    ~Declined~ I'm fine with the technique itself, but not with the colored portion, spinning water around wouldn't really cause him to be dizzy, but you need some kind of definition on the "penetration" power of the water techniques, how exactly would they affect other techniques after being influenced by this?

    The user will channel there ice chakra around there opponent. The user will perform one handseal, then cause a massive vortex or snow and ice shards to start swirling around he opponent. The vortex will taper off at the top creating a cone shape. The temperature inside the cone will be lowered drastically making it hard to breathe. The user will then perform one more handseal causing all the ice shards to shot at the opponent ripping them to shreds.

    -Due to the thinness of the air no fire techs that come from the mouth can be used.
    -Usable twice per battle.
    -No S rank ice this turn or next.

    ~Declined~ The core of the genjutsu is very similar to a CJ of Ushiro's i think, has the same thing of chains binding the opponent and a bird coming to feast on their body, i don't like the idea of mixing a ninjutsu technique with a genjutsu one, but the problem i have is how exactly is this flaming vulture released? the clouds can't release fire nor can the sky, Fire doesn't materialize like Water does from the thin air, make it only usable once.

The speed of this technique gives it incredible piercing power. The sound waves and water continue to spread out further as it travels, a small vortex with a 3 meter diameter.

    Note: This technique can also be used to deflect an A Ranked or lower Water technique back at the opponent as a sound/water combination without the user being submerged in water.

    ~Declined~ Nice one, but one thing i don't agree with, which is the power blowing you into the water or out of it due to the force of the blast, this needs a medium to blow against, like a solid earth or water, or if you release a continuous stream of pressurized sound waves, tell you what, you can add the release out of the water or into it as a separate usage of the technique, like i said a continuous stream of sound waves that's close to you, because when you use it to move you it can't continue as a projectile but blows in the reversed direction, you can't use both the redirection and projectile attack with the same usage, and both would require using the technique twice.

    Description: Water pores is a simple jutsu created by Hashirama Senju during the times which they were at war against the Mighty Uchiha. Knowing that the speciality of the Uchiha was the Fire element, Hashirama practised using his wood style in a slightly different way where each pillar or tree created had small pores within it, which he later focused his water chakra into, allowing the water within to make the wood moist, which in return would allow the wood to gain a resistance to Fire jutsus, making it so that Fire jutsus would have to be one rank higher than normal in order to be able to destroy/neutralize the wood. However, because the concentration of the water within the wood is so high, upon the wood getting pierced/cut open, water would burst out, returning the wood to its original strength, meaning an equally ranked Fire jutsu would be able to destroy the wood, as normal.
    Note: Can only be used twice.
    Note: Lasts 4 turns each time.
    Note: Can only be taught by Erzo.

    Description: The user focuses his Mokuton chakra into the ground and uses it to grow animals all varying in size from the ground. The biggest an animal can be is the size of Gamakichi, after time skip, allowing the wooden creation to be big enough for the user and at least 2 other people to hide behind it. The wooden creations have the ability to use Mokuton, Earth and Water jutsus up to B-rank without the need to perform hand seals for the Mokuton but they'd need to perform hand seals for the hand seal requiring Earth and Water jutsus. Furthermore the user has the ability to clap his hands together whilst focusing a large amount of chakra within the wooden creatures and explode them, in a similar to fashion to Exploding of Dense Woodland jutsu.
    Note: Can only be used 3 times.
    Note: Can only be taught by Erzo.
    Note: Can only make 2 creatures at a time.

They can also fire spiraling streams of pressurized water from their mouths at the enemy, crushing them with the immense force of the water. This counts as an additional move of the user and is A-rank in strength. The body of the hydra is 8 meters tall and has reptilian limbs allowing it to travel but it cannot move very fast on land. In water, however, it can move as fast as Killerbee in his incomplete tailed-beast form.

Once successfully implanted on the opponent's body, as the opponent tries to use any earth or water or wood chakra based jutsus, the seeds will devour the respective chakra as they focus and sprout into a tree over them, binding them to ground.

    ~Declined~ I'm fine with the technique itself, not the multiple ranks, needs to be defined into one rank and one rank only, the colored portion is a bit too much and you left it too generic, choose one rank, this seems like a B-rank, and S-rank being used 4 times is way too much.

    X-Approved-X Removed damage points, reduced the rank and removed restrictions about boss summons. As i see it, you shouldn't be restricted unnecessarily about boss, the illusion is more or less the same. However its not something worth an A rank either.

Fire would burn the opponent and make add to the sharpness of the wires melting properties, Earth will make the wires thinner but stronger. Water is useless to the effect desired.

This technique can also be used to increase punching and kicking power by the same method. For example:creating the condensed wind ball on your elbow and exploding it just before your punch causing the punch to not only strike faster but much stronger.

    If use on a body part that body part will sustain damage. From first use badly bruised and sore,from second use in the same area muscle damage and severe pain,from three uses on the same body area broken bones and majoy pain.

    Description: Similar to how a shadow clone is created, using one's chakra to create a perfect, physical copy; the user will use there chakra to 'grow' two extra arms from the back of there shoulder blades. These arms are slightly longer than the users original arms in such a way that all four wrists are in line when holding there arms out in front of them. These arms can be used in a multitude of ways as they are controlled by the user as if they were their normal arms, using them to support Kenjutsu, Taijutsu and even Ninjutsu. These arms can be used to perform hand seals for elemental jutsu as well. These arms give; a +10 damage boost to all kenjutsu attacks if they are used to support the hands in the swing or action with the sword; they also give a +10 damage boost to all taijutsu punches by adding an extra fist to each hit; and finally these arms can create rasengan and remove the need for shadow clones when using (Tsuin Rasengan) – Twin Spiraling Sphere.

    Description: After making a blood sacrifice and performing the Ox → Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals, the user will place the hand on the ground or facing the ground below them and release there chakra to create the summoning seal, summoning Torotoro. Torotoro is a moderately sized Tree Kingfisher with a 2 meter wingspan that can carry a human on her back. She has a black crown patch, has an orange head and neck with a black nape patch and white throat. Her upper mantle is olive green on the back, blue-green on rump and with a blue tail and her upper wings are dull green-blue with dark olive-black flight feathers. Torotoro has a natural affinity to the Lightning element and is able to perform Lightning jutsu up to S-rank without hand seals by either releasing it from Her mouth, feet or body. She also has an immunity to all B-rank and lower Lightning jutsu which she can extend to Her rider.
    Only the following can be used by Torotoro as they can be used with Torotoro body and released from its mouth.

This makes the liquid molecules less resistant to each other and thereby

And when he does that, he notices that there are paperbombs attached to the metal which goes off creating a large explosion and damages him to a great extend. The opponent feels his ears ringing due to the loud explosion, his vision gets hindered due to the fumes created by the explosion, he can also smell the gas created by the explosion. Now this is where the problem starts. The inhaled gas causes the opponent to first choke and then go breathless. He feels lack of oxygen reaching his brains and therefore, he feels like loosing conscious. In reality, the opponent is immobilised on the spot. But his confidence level drops down. His speed, reflexes and power gets reduced by one rank.

    Note: The effects lasts for only 3 turns.

At the users will or if the orb is disturbed in anyway, this purple orb will release a negative discharge that will cause all the orbs to release a static discharge in which will cause a chain reaction and make strong shock wave that will electrify the foe and cause a weak paralysis.
    It will look similar to this but the opponent will be in the middle of the scattered orbs.

    • If used during a storm, the attack power will +5
    • If used when a mist or moist fog is covering the field, the user will also be affected slightly
    • The opponent can still move after the attack but cannot use past B-rank raiton jutsu for 1 turn
    • Can only be used 3 times per battle.
    • If the opponent uses a small discharge of raiton against this jutsu, before the orbs reach the opponent, the orbs will activate and vanish without hurting the foe.

    Arctotherium is an extinct genus of South American short-faced bears within Ursidae of the Pleistocene. Their ancestors migrated from North America to South America during the Great American Interchange, following the formation of the Isthmus of Panama during the late Pliocene. The oldest remains are from the Ensenadan epoch whitin the early-middle Pleistocene 1.2 Mya. Their closest relatives were the North American short-faced bears of genus Arctodus (A. pristinus and A. simus). The closest living relative would be the spectacled bear (Tremarctos ornatus).
    Arctotherium was named by Hermann Burmeister in 1879. It was assigned to Tremarctinae by Krause et al. 2008. A specimen of A. angustidens from Buenos Aires shows an individual estimated, using the humerus, to weight between 983 and 2,042 kg (2,170 and 4,500 lb), though the authors consider the upper limit as improbable and say that 1,588 kg (3,500 lb) is more likely; however, using the radius, the mass estimate shrinks to a maximum of 1,108 kg (2,440 lb). Independently of the method, it is possibly the largest bear ever found and contender for the largest carnivorous land mammal known to science. In contrast to their North American relatives, South American short-faced bears showed a trend of declining size and carnivory over time. This has been attributed to increased competition from other, later-arriving or evolving carnivorans, like jaguars, lions or Smilodon populator, following the early dispersal of short-faced bears to South America.     Paws of a hairy and a giant armadillo
    In common with other xenarthrans, armadillos in general, have low body temperatures (33–36°C) and basal metabolic rates (from 40–60% of that expected in placental mammals of their mass). This is particularly true of types that specialize in using termites as their primary food source.
    The armor is formed by plates of dermal bone covered in relatively small, overlapping epidermal scales called "scutes", composed of bone with a covering of horn. Most species have rigid shields over the shoulders and hips, with a number of bands separated by flexible skin covering the back and flanks. Additional armor covers the top of the head, the upper parts of the limbs, and the tail. The underside of the animal is never armored, and is simply covered with soft skin and fur.
    This armor-like skin appears to be the main defense of many armadillos, although most escape predators by fleeing (often into thorny patches, from which their armor protects them) or digging to safety. Only the South American three-banded armadillos (Tolypeutes) rely heavily on their armor for protection. When threatened by a predator, Tolypeutes species frequently roll up into a ball. Other armadillo species cannot roll up because they have too many plates. The North American nine-banded armadillo tends to jump straight in the air when surprised, and consequently often collides with the undercarriage or fenders of passing vehicles.
    Armadillos have short legs, but can move quite quickly, and have the ability to remain under water for as long as six minutes. Because of the density of its armor, an armadillo will sink in water unless it swallows air, inflating its stomach to twice normal size and raising its buoyancy above that of water, allowing it to swim across narrow streams and ditches.
    Armadillos have very poor eyesight, and use their keen sense of smell to hunt. They use their claws for digging and finding food, as well as for making their homes in burrows.     [has been held by -vendetta- but I believe he dropped it as he has mink for a summon now and can only hold one summon at sannin I believe and no one else has been shown using it beside's him and or holding it. I have pm him to find out some info but he is inactive.]


    If you find out any info about the armadillo and it is taken then here is my other choice

    think of this diameter as e earth's core there is a core the center point of this diameter the strongest point which is a 0-9foot diameter which if hit by this the user will explode from the concentration of raiton. then the outer core which is about half the power of the inside core. But has a greater reach than the inside core the reach of this core is 10-19 feet which the effects of being in range of the outer core are that you receive extreme burns which limit you movements from moving easily from the pain. Than there is the mantle or the outside of the lightning bolt which is basically strong enough to knock an opponent down. So even if the enemy dodges up to 20-25 feet radius he will still be knocked down.

    Armadillos are small to medium-sized mammals. The smallest species, the pink fairy armadillo, is roughly chipmunk-sized at 85 g (3.0 oz) and 11 cm (4.3 in) in total length. The largest species, the giant armadillo, can be the size of a small pig, weigh up to 60 kg (150 lb) and be over 150 cm (39 in) long. They are prolific diggers. Many species use their sharp claws to dig for food, such as grubs, and to dig dens. The nine-banded armadillo prefers to build burrows in moist soil near the creeks, streams, and arroyos around which it lives and feeds. The diets of different armadillo species vary, but consist mainly of insects, grubs, and other invertebrates. Some species, however, feed almost entirely on ants and termites.

    In common with other xenarthrans, armadillos in general, have low body temperatures (33–36°C) and basal metabolic rates (from 40–60% of that expected in placental mammals of their mass). This is particularly true of types that specialize in using termites as their primary food source.
    The armor is formed by plates of dermal bone covered in relatively small, overlapping epidermal scales called "scutes", composed of bone with a covering of horn. Most species have rigid shields over the shoulders and hips, with a number of bands separated by flexible skin covering the back and flanks. Additional armor covers the top of the head, the upper parts of the limbs, and the tail. The underside of the animal is never armored, and is simply covered with soft skin and fur.

In this genjutsu the opponent becomes and believes that he is a 2 month old child in a crib surrounded by toys and a mobile above him. Due to him being a 2 month old child and believing that he is a 2 month old child he doesnt have the ability to manipulate his limbs and is thus paralyzed. In addition to this the user fills the head of the opponent to the brim with things that 2 month olds may care about such as when is his next milk bottle coming, how to get to the toys on the outside of his crib, why the mobile above him looks the way it does and the like, preventing him from immediately thinking about the battle he was just in because all he can think about is 2 month old baby things and thus making the illusion that he is now a baby all the more realistic.

    Description:
    A blade of the finest quality forged by Castiel and named for its raw chakra stealing abilities. It is exquisite in both form and use, a dual edged blade that mimicked the shape of a roaring flame, a hilt of obsidian, and a long chain hidden within the hilt which would only respond to his chakra. This blade was developed to steal the raw chakra from opponent with every connecting attack, and store them within, making it a “living” but not sentient blade. He crafted it of Crusentu, a metal darker than night and near indestructible. Due to its large size it is worn on Castiel's back and when swung it can deal both slashing damage and blunt bashing damage. With each swing that connects with the opponent chakra is taken and absorbed by the sword. Once raw chakra has been absorbed into the blade it may be used to produce beam of energy that can cut through steel and fly off the blade with each slash, increase the cutting power of the blade, or provide Castiel with chakra. Within the hilt of Sakugen is a chain that can be used to extend the range of the swings and enables Sakugen to be used as a projectile weapon that may be retrieved. The chain has a limit of extending to a distance of twenty meters, and is able to retract at a speed of half a second per meter, meaning it takes ten seconds to retract Sakugen after the chain has been extended to the maximum length which creates a large window from an opponent to counterattack.

    The user first performs the hand seals Tiger → Dog → Boar → Rat → Monkey → Dog → Dragon → Serpent → Rat, the user exudes a large aura of steel chakra, resembling a dragon. They then manipulate as much metallic objects as they can sense and gathers them around them. They then shape the metal around them until everything except their face and some distance around them is covered by metal. The user then utilizes their chakra to form the mass of steel into the shape of a bipedal dragon. This technique coats the user in a suit of metal, similar to armor, and reinforced by chakra. Taijutsu blows are far stronger than normal and the armor is durable to many attacks. If some of the metal is destroyed, the aura left in its place will refuse the metal. The dragon can also create and launch a storm of projectiles at the opponent. However, this jutsu is extremely risky to use. For one, it changes the user's posture into a dragon-like stance. Secondly, the chakra needed for this technique is incredible, especially the restoration process. Third, the armor is incredibly heavy, weighing almost 300 pounds. The chakra aura negates the weight, but only for so long, giving the technique's effectiveness a strict time limit otherwise the user may get crushed. Finally, the metal coating the user makes them very vulnerable to Fire Release techniques.

The user then drops the mass of air on their target at a high velocity. The air pressure reduces the target into the ground as if the gravity was increased. The extreme weight of the air makes it hard for the target to move a finger, let alone get up. The user, however, is unharmed by this and now has the advantage to subdue the opponent or kill them. However, this technique has a twenty-second time limit due to its immense chakra cost, so it is best used in close quarters.
    Notes:
    - This technique only lasts for twenty seconds.
    - Can only be used once.
    - Can only be taught by Nathan.
