you trigger on your enemies chakra flow upon the release method, spending chakra for a limited amount of turns and thus weakening him. Also, note one thing. You're restricting (if it succeeds) your enemy a lot, yet you suffer little to no effect. Its still not very reasonable but it does have potential

Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique can be used on the Fugu to make it act like a machine gun, multiplying one of the charged thread needles inside.

    #1: Needle Shooting: The Fugu stick allows the user to insert any small thread needle into it and shoot it out, by blowing through the other end, It is shot at a speed significantly greater than a normal needle thrower, but not as fast as any of the other needle shooting abilities the Fugu has, which will cost chakra. This attack is not, by itself falta but can, when used by Dojutsu users be used to strike fatal/nearly fatal points that will cause great damage. Doesn't count as a move.

    #2: Basic Needle Materialization - The user will pour chakra into the Fugu, creating 6 thread needles, of any of the Basic Elements or Simply Normal Chakra, which can then be blown out at great accuracy and speed. After creating the needles, the user can shoot them right away or keep them within the Fugu for later uses. Shooting needles counts towards the jutsu count per turn. This can be used once every two turns, in which case, if there are still needles stored, they will be erased and replaced by the new set. It is the equivalent to an A rank jutsu (30 chakra cost, 5 per Needle). Depending on the substance, the needles will be faster, stronger or sharper, as well as having any special properties that the element entails (Short-Paralysis for Lightning, Burning Wounds for Fire, Mineralization of the Tissues for Earth, Shredding Wounds for Wind and Swelling of the small Canals for Water).

    #3: Thieving Needle Materialization - The user will pour a sample of any given substance into the Fugu, creating 3 thread needles, which can then be blown out at great accuracy and speed. After creating the needles, the user can shoot them right away or keep them within the Fugu for later uses. Shooting needles counts towards the jutsu count per turn. This can only be used once every 3 turns, in which case, if there are still needles stored, they will be erased and replaced by the new set. It is the equivalent to an A rank jutsu (30 chakra cost, 10 per Needle). Any substance can be fed to the Fugu, requiring direct contact with it. After the Fugu memorizes the substance (Opponent's Elements, Natural Occurring Substances, Etc), it will create needles with any special property that substance entails (Quartz from the ground, Venom from an animal, Keratin from an insect, etc). The act of sampling a jutsu it's not equivalent to blocking or hindering the jutsu in any way, thus, it needs to be blocked by any other means. Not only that but the memorization is not permanent and serves only during the battle its set. Only one substance can be memorized at each time.

    #4: Advanced Needle Materialization - The user will pour chakra into the Fugu, creating 4 thread needles, of any of the Advanced Elements the user has or a different substance the user is capable of creating, which can then be blown out at great accuracy and speed. After creating the needles, the user can shoot them right away or keep them within the Fugu for later uses. Shooting needles counts towards the jutsu count per turn. This can be used once every three turns, in which case, if there are still needles stored, they will be erased and replaced by the new set. It is the equivalent to an S rank jutsu (40 chakra cost, 10 per Needle). Regarding Advanced/Custom Elements, the needles will take form using the most basic/main form of the element (Lava will be Molten Rock, not Rubber, etc), and gain any special properties the element entails. For different substances, the user must have created it in the field before hand although it does not require contact with source, like the thieving method. The creation of this method can be done remotely, up to mid range, with one handseal.

    #5: Density and Height Manipulation - The user is able to change the density and height of the Fugu stick at will, allowing the user to wield the Fugu like a staff, or for greater accuracy. Smaller changes such as a few cm to 2 meters, or any humanely bearable weight will not require the usage of noticeable chakra through the course of a match. Anything higher/longer (never more than the equivalent of Short-Mid range) or 5 tons will be the equivalent of an A rank, 30 chakra points, counting towards the jutsu count.

    #6: Spikes Manifestation - The user is able to consciously induce the Fugu's inherited defense mechanism, creating spikes across the Fugu stick, for added damage. It costs 15 chakra, equivalent to a C rank. This can be done remotely with 1 handseal, up to mid-range and counts as a technique from the technique count.

    #7: Remote Sharp-Shooting - With one handseal, at any range, the user is able to make the Fugu shoot any stored needles inside it. It will quickly adjust itself and shoot the needles up to short range from the stick against the closest chakra-being (in case the user has no other target's location in mind). It requires a chakra cost of 20, equivalent to a C rank and counts as a move.

    Note: Once shot, be it 1 or a multitude of needles, it will always count as one move, with the exception of #1. The fugu can only have one type of needles inside it at each time. He can only memorize one substance/advanced element at any given point and will "forget them" once the battle ends.

    -Long range is a vague term in such a move, a person wont be able to escape the grasp of this technique because the mist is "long range" therefore it indifferently goes as far as possible. It should have a unitary value of distance (30 m?)
    -Effects last as long as the target is within the mist and affects everyone indifferently (if not? why shouldn't it? Its an S rank genjutsu btw conventional methods and reasons wont work due to the strong effects, very unlikely to have that allowed but ill give it a go). And no paralysis type effects are achieved, its a technique that creates false surroundings.

    Sorry but i'll have to ask you to resubmit this. Its a summon so why is the mist he produces filled with your chakra? Also, how can mist induce genjutsu? is it through inhalation? skin absorption? sight? And the mist needs a rank as well as the gen. And I can't allow you to have a gen that is unreleasable while the user is in it. I know how to easily counter this (Sealing the mist, blowind the mist, walking outside the mist, etc etc) but for the most part the effects are very very very unreasonable. Its a Long Range Mist that makes anyone mid range from a poisonous flying jellyfish unable to detect it and thus defend from it while being affected by a Genjutsu that confuses them to a high degree inside a sight hindering mist that blocks sensors, Sharingan/Rinnegan and Natural Energy uses. You need to make this a bit more down to earth or we can't approve it.

With the wind layer, ice can finally fight with lighting at the same rank. Since the wind is covering the ice, it still has the double advantage against water, meaning that is still can freeze it due to the low temperature, but it becomes weaker to fire attacks because the fire would use the wind coating as fuel to burn the ice quicker and before the melted water manages to evaporate the fire.

    Description: The user exerts chakra from several tenketsu from a single part of their body, this chakra is gathered roughly ten centimeters away from the user's skin and forms a small shield of chakra, no bigger than twice the size of an average palm conveniently useable as a way to block tai/kenjutsu attacks(upto B-Rank) but is weak to elemental techniques as it's merely raw chakra which does not require advanced chakra manipulation. If the opponent makes physical contact with the shield they will suffer slight damage across the part of their skin which connected with it.

    Note:

    - Can only be used five times.
    - No Jyuuken above B-Rank in the same turn.
    - The shield is no bigger than twice the size of an average palm.

At this point the afflicted person – still scratching – within the Genjutsu, will begin to tear away at their own flesh and grind into their muscles, maiming and mutilating themselves as well as inducing an ample amount of pain. Though no longer than a few seconds, the illusion bends the senses to slightly manipulate the afflicted person’s perception of time; To the opponent, it feels more along the lines of a full minute -This is because of the ‘evolving’ nature of the genjutsu, as it takes time to progress through the stages to effectively deliver a thoroughly terrifying experience.     Description: The user begins to channel fire chakra into the ground, anywhere on the battle field. Instead of creating an actual fire, the heat of the fire chakra is used to heat up the ground. This is done by performing the Dragon hand seal. The ground becomes incredible hot, turning a reddish colour and begins to burn through the opponents shoes until it begins burning their feet. If they fall it can effect the part of the body they land on. The heated earth remains when an earth jutsu is used too. So, for example, if the user uses spikes after this they will be boiling hot and cause severe burns on contact with the target. The ground can be returned to normal through a water jutsu (including the users, which is something the user must be careful of). By doing so steam will arise that can slightly burn skin and cause irritation.

    Restrictions
    – Can only be taught by Kryptiic
    – Can only be used three times per match.
    – The heat lasts two turns at maximum temperature.

    Description: Kerzo is a black olm who is around half a meter long, whilst being considerably thin, having a girth of about 100cm, looking like an odd shaped Katana. Kerzo has wind affinity can cover his whole body, excluding a 20cm area nearing the bottom half of his body unaffected by the wind, allowing him to be used like a Katana. Due to his wind affinity, the wind that covers his body is extremely sharp and cuts anything that comes into contact with it. Kerzo's body is covered in this sharp wind all the time, and he cannot use any other wind jutsus higher than B-rank whilst he's covered in it. However, he can channel all the wind chakra that is covering his body to his mouth, and exhale it as several (more than 2, less than 6) blasts of wind which are extremely sharp whilst having brute strength, the blasts are roughly the size of bowling balls. The Wind covering Kerzo's body is considered A-rank, as are the blasts he sends out of his mouth. After sending out the blasts, Kerzo is able to use all Wind jutsus up to A-rank as he no longer needs to focus on the wind covering his body. Furthermore, unlike all other Olms, Kerzo doesn't have the higher sense of smell and hearing, as his subspecies are less developed. However, to make up for this, Kerzo has the ability to cover his body with an extra layer of transparent skin, added with his chakra which makes him invisible to the naked eye (Black Olms have this ability in the RL, that's what this is based on). The layer of chakra itself is not harmful.

Their chakra wouldn't give any extra damage boost to the thing being coated, it merely hides it from the view of the opponent. Furthermore, whatever is being coated must be short range from the black olm whicih is using this jutsu. However, once coated it remains coated, regardless of how far whatever is being coated is.

The user will then throw the blade at an oncoming Katon jutsu. The wind will then expand and spread out, covering the Katon's entire middle section. The sudden amount of wind will cause all the fire in the center to be amplified, causing the fire to burn out faster. This creates a gap within the fire, effectively cutting the fire in two. As the two halves comes towards the user, the gap will widen. This will cause the two halves to travel pass the user, saving them from the Katon.

    Description: Purification is a full body seal that requires extensive preparation to be performed. The seal activates on will and the seal’s marks cover the entire body around all of the user’s tenketsu.

    The user of the technique retains his natural control over the chakra system. But this particular seal is like a command over-ride, secondary chakra control system and a firewall which lets the user control what chakra enters or exits the user’s body.

    By opening and closing the tenketsu and manipulating the chakra inflow and outflow, the seal could be used to counter act against techniques that corrupts and manipulates the users chakra, techniques that leech chakra and techniques that invades the chakra system. Due to the nature of the technique, any foreign chakra forces cannot harm the user via the chakra network and techniques as strong as tsukiyomi or kotoamatsukami could be broken through.

With each kick or punch, upon contact, he places a special seal on the opponent (up to 4 seals of the 8 blows, but the user can choose which hit creates a seal). This seal uses the opponent's chakra as a source for its power. After placing the seals, they begin to siphon chakra from the opponent on to themselves. The user then does 1 hand seal and triggers the release of the seals. These seals cause the chakra to "blast open" (explode) as its released, causing enormous harm to the user's body (each one of the 4 seals is B-Rank). The user can also use a simplified version on any kind of solid matter, buy instead punches the matter 1 time, and uses the his own chakra to blast it away. He must be careful though as such an explosion might also harm him.

    The user will quickly preform the Dragon~Dog~Bird~Tiger hand seals and rise up from the ground 6 pillars of really hard and dense rock around him touching each other (basically creating a wall around the user with no gaps or anything in a Hexagon shape). He will then preform the Ox hand seal and a roof will cover the opening above the user as well as make sharp earth spikes appear on the outside of the pillars and roof (4 spikes on each pillar going up vertical and 8 spikes on the roof in a circle pattern) protecting the user from harm. The user can also repair the walls if damaged by channeling chakra to the walls either by touching or by releasing chakra from his/her body. If the user wants to come out he will then preform the Tiger hand seal making the rock and earth around him crumble and fall around him without harming the user.

    The Graceful Dahlia was created by Vexx when she was traveling around viewing displays of different styles of martial arts, and weapons use in battle. The Graceful Dahlia came to Vexx as an idea when she found that of all the weapons, while they were great at offense, not many had defensive capabilities apart from parrying.
    The Graceful Dahlia is unique as it is primarily more a defensive weapon rather an offensive. While it is a scythe and has a blade, it is top heavy, through the blade, allowing the user to regain balance quicker than normal, while holding the scythe. The staff, made of a flexible bamboo, is very malleable, more than normal yet still retaining strength. This allows the user to fling themselves upwards or at angle and build up momentum even in a short distance increasing speed.
    The Staff was made by the finest makers in Amegakure, and therefore has natural properties towards rain.
    While holding the staff, it increase rain jutsu by +10 damage.

    Remaining true to the animals nature the magpie is ferociously fierce and aggresive it can speak like a human in english.They will attack anyone who is not from the users village friendly or not.They are generally black and white colour but can also be in other colours such as Sri Lanka Blue Magpie which as the name suggest is mainly blue.
    The user also recieves a tatoo of a magpie in their shoulder.

    Description:It is rougly the size of peins bird summon which from the show seems to be 2-3 meter in length and 1-2 meters in width it has a shallow beak and slim body.It can shoot S rank water or below from its mouth/beak at enemies or objects.
    Restrictions:
    ~water blast counts towards users move limit
    ~summonable only once per battle.

    NOTE:for the azula magpie no japanese name came up for it.

    Raiton: Burikka no Jutsu| Lightning Release: Flicker Technique

    Description: A technique where the user does a small sequence of 2 hand seals and release raiton chakra to make himself flicker like a pulsating light rapidly turning on/off/on/off repeatedly. Others will literally see the user appear and disappear as he flickers and their eyes will find it very difficult to follow the user.If they focus their eyes to see the user,their eyes could suffer making it harder for them to concentrate their eyes on the user.A more pronounced eye damage from the bright flickering is temporary blindness which lasts for a few seconds,if not careful. The result is a confused opponent having difficulty tracking and following the user's movements, his position or his actions.This technique is very effective when used in conjunctuion with Taijutsu.This technique does not work against Doujutsu.
    -Lasts for 4 turns
    -Usable 2 times per battle
    -Can only use lightning techniques while active otherwise the technique ends.
    -Doesn't affect doujutsu.
    -Can only be used/taught by Igneel

    Fuuton: Ba-suto Tekidan|Wind Release: Burst Grenade

    Description:To use this technique, the user must be proficient in using the Fuuton element.The user will cause a large ball of wind in his or her hand.The core of which is a ball of unstable fuuton chakra. This wind ball can be thrown and it explodes upon physical contact.The explosion lets out a forceful burst of wind,which spreads short range around the explosion and would affect the user if he is even in range of the explosion. The gale is strong enough to snap huge trees and even toss a summoning like gamabunta around like a rag doll.

    -Can only be used 2 times per battle
    -No other fuuton jutsu in the same turn
    -Cool down 1 turn
    -No fuuton jutsu above A-rank in the next turn
    -Only usable/taught by Igneel

    Description:This is a unique 2 phased genjutsu developed by Igneel.The user does a simple hand gesture placing the opponent in a powerful genjutsu.The genjutsu affects the mind of the opponent making him think that the user of the genjutsu is his ally and one of his trustworthy friends.Then the user of the genjutsu throws a kunai at the opponent(in reality) starting the second phase of the genjutsu where the opponents mind gets thrown into a state of turmoil.His mind gets filled with images of him betraying his friend(the user).These false images in his mind invokes a sense of self loathing,making him think that he doesn't deserve to live in this world.The opponents reflexes decreases dramatically,his reaction time increases considerably and small sense of shivering is seen.If the opponent doesn't release from the genjutsu in his next turn,he will commit suicide by stabbing his heart out with a weapon/kunai.

    -Usable once
    -Count as 2 jutsu per turn
    -User takes 15 damage
    -No Genjutsu for the rest of the fight
    -No forbidden ranked jutsu in the same turn.
    -No modes should be active whilst performing the jutsu
    -Only usable/taught by Igneel

    You can't through normal non-sharingan genjutsu control what your enemy thinks of you. You can only control or manipulate his senses and what he perceives of the world. Only way to control what an enemy thinks is through Sharingan Genjutsu, not normal genjutsu. Don't resubmit.
