The shadows travels 5 inches underground but it makes no noise or any disturbances so the opponent is unaware of it. When the shadow comes out of the other end, it divides into 5 spikes each and then jags the opponent and holds him in place.

    Note: When underground, the shadows are unaffected by light.

This bird can fly very fast (as fast as the fastest bird in the world) in the air, can do crazy stunts and the user does not have the fear of being knocked from the top of the bird as it is his own chakra. The user can also manipulate his chakra to create a larger bird which can carry 2 people. But this bird unlike the usual summons cannot perform any jutsus.
    The bird can heal itself (re-generates) if hit by reasonable attacks.

    Note: The user can manipulate the bird in mid air to make it larger or smaller.
    Note: The bird can take one B-rank water/wind hit per turn before the user manipulates his chakra to make it good again.
    Note: Can take hit from a few kunais as well (without flashbombs or explosive tags)
    Note: Cannot perform any other jutsus while on the bird.

After applying the seal, it seems to disappear on the object but is still there, just no longer visible. Seemingly doing nothing, the seal allows the user to know if the object has been opened. Once the object is opened, the seal is broken and the user is mentally alerted.

A trait characteristic of ligers, Theseus can contact the summoner via telekinetic communication as well as verbally. Theseus, having Wind Affinity, can use up to A-rank wind jutsus that the user knows by means of channeling his chakra into the helmet and releasing it from his mouth (certain wind jutsus obviously will not be able to performed from his mouth) and is also capable of releasing a S-rank unidirectional blast via the horns of the helmet. The S-rank blast will have half of it's power come from each side of the horns, with a blast coming from each side that meet in front of Theseus and mix, creating the S-rank blast.

The murderous and dark intent of the chakra will be embedded into the opponent through their skin and disrupt their own chakra paths within their brain; They will see the user and feel inside of them a rage so deep that it consumes their person and will rage within themselves, disrupting their ability to mold chakra effectively. Due to this, any technique released by the enemy will be consequently weaker due to not being able to channel the proper amounts of chakra into them due to rage. Any rank of jutsu will be down graded to one rank, in essence. Any S rank will become A rank, A rank will become B rank and so on and so forth. This jutsu can also be used without handseals but the user must lower himself into the horse stance and charge chakra for a few moments before releasing it at once (takes around 4-5 seconds to charge if done this way)

    Sorry but so many variations of this exist that its bound to collide with any 360º burst technique. And the effects are a bit too much and unreasonable. Why don't you make this more directional and less opped? Perhaps some sort of taijutsu move that would unleash this chakra up to Mid-range? thus affecting the enemy?
    Changing the above submitted custom completely into a new attack with the same name.

    3. Shin Gou Hadou|True Great Surge

    Description: The user will stand in the horse stance with his right hand drawn in, focusing large amounts of Satsui no Hado chakra throughout the arm. The user will then strike forward with that arm, hitting the target in the solar plexus, halting all forward movement by the foe from the blow as the Satsui no Hado chakra latches onto them, causing them to gain properties of the the CFS, increasing their strength and speed, now moving at speeds of Lee without his weights and slightly stronger than the average Strong Fist user. As the chakra attaches to the enemy, it causes them to become greatly enraged in a rage that clouds their mind, letting their anger take over due to inexperience with controlling the fighting style. This rage prevents them from using elemental jutsus of A-rank and higher for three turns due to the Satsui no Hado chakra's influence causing great anger that causes them to want to literally beat the user to death. As the turns go by, the anger starts to subside and the enemy is able to see and think more clearer and as such, they regain access to higher ranking elemental jutsus. The first turn this is active, they cannot use A-ranks and higher. The second turn, no S-ranks and higher and the third and final turn the enemy cannot use any Forbidden ranked jutsu of elemental natures. The speed/strength boosts last the entire duration of three turns.

    Much better. Has a problem though: while the technique is perfectly fine and ready to be approved, technically, only a Hyuuga could possibly use this. The spinning alone would make it so that without a dojuutsu and more specifically a Byakugan, you would become hazed, dizzy, etc right after the technique and during it you wouldn't be able to even notice an attack. This said, as its raw chakra, you'd be easily killed by any enemy.

The Kanji for the word "Seal" then appears on the user's hands, and upon touching any body part of the opponent, successfully seals the opponent in the statue.
    Note: The speed of this technique depends on the amount of Gold Dust in the area of the opponent. The more Gold Dust in the area, the quicker and harder it is to avoid this technique.

    Description: This jutsu was once referred to as the God Creator rendering all things useless against whoever used this technique. The person sits down folding their legs over each other and claps their hands together and holds it there. This requires complete stillness much like Hermit Mode. While the user is still the user’s chakra is converting every one of his sources of elemental chakra into basic or regular chakra used for everyday ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. After transformation of chakra is done, the user then forces chakra into each and every one of their chakra points causing the user to exert more force during taijtusu attacks. While in this state, the user gains +5 to taijutsu, +10 to Ninjutsu, and +5 to genjutsu. However this does come with some drawbacks, while in this state the user is not allowed to use elemental ninjutsu of any sort. While converting the chakra the user has to stay this leaves the user vulnerable to attack. Also while in this state the user can only make 2 clone at a time rather than the normal 4 clones. While standing still and converting chakra the user is vulnerable for 10 seconds.
    Restrictions:
    -The important restrictions are in the jutsu itself
    -Lasts 5 turns
    -After the state is deactivated, it takes about 4 turns for the user’s chakra to return to normal so after 4 turns the user will be able to use elemental jutsu up to A-rank.
    -Can only be taught by Daemon

In this genjutsu, the user takes a few steps then disappears, reappearing in a different line of movement facing a different way continuing his steps, then disappears to re-appear a different distance away, this continues until there are a large number of illusionary clones walking distances before disappearing and reappearing in another area, clones that phase in and out of visibility moving all around the victim that disappear when attacked. The user can either be hidden among these clones or hiding via camouflage in the area the clones move, this is used to make a get away as well as creating a window for surprise attacks.

    Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

    Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique in which the user will make two handseals and will begin to mold a one inch layer of white snake skin over their body, which forms in 2.5 seconds. This is a highly flexible snake skin style armor made purely of the users chakra. It can instantly turn hard as steel with one handseal making a nice defense. It can defend against 1 S rank jutsu as long as they are holding the seal. Without the seal, It can only defend against Taijutsu and projectiles. However, for certain situations the user can manipulate small (fist size) areas of the skin, pushing the skin scales close together making the area of the skin hard as steel, thus making for increased protection. To do this for the entire layer of the skin will require a handseal for chakra control.

The opponent soon as he hears the slapping sound of both hands but the chakra is released through the hands as the user is clapping but not traveling through the sound that makes when clapping, the opponent will be placed under a genjutsu where the users chakra is in the opponents brain disrupting the flow of the opponents brain. The illusion will set it by the disruption of chakra flow within the brain so that the there is no blood running through the ear drums of both ears. The opponent under the genjutsu will immediatly hear a static ringing noise which is high pitched, casuing a headache to be felt. However, because it effects the ear drums or the illusion of effecting the ear drums, the opponent will appear to be bleeding from the ear, followed by loss of balance as they stand or walk, being distorted around his surroundings as well as dizziness settling in. By the third turn of this technique the opponent would have to kneel down as the sense are being amplified as time goes on. Constant dizziness and everything spinning will cause the body to feel like if it is having motion sickness which could or may result in puking. Eventually the headache intensifies as well breaking all concentration of the opponent and rendering them useless.

    Note: Able to use three times per battle.
    Note: Last 4 turns unless broken.
    Note: Can not use or layer another genjutsu while the opponent is under this genjutsu.

    The point of a genjutsu is to create an illusion, not to cause physical damage. Making the brain think that it can't hear and therefore making your oponent deaf would work, but stopping the bloodflow to the eardrumms is a simple no.

    Description: This technique basically resolves around the base that when someone hear's a specific type of music he is no longer able to concentrate on other type of sound's or noise basically because he is not able to forget that melody, In this technique the user uses his chakra to enhance any melody or already produced sound with these property and once the opponent hear's that music he is completely mesmerized by it and looses his ability to concentrate on other types of sound and to certain extent on the battle itself and while this technique is active the opponent can no longer hear any other sound except the specific sound which is now charged with users chakra and this all happens because the soothing effect which is caused by that sound.
    -Can only be used 3 times a battle
    -Can affect multiple enemy's at the same time but max 5
    -The opponent reflexes start to weaken when he is exposed to this sound as it kills his will to fight and it's effect become more and more stronger as time passes and if he is continuously exposed to this sound for 5 turns or move he completely looses his will to fight and gives up the fight
    -While this is in play the opponent can longer hear any other type of sound
    -It's effect is in play as long as the sound is created continuously but if the sound projection is obliterated for more then 3-4 second the opponent will snap out of it's effect
    -No melody arts in same and next turn.

Opponent though can freely move, and dodge or counter the jutsus using his/her own.     X-Declined-X Basically the Genjutsu manifests itself according to the enemies worst nightmare? Its not exactly manipulation of your opponents when the genjutsu is able to do something that is out of the users own knowledge. How would you know what the opponent fears? If you dont so doesn't the genjutsu. Although it is possible you need a very strong background ability to support this. Like Yamanaka are able to read minds, it would be an appropiate genjutsu for them.

    Description: The sword was made by ancient priests of hell and heaven at a sacred place by using hairs, bones, skin, blood and senses of a living shinigami himself which gave the sword life and transforming ability. The sword was named after the shinigami. And it is believed that the shinigami is living in the form of sword now.
    The size of the sword is very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total length of 5m. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. The sword is quite thick but the whole blade is covered with the hairs of shinigami which are very sharp, as a normal katana. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it and of shinigami himself. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it.

    Abilities:
    -This sword is indestructible
    -It has life of its own just like samehada and thus it can react on its own when required when its transformed into an animal.
    -When Chakra is passed to the sword, the sword transforms into an elemental animal familiar that represents the element used |Fire- Phoenix|, |Water-Shark|, |Earth- Dragon|, |Lightning- Snakes|, |Wind- Porcupine|
    -The sword only listens to Enzup.

    Restrictions:
    -Passing any chakra to the sword, counts as a move, which is equivalent to S-rank Offense/Defense/Supplementary.
    -Transformation lasts for a maximum of 4 turns and can only be done twice
    -If opponent's chakra neutralizes or overcomes the animal's chakra (when transformed), then the transformed animal will come to its normal form again. i.e. in sword form.
    -The sword transforms into an elemental version of the animal and not an animal on itself.
    -If user gets hit by a jutsu while holding this sword, then he will receive an addition of +20 damage points.
    -Sword cannot sense chakra.
    -The size of the animal in which the sword transforms differs little to nothing from the normal size of the sword.

    Description: When opponent is within the mid-range of the user, user makes the "Ram" handseal and summons 2 big shells, kept one over other; closed, forming a sphere (somewhat), of radius 10m, around himself and the opponent; trapping both inside. The closed shell is imbued with special type of chakra of turtles which causes extreme gravity for anyone who is inside it. And anyone who has signed the turtle contract will get upper-hand because he will be a "little bit" resistance to that gravity, due to being "slightly" used to it after training with turtles in that shell. The effect of gravity is that great, that anyone standing will feel like, his internal organs are being pulled to his legs and further towards his feet. Though the effects are too great, but the gravity only applies on living beings, not things, objects or any techniques. The shells were of two almighty turtles, whose defense were considered to be the greatest, so for breaking the shells, one must need to use atleast an S-Rank attack or higher in order to break these shells and thus force a way out of it.

    Note: -If not dealt within 4 turns, shinobis inside it will die, due to shifting of organs from upper body parts to downwards.
    -Usable by Turtles themselves and by the ones who have signed the Turtle contract or any other specie of it.

    Description : Aeolus, the White Tiger, was given his respective name after showcasing exceptional skill in the arts of Wind Release. Aeolus is roughly about half the size of Gamabunta and is well-known for his powers of being able to manipulate the surrounding winds around him, while at the same time, generate high amounts of air that seems to exerted from his body (which is not the case) to enable flight. The winds are produced through the molding of wind chakra of course. Flight was never accessible to the average White Tigers or any land animal summoning, but not Aeolus. The wind implodes into the particular spot, causing what seems to be an explosion. Naturally, if a person or thing is to stand on that spot, they will be crushed and destroyed as the effects of the technique take place.

    Description: Ophelia is the weapons expert of the Stingrays and thus focuses heavily on close range prowess. She has the looks of an small sized Eagle Stingray being only a meter long (not including tail length) with a wingspan of a meter 1/2 and is sandy yellow in colour with white spots. Despite not having a humanoid body to perform punches and kicks, she makes up for it through a unique moveset. Ophelia’s first ability is what allows her to overcome her lack of limbs to wield weapons. Ophelia is capable of freely growing Stingray stingers from all over her body, and is also capable of applying shape manipulation to the stingers so as to create various weapons of all different shapes and sizes. These stingers have the strength slightly greater than that of a Kunai. She is also capable of growing much more powerful chakra or elemental chakra enhanced stingers which is equivalent in strength to an A ranked jutsu, the stingers can also be retracted or shot if need be. Ophelia’s second ability is what truly allows her to shine in close range combat, and also earned her nickname; Rippling Ophelia. By channeling chakra to her body and reverberating it within while also utilizing her exceptional body control, she is capable of undulating her body, or parts of her body at high speeds creating an optical illusion where her body appears to be rippling. This effectively makes it exceptionally hard for her opponent to block as they will be unable to gauge exactly where Ophelia will strike, although they can gauge the rough vicinity in which she will strike and thus attempt to dodge using “wide dodges”. This allows her to overpower her enemies in close quarters combat by continuously forcing them to make large dodges by relentlessly following up each attack with a new one, preventing counter-attacks since the opponent will have to waste their movements on dodging. Thus it becomes a waiting game of when the opponent will either tire out, or make a dodge that he can’t recover from in time to dodge her next attack. This optical illusion can only be slowed down to trackable speeds by a Mangekyou Sharingan. The venom on Ophelia’s grown stingers aren’t the most potent, but are still quite deadly. Five senbon sized stingers being able to easily incapacitate a limb while causing the opponent minor heart rate and breathing problems such as lack of breath, and minute cramping like pains within the chest region.

    Note:
    - Ophelia can only be summoned once per battle and stays on the field for four turns.

The user quickly creates an earth section within one of his hands the exact size and shape of a .50 caliber sniper rifle round. Then the user exhales a wind blast directly onto the base of the bullet that sends it flying at the opponent. The bullet moves so fast that it looks like a blur to the naked eye but it is still seeable similar to the speed of Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction. Like real .50 caliber sniper rounds these bullets can pierce earthen walls up to C rank and regular skin.

The orb will do absolutely no damage and neither will the push back but it will simply push the opponent to the edge of short range away from Broly. Within the orb Broly's skin seemingly explodes from within, revealing a new form of Broly with a much larger frame, increased muscle mass and pupil-less eyes. The increased muscle mass in this form gives Broly a modest +5 boost in taijutsu and physical attacks

This is further masked by changing the appearance of someone's jutsu, especially custom jutsu or elements, allowing the user to preform any jutsu the opponent has, to the user own knowledge. This will not change the structure of a jutsu, but can alter it's sound/smell/colour/texture/temperature/nature/etc, as well as any decoy visual stimuli, making it seem as if the user or the opponent have used a signature move from the person they became, in a target's mind.
    *This can make an individual target see more than one person as the same person, it can even make everyone look the same. It can also keep one or more people with their normal appearances, while still changing the jutsus a person uses so it seems like someone else. It can also change everything but the voice, or the looks, or the smells*

    X-Declined-X Erm how should i explain it.. youre affecting several different enermies with a "variable" genjutsu. Everyone isn't affected by the same genjutsu. Their sense of roles is being inverted and it would require you to manipulate everyone's illusion differently considering the fact that there can be enemies from more then one faction each with a different sense of allies and enemies. Not going to DNR but the technique is physically impossible.

    Chakra Sensor: She is able to sense everything around herself for up to 100 meters. Motionless, she can increase that to a kilometer. To do so in a battle, it counts as a jutsu. Using a Message from her feathers will allow her to sense everything 50 meters around, or, motionless, 500 meters.
    Genjutsu Proficiency: She is able to fight using Genjutsu, and is quite proficient at it, allowing her to cast genjutsus one range higher (without changing the cost or damage).
    In battle, she is able to fight for 4 turns before vanishing. She can be summoned once. Outside an actual battle, she can be summoned for long periods of time, as long as she keeps motionless.
    Summoning her to the field allows the user additional damage points to any genjutsu technique, translating in stronger or less discernible techniques (+10 damage points)

    I have a problem with this and its that it would make strong genjutsu (and weak) unreleasable. Basically, upon release, this triggers so it becomes unreleasable. Its pretty unreasonable as its worded. I like the overal ability but it needs to be put in a manner that is can be approved.

    Ok, with your added notes there was a problem added. What exactly does the enemy experience in terms of the second genjutsu? The first one is a replication of a weak, non specific genjutsu and upon seeing it or experiencing it, the user produces some effect to release it, triggering the second one. However, what is this second one? And how can it actually restrict the chakra usage? There is a bit of a lack in explanation on how you achieve that. Or is this a Genjutsu/Ninjutsu? Genjutsu for the first part and Ninjutsu for the second part? Being that the Ninjutsu part would be a "noise" or fluctuation you trigger on your enemies chakra flow upon the release method, spending chakra for a limited amount of turns and thus weakening him. Also, note one thing. You're restricting (if it succeeds) your enemy a lot, yet you suffer little to no effect. Its still not very reasonable but it does have potential

    The Second Genjutsu clears the effects of the first one, and changes it with slight ringing noises, body palpitations and slight dizzy vision. If the used method of release was pain, it will recreate the pain by adding it to the body palpitations, seemingly making the body sore. These illusions are presented intermittently.

    *The phsyical effect of the second genjutsu only serves to exhaust the chakra reserves, not to make the illusion of the technique real. Thus no damage is done physically*

    one question: how can you, without a doujutsu, target the pressure points like that with such a high rank, hard to control, technique? Such pinpoint precision is what we call "stretching". You make an undefined, virtually infinite, number of minor water dropplets to materialize around your enemy (meaning some you won't even be following with your eyes) and then, by sheer will, they happen to pinpoint all the pressure points of your enemy, hit them and such? Just like that? Also, I must enforce that if you actually do target the pressure points of a person like that all together its = to instant defeat... I'm tempted to DNR this as i foresee tons of misuse but I'll allow you to resubmit and better it.

    Reworded a sentence, and made it so the water droplets were visible.

Then he generates air currents which spin in a spiraling motion, and forms a vortex of wind in that area with his chakra. The vortex of wind acts almost like a vacuum. The vortex is capable of sucking in tangible or intangible objects, though it cannot suck in objects bigger in size than it. The vortex looks somewhat like Kamui, spinning rapidly to suck in objects. The size of this vortex varies, and so does the distance in which it can suck in objects from. If within range, the object would be sucked rapidly into the vortex at insane speeds, leaving almost no time to react. However, unlike Kamui, this technique has an exit. Depending on where the vortex ends, as in the tip of it, the other end, the object sucked in will reappear and continue as if nothing happened to it. In other words, any object sucked into it enters from one side, and exits from the other side, completely untouched and continues normally, as it would have if it did not get sucked into the vortex.
    The vortex has different sizes, and each size varies on the suction, and what can be sucked in. The vortex at its smallest size is around the size of a pinky finger, and can only suck in objects as small or smaller. It can suck in objects within five inches of it. The vortex can also be created in a medium size, being the size of a person, able to suck in objects as big or smaller. It can suck objects within five feet of it. While the opponent is under this genjutsu, their vision will be delayed by two seconds. With this the person placed under the illusion will see things happening two seconds later. The person under this genjutsu, will think that they are seeing everything normally, and may not notice what is actually happening.

    - Usable three times per battle
    - Last for two turns
    - Can only be taught by Toshiro

    The user claps both of their hands together channeling lightning chakra into both his hands, he then slowly brings them apart and electricity is seen crackling in the space between his palms. He then releases his lightning chakra and molds it into a cube, about the size of a regular rubix cube. The user then pushes this cube towards his opponent, the user keeps his palms flat facing the cube as it flies towards the opponent and as it travels through the air it grows in size due to the user still feeding it lightning chakra until it becomes a certain size and discharges all of the lightning causing the explosion. This cube moves very fast through the air and is constantly growing in size creating a defense for the user if used properly but when it comes into contact with any obstruction like for example a wind jutsu of the same rank will explode completely enveloping the surrounding area.

    Note: The explosion covers a short range area so if it is used in short range the user will be caught in the explosion.

    Note: If it is used at long range by the time it reaches Mid range too much lightning chakra will have been put into it and so it will discharge the lightning creating the explosion.

    Note: Must be used at Mid range if you want this jutsu to have the proper effect

    Note: Can only use B-Rank and below Lightning jutsu for the three turns after it's used

    Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle

    Note: An F-Rank Wind jutsu will completely destroy it and prevent the explosion

    Description: This is a highly advanced genjutsu that is cast on two shinobi, one of which being the caster himself/herself. This technique can only be used when the caster is placed under an illusion. Upon recognizing that they are trapped, the user will self inflict this illusion onto himself as well his opponent. With this illusion, both the opponent and the user will appear to be violently constricted by tight metal wire. The wire is so tight and sharp that it not only suffocates, but begins to cut through the flesh causing intense pain. The purpose of this illusion is to act as form of genjutsu release as well as a way to ensnare one's opponent in their own illusion. Being placed in an unfamiliar uncontrolled mental state by foreign genjutsu, this illusion allows for the user to break free from their opponent's illusion by initiating the sensation of pain, which the user himself initiates and controls. As a result the user can release himself from this illusion after casting it while still maintaining it on his opponent.
    ~The user is released from this technique at the end of the turn it's initiated while the affects against their opponent lasts for three turns unless released.
    ~Should this technique not be released released within three turns, those under its spell will be rendered unconscious
    ~This technique can only be used twice per battle
