    Thread opened for a new weekly cycle of submissions. It starts today, the 25th of October and ends on the 31st of October. As always, in this cycle, you can submit 3 techniques.

    I must remind members of the following:

    -Blue Rule is under effect and no tolerance will be given. You can find it in the first post of this thread.

    -Name your techniques correctly and abide by the proper template, specially in chakra cost and damage points.

    -Don't add useless restrictions just to try and make it seem your technique is more approvable than it is. Be logical.

    -Read the first post of this thread to try and remind yourself of the rules of the thread as well as some tips to make your techniques more approvable.

    Quaver:The quaver note looks like a minum only its darker and not white like a minum,this appears as 3 notes that spins around the target causing them to become drowzy and will sleep for half a turn only leaving them able to perform 2 techniques.

Immediatly after creation it converges upon the user's body, shaping around it. The user is able to freely move without moving outside of the ''barrier'' as it bends within the movements of the body. Now the actual function of this technique is to keep out foreign forms of chakra and energies. As in, if foreign chakra was to enter the user's body it would be deflected by the barrier, and dispersed. However this doesn't go for physical techniques created outside the barrier, such as a Chidori, Rasengan or Raikiri. Infact, there is felt no restience at all for the physical technique, when going against this barrier.

    Description: Reiolo is one of the smallest Olms alive,being 2cm long, unlike the other Olms, he is extremely weak and has no special abilities of his own. However, unlike the other Olms, Reiolo can use his sense of smell to to 'sense' the opponents and the users chakra (Narutopedia states that Akumaru can 'sense' chakra with his nose'', and my Olms have their sense of smell equal to that of a dog from the Inuzuka clan). With this, Reiolo is able to sense if the users chakra has been disrupted (should the user get caught in a genjutsu) and so is able to release a surge of chakra into the user (if they're touching) and release him from genjutsus. This surge of chakra can release the user from any genjutsu up to S-rank. Furthermore, as all other Olms, as well as his sense of smell being heightened, Reiolo also has the hearing capabilities of someone who has the C-ranked sound jutsu activated.
    Note: Can be summoned twice.
    Note: Stays on field for 4 turns.
    Note: No other Olm can be summoned whilst Reiolo is on field.

    First things first: you are copying 2 CWs in different parts. You are trying to use the generic undefined abilities of Hazama's Hat and the overall feel of Zero's body armor. Either define and restrict these chakra abilities (absorbs for what? dispeling gen without a rank limit? powering a technique? how? what its purpose? reducing the rank of the technique? limits on this?) or simply don't go there. Won't approve such a generic abuse prone weapon. Blue part is a complete no-no. Also, don't you already have a weapon? If so you need to link it. I remember checking one of yours or I may be mistaken.

    Increase the power? how much? Also, how many times can it absorb? It needs to count as a move. If its a full body indesctrutible armor it makes you immune to kunais, blast damage and basically most lower ranked ninjutsu, taijutsu and kenjutsu. You know fairly well thats a no no. I asked you to define the armor and its techniques better, not to leave them generic and undefined while adding a factor to it that will make it unapprovable and prone to abuse.

    Description: This is similar to Marvel Ice-Man's Ice Slide. The user focuses his/her doton chakra and constantly release a stream of mud from one or both his/her hand which he/she extends a little bit forward so that a long earth slide is formed conveying the user along as it extends. The mud solidifies as soon as it is released so the user can stand on it. The user can ride this from his/her initial position(ground) to anywhere and can even go high into mid air and has high manouvreability. However, the user is only standing and barely moves. The user is prone to lightning when using this.

    -can't use any jutsu apart from earth while using this.

    Fuuton: Yokaku Tatsumaki | Wind Release : Foreboding Tornadoes

    Description: The user release their Fuuton chakra, and by performing the "Snake" handseal creates four tornadoes in a square formation around the opponent; the Tornadoes being capable of being as big as "Four Pillar Bind". The four tornadoes generate a fair amount of pushing force that is all released center-wards towards the opponent. The pushing wind has little offensive capabilities but it does make it much harder for the opponent to move as they're constantly being pressured by opposing conflicting winds. The tornadoes quickly begin to release the Wind blades that they are comprised of towards the opponent, over the space of a few seconds the Tornadoes release all of their wind blades, resulting in the Tornadoes completely disappearing. The countless blades slicing through the practically immobilized opponent leaving nothing but minced meat. Projectiles that enter the Tornadoes domain are sped up due to the pushing winds. By performing the "Ox" handseal, the user can make the Tornadoes move, they all move along the "square" either to the left or the right. Alternatively this can be used as a defense, creating the tornadoes around yourself, in which case the Tornadoes wind pushes outwards, while the blades are also released outwards.

    Note:
    - Can only be used 3x
    - No wind jutsu above S rank for the next two turns
    - Projectiles speeds are still traceable by the naked eye, albeit it might be just barely and only affects basic ninja weapons

    Tonbogiri | Dragonfly Cutter

    Description: Tonbogiri is a white double headed spear with light fluorescent harlequin green coloured highlights. Tonbogiri's cutting power is rumored to be unrivaled. It is said that a dragonfly once landed on Tonbogiri's blade and was instantly cut in half, earning it it's name. However others claim that it was a spear forged by gods and imbued with Kamataichi powers and the power of the heavens; used to de-wing dragons. The spear itself is made up of a shaft, which is in-fact a stiff chain, on one side is a jagged lightning bolt shaped spear head with a jagged lightning bolt like cross-section similar to that of a partisans; named Raijin said to have been forged with lightning. While on the opposite end is a elongated double edged leaf shaped spearhead that protrudes from the mouth of a dragon head shaped Tsuba, named Zephyr said to be imbued with the power of wind. Both the spear heads and the shaft are decorated greatly, giving it a unparalleled beauty. The spear itself is 1.6 meters long, the chain being 1.2 meters long while the blades are 20cm long each, and is also fairly light allowing it to be used with agility and dexterity.

    Abilities
    – When chakra is channeled into Tonbogiri's two blades via medium of the chain, the dormant elemental nature will activate, causing fluorescent green lightning to crackle around Raijin, and fluorescent green wind to manifest around Zephyr, the coating being A rank (2Bs), increasing both of the blades sharpness exponentially and allowing Raijin to inflict paralysis upon contact.
    - The blades can also be activated when infusing chakra into Tonbogiri to perform weapon orientated/required jutsu. For instance using Chidori Nagashi directly into the spear to infuse the blade(s) cutting power would also activate the blade(s) affinity causing the affinity to mimic the shape manipulation and merge with the technique used. Granting the Nagashi current technique a further +20 damage points and possibly creating a Wind/ Lightning combo. Tonbogiri's long blades are also indestructible and can utilize certain Sword techniques thanks to their length.
    – The user is capable of freely controlling the length of Tonbogiri's chain shaft causing it to extend or shorten at will. The user is also capable of causing Tonbogiri's chain to slacken becoming a chain or return to being a stiff shaft.
    - Only the user can release their chakra into Tonbogiri.


    Restrictions
    – Tonbogiri's independent blade infusions count as a move; can last for up to four turns and allows Tonbogiri to slice through A rank and below techniques (taking into account size and elemental advantages and disadvantages). Slicing through techniques uses up Tonbigiri's coating.
    - When Tonbogiri's blades are activated through use of a jutsu, activation does not count as a move, but only lasts for the duration of that jutsu, it does however drain extra chakra.
    - Hardening/making the chain slack counts as a jutsu. Tonbogiri's shaft can be cut by S rank elemental equivalent cutting and piercing techniques.

    Well worded I'll give you that. But there a problem with it. The problem is simultaneous multiple elements channeled by it. You somehow think that the elemental quality of chakra can be given by a weapon. It can't. You need to mold your chakra into that element, thus the concept of elemental chakras. This said, if you channel raw chakra into it, raw chakra will be present. If you channel elemental chakra, elemental chakra will be present. Since you can't channel 2 elemental chakras at the same time just like that, you need to make the abilities not simultaneous.

This causes the moisture to expand as it freezes, destroying the object from within as the entity is slowly frozen from inside out. In the end the majority of the object is now made up of Ice, has increased in size and the Hyouton is in control, while the technique that the Ice overpowered is merely used as a mold that gives the Ice its form and allows the Ice to leech off of the techniques original power. If the technique that this was used on can move, eg if it was a golem, then the Ice hybrid formed will now be a golem that is under the users control and moves according to the users wishes. If the technique was stationary in the first place, then Ice hybrid formed will also be stationary. This can only be used on solids such as Mokuton, Doton and Metals. The strength of this technique relies on how porous and how much water is already within the object in which the user is trying to overpower. Thus in normal circumstances this technique can be used on S rank and below Mokuton, A rank and below Doton, and B rank and below metals. If this is used on a A rank technique, then the Hybrid formed will be S rank. Although the process sounds rather long, the technique itself is rather quick.

    - Can only be used 3x
    - No S rank or above Hyouton techniques for the rest of and the next turn.

Ace like all other fossa has very good night vision, and has a flame colored pelt which makes it hard to be stealthy in most enviorments. Ace also has claws, as sharp as a kunai which can be used to claw an opponent.

The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

The Demon Guardian Normally Will swing his sword down at the opponent. The sword strike is not really meant to strike the opponent but due to the scale of the weight of the attack it will cause a major tremor near the opponent knocking him down to the ground. He is also able to cut through S rank Earth and Water Jutsus with Ease.

    An extremley useful ninjutsu created by gaara. The user, by moving his hand in the same pattern of a circle leaving a trail of red energy as they do, creating a red circle in the air and infusing it with earth chakra can reduce any surface within range to sand to sand. This is normally used as a delay tactic, blasting through walls in order to run away, but it has demonstrated that it has other potential uses in a fight; such as being used to sink targets or opponents into the ground up to the waist, effectively immobizing them. The user can also perform "Seppa" with one of his/her feet. It also has the ability to project a Stone Wave in order to break the fall of himself. This cannot be used as a offensive jutsu, only supplement or even defense if used correctly. This can also be used to create sand in front of the user as a defense against techniques. This technique can only reduce a maximum of one surface to sand per use.

    A simple relativley easy and simple binding ninjutsu that is very useful. The user makes three handseals (or less if they are a specialist). The user then gathers moisture in the air and extracts groundwater around the opponent(s) head in an instant, creating a "glob" of water around his targets head, preventing them from breathing in order to either: render the victim unconscious or ultimately kill them, if the suffocation is sustained. The glob is extremley heavy and dense.This technique is particularly useful for taking clones, but any ninja can overcome this technique with quite ease. Dojutsu's and sensors will sense/see the chakra forming around their head and even those without a dojutsu can counter after the water has formed around their head. This is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas and places with no moisture levels.

This works especially well when an opponent has one or more clones of themselves on the battlefield causing the genjutsu to effect the clones as well. The opponent will see multiple clones of themselves that are trying to attack him and is paralyzed in fear. If there are clones on the battlefield, instead of them being paralyzed they try to attack their original by throwing a barrage of kunai with explosive tags. The kunai with ex tags that are thrown take on the image of another clone attacking the original, which makes the image more terrifying.     Very similar to cannon Genjutsu. Yours is nothing more than a more elaborate version that somehow manages to paralize an opponent just because he sees a bunch of clones. Also, for further note, Genjutsu Release doesn't exist. Its Genjutsu which translates into Illusionary Arts or Illusionary/Illusion Style.

If the user is in the air, this can be performed without the backwards dash. This technique is capable of plowing through a large summon.

    Sorry to say that this makes little sense Hazama. Do you surround yourself with the tornado and then rage forwards against the opponent like that? or do you send this tornado of chakra towards him? Because tornados have been done countless times before in mostly any and every element so far except for probably those which its not feasible that it would be possible to produce tornado with.

It can easily cut through flesh creating deep searing wounds. The blade can be extended out to about the same size as a normal sword and can be used as an extension of the person's own self giving him a longer reach.

    -The blade can be held for as long as the user continues manipulating Katon Chakra

    I think I said this before, but too many immunities. Generally, only boss summons and S-Rank summons have such power and generally given to them for their size, thus making them stronger than smaller, weaker techniques
