    Description: After performing a string of three hand seals the user is able to cast a Genjutsu upon the opponent.This Genjutsu is a multi layered Genjutsu consisting of up to three layers. When used to its full potential the enemy will be trapped in a Genjutsu where the environment changes during each level he is trapped. During every level there will be an illusion of the user, which the enemy will still be fighting adding to the effect and stop the enemy from escaping. The illusion of the user will attack as normal but will only perform attacks which don't require the user to use techniques which causes himself pain. The primary use of the illusion of the user is to stall the enemy making them trapped in the Genjutsu for a longer period of time. There will also be a third person, which will be a personification of the opponent trapped. That personification, which can be controlled by the opponent as if it was a clone or summon, will carry the knowledge that they're standing on an illusion. The personification can engage with the target or with the user, both by speech or by using techniques with the same restriction of the illusion of the user. The role of the personification is to make the target understand he/she's on a genjutsu, while the role of the illusion of the user, controlled by the user, is to prevent that from happening, for in the mind of the opponent, any change that happened is normal, as if awaking from a dream to the real world.

    All layers are up to the user's imagination, allowing him/her to control all senses of the target, acting as a stronger version of the False Surroundings technique. The terrain can only be changed once, but each layer may be revealed only after the most inner one is broken. After a layer's terrain is stated, all three entities can use jutsu to fight each other, with the restrictions stated above. The fight proceeds as normal, although inside the realm of the illusion (3 jutsus per turn, etc etc). Both the personification and the target are part of the same turn (3 jutsus spread through the 2). Although the user can change the terrain, the more he/she does so, the more knowledge the personification has, and the easier it is to find arguments to make the target break the genjutsu..

    Outside the illusion, both the opponent and the user are left in a sort of trace, unable to move or preform jutsu. If the user or the opponent are a sensor, they will only be able to feel the presence of other beings or large quantities of chakra (Same or above B rank), if they're standing or happening close by (less than a meter), otherwise, they will only be able to retrieve external output through physical contact (All these informations will be relayed to the personification of the target, the same as any changes to the terrain). If there were clone techniques of any kind in the battle, they will be vanished. Likewise, the user can't have any clone techniques active.

    - Inside this genjutsu, the technique "Kai" does not need physical handseals.
    - A rank Kai will break a layer and transport everyone to the second layer, S rank Kai will break 2 layers.

    Ears popping from altitude don't make you deaf. To do so they would need to be put under pressure, not relieved of pressure. In altitude you hear worse because the air is thinner. The principle behind this is wrong and what you want to achieve has already been done.

    Description: This is a specially made weapon set, that contains 3 weapons with the same look and abilities. They were made from extremely light and resistant metal and look identical. The weapons look like a weird bayonet, what have 3 slightly curved blades that replaces the handguard and a long straight double-blade which has the length of a bayonet. The curved blades lean on the blade when they are dormant, 1 at the edge, the other 2 on the sides, but all 3 has the same distance from each other. When the user uses any of the weapons, these blades can be activated and opened up to serve as handguards, „increasing” the potential length of the blade (revealing it). Every weapon contains a high amount of dormant lightning chakra what the user can use in different ways.

    Abilities:
    After „activation” by inserting chakra into the weapon(s) or after performing the seal of confrontation, the user uses the lightning chakra inside the weapons to make them float in the air around him and/or make them fly away up to mid range. Then he is using these flying bayonets to attack his opponent without getting close to the target. If a lightning attack comes toward the weapons or the user, he can activate the lightning inside them and make an extremely strong field around the weapons that draws in and absorb lightning attacks in short range. The effectiveness also differs by the number of weapons used in the process.
    1 weapon can only absorb B-rank and lower attacks.
    2 weapons can only absorb A-rank and lower attacks.
    3 weapons can only absorb S-rank and lower attacks.

    Other than absorbing lightning attacks, thanks to the high amount of lightning chakra, the user has the ability to use Railgun with the weapons, without channeling chakra into them or making any direct contact. He only needs to perform the seal of confrontation and aim at the target. However this would use up most of the weapon’s stored lightning chakra making it unable to float or absorb lightning attacks.

    Notes and Restrictions:
    - only 1 weapon can be used for Railgun at a time, however the user can use it one after the other
    - using Railgun doesn’t count toward the original technique’s usage limit and has a long range reach
    - using Railgun and absorbing attacks both count as 1 of the 3 moves
    - absorbing ability only works if the used technique is in close range of the weapon(s) or they are thrown into the lightning
    - absorbing works in water/earth too, if the weapons have direct contact with them and the technique is in short range
    - absorbing attack(s) and using Railgun can only be performed 2-2 times per battle
    - weapons can only levitate for 3 turns and must be re-activated afterwards
    - can only be used by Frozenstein

    Description: Archenemy is a unique katana made for special order. It is extremely light and resistant, way more than any ordinary sword. It also has a hidden device, a sort of "launcher", which allows the user to shoot the blade out from the hilt and attack the enemy in mid range. When fire chakra is channeled into the blade, it will be coated with fire and leaves a flame trail when swinging, making the attacks more dangerous. When lightning chakra is channeled into the blade, it can emit bolts of lightning and/or small static balls, up to short range.

    X-Approved-X The weapons blade extends to Mid range while the fire and the bolts are short, wouldn't you be able to increase their reach my launching the blade? Its fine however just make better descriptions.

This water skin is only a few centimeters thick, but due to the compressed state it can easily block fire jutsus and weaker physical attacks, however the user becomes vulnerable against lightning attacks.

The user can also choose to create this tunnel around his opponent trapping him inside and causing a lot of pressure upon his opponent preventing him from breathing and slowly crushing his bones.
    Example: Wind tunnel technique → Great Blaze Ball → smaller multiple fire balls that are faster than the original technique.

The user can modify the opponent's memory to make him think in the way the user wants him to. The opponent's view of past and present can be modified as long as it remains real and follows the laws of nature. The user can use this to his advantage and change the alliance of the opponent and make him think that his ally is his opponent and also the other way round. The user will have to design an intricate story for the opponent for it to be truly effective. Unlike the Izanagi or Izanami, this is not a jutsu that can change/alter the future. The opponent can (with an appropriate reason) understand he's in a genjutsu if he finds a flaw in the story that was printed into his mind.

If inhaled the opponents throat begins to swell, causing difficulty in breathing. They also begin to vomit, similar to a allergic reaction. The gas can reach up to long range. Stinker also has the ability to react to any gas or smoke in the air with his abdomen. Stinker sucks up any smoke or gas in the air, through his abdomen. If stinker sucks up any gas, he automatically, gets reversed summoned, along with the gas.

They can also attack the opponent in a swarm, once they are attacked by the opponent.

    Description: The Nymphs, are a select group of isolated female Caracals within the Caracal Sanctuary. In order to summon these special Caracals, the user will need to preform a unique sequence of hand seals: Tiger → Upside down Tiger → Ram → Half Tiger seal (Seal of Confrontation). With the last seal, the user will place the seal on the left side of his chest where his heart is. At that moment, the users body from the neck below, will become engulfed in a cloud of smoke and once cleared, the sexually ravenous females will appear suggestively holding the user against their bodies. These Caracals are summoned in a transformed state they take when they're summoned for battle. They take on the appearance of ordinary female humans while maintaining some feline features like their ears, tails, and their whiskers. They are capable of speech, however when they speak, most of their comments are usually sexual in nature. These females are amongst the strongest and most dangerous of the Caracal species due to their unique trait and abilities that only reside within them. These females are in constant heat meaning they are constantly sexually excited. Why these felines remain in such a state is a mystery even among the Caracals, but it has given birth, to a unique ability. Because of their constant sexual arousal, these Caracals release a pheromone that sexually excites the males of the species. The affects of the pheromones on their own species has caused the other members of the species to isolate these members from the rest of the species which only increases their frustration. With their proficiency in genjutsu, these Caracals have learned to mix their chakra with their chemicals and have it act as a medium for their special genjutsu. Their special technique is the ability cast a genjutsu that imitates the same powerful arousal in any other animals including humans and other summoning animals. The genjutsu creates intense insatiable feelings which creates a difficulty for those captured to focus on anything other than their arousal. The illusion also creates suggestive image flashes in the minds of opponents that act as brief lapses of the moment to distract those captured within the genjutsu. This genjutsu ability is the equivalent to a B-rank, however, due to the affects of the genjutsu being mixed in with the pheromones of the Caracals, once the illusion is cast, the captured will remain in the genjutsu so long as they are in the Pheromone's range. However, the isolation from contact has made the four females competitive with one another whenever they are summoned. As a result, for the sake of stability they are normally split apart from one another.

    ~Each Caracal has ¼ the chakra of a Kage, meaning 350 and can only use Genjutsu techniques up to B-rank including their own special technique.
    ~Their special genjutsu technique is activated through their special call which is a “meow” that is sighed in a somewhat sensual manor. The genjutsu is activated up to mid-range costing the chakra of a B-rank technique and the technique remains active until victims exit the range with an additional cost of 10 to them to maintain active.
    ~The genjutsu's affects make it difficult for those captured to focus disallowing them to use techniques above S-rank.
    ~Every 2 turns, the Caracals can create a brief image in the minds of those captured within the illusion that distorts/distracts the victim by affecting their senses and counts as one of the three moves per turn, however this effect can be shaken off like any other illusion.
    ~Only three members of the Nymphs can be summoned per battle, however only two can be summoned at a time. Also, only one Caracal can be paired with a specific bio due to the Caracal's competitive nature towards one another.
    ~Other bios, not related to the user, can be partnered with these Caracals if necessary.
    ~No other Caracals can be summoned while these four are on the field.
    ~These four remain on the battle field for until 90% of their chakra (315) have been used, by which point they would be exhausted and will return to their sanctuary.

    ||Declined|| I feel as though this is slightly lacking in restriction, as this genjutsu is pretty powerful, assuming the pheromone can only be avoided by escaping the range of the technique. Otherwise, good.

    Ok the technique has nothing wrong with it, just needs some clarification, first no multiple ranks allowed so your gonna have to pick a rank for one, and where does the sound bursts form, around the opponent? in front of you and going towards the opponent? that has to be defined, and what is the 60 damage points refer to, impact damage? when you mean shatter human boulders do you mean shatter the opponent himself as well?.

    Armadillos are small to medium-sized mammals. The smallest species, the pink fairy armadillo, is roughly chipmunk-sized at 85 g (3.0 oz) and 11 cm (4.3 in) in total length. The largest species, the giant armadillo, can be the size of a small pig, weigh up to 60 kg (150 lb) and be over 150 cm (39 in) long. They are prolific diggers. Many species use their sharp claws to dig for food, such as grubs, and to dig dens. The nine-banded armadillo prefers to build burrows in moist soil near the creeks, streams, and arroyos around which it lives and feeds. The diets of different armadillo species vary, but consist mainly of insects, grubs, and other invertebrates. Some species, however, feed almost entirely on ants and termites.

    In common with other xenarthrans, armadillos in general, have low body temperatures (33–36°C) and basal metabolic rates (from 40–60% of that expected in placental mammals of their mass). This is particularly true of types that specialize in using termites as their primary food source.
    The armor is formed by plates of dermal bone covered in relatively small, overlapping epidermal scales called "scutes", composed of bone with a covering of horn. Additional armor covers the top of the head, the upper parts of the limbs, and the tail. The underside of the animal is never armored, and is simply covered with soft skin and fur.

There are spikes right above each of his legs and spikes going down his back which are made of the same material as his shell. Are used for gaining traction while rolling. Each spike is 1/4 meter long. He can't run very fast but he can roll up into a ball and roll around at around 50 km per hour. He can only use earth type jutsu that do not require handseals. He has sharp claws that he uses for digging underground and coming back up. He also has a ball at the end of his tail with small studs all over it that he can swing around and whack people with. He can float in water by holding his breath but cannot swim.

    Description: The user will start off by doing 3 handseals.. *A Huge lightning bolt will be shot down from behind the opponent. This Lightning bolt (If struck by it) can cause serious damage, the purpose of the lightning bolt is *to cause damage but is very dangerous to the user. The diameter of the bolt is the same as a fully grown redwood tree which is 25 feet in diameter the core if the lightning bolt is the main power point and out from the core the bolt get's lighter and less potent as the main focus point is a straight center line.
    think of this diameter as e earth's core there is a core the center point of this diameter the strongest point which is a 0-9foot diameter which if hit by this the user will explode from the concentration of raiton. then the outer core which is about half the power of the inside core. But has a greater reach than the inside core the reach of this core is 10-19 feet which the effects of being in range of the outer core are that you receive extreme burns which limit you movements from moving easily from the pain. Than there is the mantle or the outside of the lightning bolt which is basically strong enough to knock an opponent down. So even if the enemy dodges up to 20-25 feet radius he will still be knocked down.

    I get what your trying to do, but it can't be done like that, someone could just overpower your technique making the clouds gather again, it's short ranged, meaning it extends 5 meters yet you say it rises to the sky? you can't keep the whether changed for 4 turns, i don't get why is this technique required when you can just shoot wind at the clouds and blow them away with the wind, there's no need for this.

(Only moves for as long as the user is focusing chakra into it.) Then after performing 2 handseals, the golem would explode sending chunks of heated rock(magma at the opponent)

Kuika has the ability to use Fire Release jutsus up to the user's rank and knowledge. He can also harden and expand his hairs to attack the enemy. His fur is resistent to Fire jutsus up to B-rank.

The user will then proceed to jump high into the air and without grabbing the sphere, they will then channel a mass quantity of their raiton chakra into the sphere perfectly mixing both the suiton and raiton elements, and they will either proceed to slam or throw the sphere into the opponent. The sphere will explode either on contact or will carry the opponent away then proceed to explode.
    Note: Can only be used once
    Note: Can only be used by Zanji or taught by Zanji.
    Note: Cannot use Water or Lightning techniques S-Rank or higher for the next 2 turns.

Like all Ninken, Neptune has a strong sense of smell, comparable to that of Pakkun, and is capable of using Water Release techniques up to A-rank and below without having to use a handseal in order to perform them, his water affinity is the perfect match of Kakashi's lightning Release affinity, making them capable of doing various combination attacks with one another, other than that, Neptune has two unique abilities to himself, which is when he slams his right leg onto the ground sending water chakra underneath his opponent, he is able to call forth a large amount of water that resembles a dog's head rising out of the ground beneath his opponent in an attempt to bite him with the water's strong fangs, this head is at the size of the Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball technique and is considered a Mid ranged S-rank Water Release technique, however in order to use it, Neptune has to have a physical contact with the ground in order to cause the dog's head to rise out of the ground beneath the opponent's direction, this technique is called "The Water's Fang".

    The Sonic Screwdriver is a tool that was given to the Doctor as his role as a timelord in the Narutoverse. It isn't much of a weapon, just a tool really given to all timelords of the narutoverse, each of them being unique. This is the 11th Doctor's. It has a unknown power use as it's core and a button that is pressed to activate it's abilities. It can also be twisted to set it's different abilities.
    Abilities

    Setting 1 : This allows the sonic screwdriver to detect sources of chakra, so it bleeps louder when an there is an oncoming chakra source or if you are proceeding to a chakra source. It helps if you are blinded by a technique, it allows the User (whilst blinded) to detect any techniques that may surprise attack him.

    Setting 2 : This Technique allows the User to get out of Genjutsu, once the button is pressed, it is on at all times waiting until the user is in a genjutsu and it sends a shock through the User that gets him out of it.
    -Can only get out of Rank-A and below Genjutsu
    -Does +10 Damage to user

    Setting 3 : On this setting the User has to be close to a clone of some kind, the Sonic screwdriver is aimed at the clone, and if it is a clone it is stunned and in the next turn it explodes violently. The clone cannot be dispersed once it has been Stunned.

    -Can change setting only once per turn.
    -Can only be wielded by the Doctor.

The tornado can be stopped if the user so please, but this jutsu also puts the user in incredible risk since the user is in the jutsu itself and it makes the user vulnerable to fire.

Also the claw shocks and electrocutes whatever it comes in contact with except the user since the user is giving away the same chakra.

The purpose of this jutsu is to boost other water jutsu and not give the opponent a chance to use water's conductive properties to cause damage. The user has to be in contact with the water jutsu to use this.(contact is only necessary for a moment)

    ~Declined~ Huh O_o that doesn't make sense, you can't turn water into oil, oil can only be used by toads, and oil-like water techniques can only be used by Second Mizukage, you can't use water chakra to change the properties of water.

    Ok you guys don't get something about genjutsu, you don't write how the opponent is going to react to the genjutsu, you only mention what the user experiences in it, so in this he experiences deep water surrounding him with high pressure that makes him unable to move, the core idea is fine, but you can't say that it will make them hold their breath, or that they won't use lightning, like i said you only mention what happens when the genjutsu is induced not how the opponent reacts the only genjutsu that's capable of controlling how your opponent reacts to the genjutsu or more like "hypnotizes" your opponent is Sharingan genjutsu that's why it's banned to be submitted in CJs, they won't suffocate in reality they will merely lose consciousness or take mental damage if they suffocate in the genjutsu, so the description should be reworked, include 2 more handseals and reduce it to A-rank, it's not complex to be S-ranked.

Because of her size, he is able to hold 1 person within her mouth. this proves as a suggestible defense underground. Although being the only land based Eel, Yochi is still able to swim in water like normal, however this causes her to lose the medium needed in order to use Earth Techniques.     ~Declined~ I'm fine with the technique, but some things your gonna have to consider, the second "restriction" doesn't really work in our RP, we don't measure these things with "weeks" but with battles instead, you can simply say that the mockingbird can replicate any voice he witnesses throughout the battle the summon witnessed the voice in, that last restriction that is colored is really weird, if the summon doesn't witness the voice, how is he capable of replicating it?
