    Description:The user holding there raiper in there hand will take on the Chudan Stance,where they will gather there chakra into there blade till it begins to glow a lite green color,as they reach a peach of chakra then user will then run at full speed, so fast it is difficult to keep track of the user when he/she moves in a zigzag pattern, with the opponent losing focus then user will then channel chakra into there feet and jump into the air taking a full 360 turn and as they return around the user will unleash barrage powerful thursts with there raiper that will create serveral chakra thrusts similar to the Samurai Sabre Concept to strike the opponent.These thrusts are not sharp on the sides that it will only bruise the target but the center of the thrusts(the point) is very sharp and can dig end into the target leaving gashes in the targets skin and serverly bleeding.

It prevents them from doing this because they wouldn't be able to mold their chakra correctly as the earth's internal structure is loosely bound. Hence, the earth would turn into a bouncing structure. If an opponent/any technique A rank and below except lightning lands on it, he/she/it is immediately rebound in another direction. The user however can remain on the earth by channeling his chakra to his feet but if the opponent tries doing the same, they would be rapidly sucked into the ground by and overwhelming force as their chakra would become like iron being attracted by a magnet.

    (Kuro Ito) – Dark Threads Retractive Limbs

    Description: The user shapes their dark threads into eight branching arms protruding from their back. The threads are then tightly weaved together into concrete structures giving the hits from them even more strength than ordinary blows due to their sheer weight and high density because of the threads being tightly packed together. This technique can be used for various purposes including directly attacking the opponent, restraining them, rappelling from one part of the terrain to another in quick succession and performing more advanced Taijutsu attacks due to the user now possessing ten arms instead of two.     2 minor notes: you can't have it being intangible and then say it can break S-Rank earth. In fact, it can't break through tangible elements. Also, note that wood techniques, even if solid, would simply absorb the moisture of this technique, rooted and render is ineffective, following the elemental weaknesses and strengths, so saying its immune to physical attacks needs a bit of definition. 2nd thing is that if this is kept on the field you need to fuel it with chakra to sustain it so add a chakra cost per turn. And 4 turns max.

    Description: This is somewhat similar to Marvel Ice-Man's Ice Slide. The user focuses his/her doton chakra to the hands and legs and while constantly coating his legs in glossy molten mud, he also continously releases a stream of mud from one or both his/her hand which he/she extends a little bit forward so that a long Mud slide is formed conveying the user along as it extends. The mud he releases partially solidifies as soon as it is released in such a way that the upper half which will be in contact with the user's legs is inform of a glossy mud while the lower half is solid. The user then while his legs is coated with molten mud creates a small rideable mud wave from the top molten half of the mudslide. It appears that the user is riding a very narrow mud wave on an equally narrow solid earth sky-way. The user can ride this from his/her initial position(ground/Mid air) to any direction and can go high into mid air and also has quick manouvreability. The user is prone to lightning when using this.

    -Dormant earth slide crumbles one turn after user passes it(this is due to the user chakra timely depletion from the slide and also prevents unneccesary narrow bridges formed from the conveyance.

    All is more or less good, even if iffy here and there. but my main issue, and the only one i can point to decline this is that its too high rank. Its a C-Rank technique at best. This said, I don't get the "lasts 3 turns" part. You travel with this as long as you fuel chakra through it (add chakra cost per turn to travel). And for the love of all thats sacred in nb and V's bits, don't put useless restrictions like "requires doton mastery". Its not a restriction. Its something you put there just because you think it will make the technique look more restricted than it is.

    Description: User channels his sound chakra within his legs and slams his feet on the ground release a sound wave in the ground the wave, the user jumps at the same, the wave goes deep in the ground until its repelled by the hardened soil of the deep ground and goes back up while the user lands. When the users feet connects the ground at the same time the wave reaches back up it pushes the user in a direction where he weighed himself. As the user is pushed he releases another wave in the ground which meets him back at another point. Repeating the same step the user moves across the field at dramatic speeds (A normal eye focused on the user could still see him moving but the shaking ground makes it harder to keep track) in linear directions, every additional step shatters the ground. The target(s) along with the debris is pushed above. As the user continues to move around the ground keeps resonating which juggles the target(s) and the debris together leaving them to crush each other as they hit. The technique acquired its name by the sound similar to war drums every time the user steps the ground.

With a deep breath he increases the amount of oxygen that the air carries and that get's bound to hemoglobin. With the increase of oxygen the hemoglobin carries through the users body, it reacts by much faster burning it up, resulting in increase of speed and strength of the user. His stamina raises and his reaction time cuts down. His awareness, sort of, reaches a higher level. When it comes to numbers, these boosts result in a +10 to taijutsu punches and kicks, +5 to ninjutsu attacks and a slight boost in speed, equal to one ninja rank. A Sannin ranked member would have the speed of a Kage and so would his tracking speed increase, proportionally, i.e. his awareness. The whole hyperoxygenation process happens inside the users lungs and doesn't have any contact with the air around the user, except the portion of air that he's breathing in. The effect would last 4 turns, before it wears off.

    Description: Even though this technique is considered as one of the pranks, but still its one of the most useful and powerful taijutsu techniques ever known. In this technique, user stands straight, holding breath, and waits for an opponent's hit. Once launched, user confronts his stomach towards that hit, forcefully, taking a little damage while throwing the opponent away at long range due to his sponge like belly. This technique works when an opponent comes towards the user with dashing speed for a taijutsu attack and using his belly, user literally reverses the momentum of the opponent and throws him back with the same speed he tried to hit the user.

Like the chakra scalpel, the vapor is formed around the hand in resemblance to a knife or blade or sorts. Although, the technique can be used to cover a certain part of the body rather than the entire body. Dark chakra surrounds the user at all times, as long as the armor is attached to the user. In reality it is the chakra that defends against incoming attacks, not the armor itself.

    X-Declined-X Its a forbidden ranked advanced elemental active armour technique. So alot of issues with it:
    -One, forbidden ranked armour. Pretty much defends your against most S ranks, though nothing of the sort has been made yet if we consider it "new". It would be alrgiht i guess, but Forbidden Ranked means recoil damage.
    -Two, Its an elemental Armour. Two chakra natures to be exact, when youre already involved in nature transformation of an advanced element technically you shouldnt be to use other elements then the nature itself.
    -Three, if youre covered with Dark release chakra. How do you release your own elements when the armour absorb them as soon as you form them?

If it is activated with success the opponent will fall under a powerful genjutsu in which they will see the Grim Reaper behind the user, believing the reaper is coming for them. They may try to escape from the reaper but will be unable to do so. Similar to the Uchiha Clan's Tsukuyomi, the user has full control of the genjutsu. Although the opponent will believe they are in reality for the scenery remains the same. The reaper will hunt the opponent down and kill them over and over, making the opponent believe they are in a living hell.
    Note: Due to the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amounts of chakra is necessary and a large amount of stress and exhaustion is placed on the user after use.

    X-Declined-X Nothing really wrong. But you need to precise about two things. What happens to the technique if the genjutsu takes effect? It would backfire on the opponent? thats a No. Sure if it never happens.
    Secondly, the conditions the technique activates upon, the genjutsu is not going to recognize which technique is devastating and which isn't. You could add technique that tax alot of chakra, i.e. S rank. And then you'll restrict it to twice per battle. Everything else is fine.

    Won't allow a group of summoning animals to share such an ability off the bat. Want the ability, describe it in the animals that you want to use it and taking into account the rest of the techniques it can use, its declined or approved. As for the ability in itself, no. I won't allow a custom animal to have a cannon ability. It belittles the cannon summons and the cannon animals, in this case Inuzuka Dog Companions. Don't resubmit. And please don't abuse the enhanced smelling your summons have. They can smell good. Thats enough.

    Description: This jutsu is a defensive jutsu which entails the user focusing his chakra all over his body before releasing it all, causing a full body surge, releasing all of the chakra from the lower part of his body (from his feet), the chakra then rages upwards extremely quickly, forming a dome of chakra around the user, closing up 2 meters above his head, leaving him protected in a dome of golden chakra which is see through. The chakra has no properties which is capable of harming any opponent, however, it has the ability to disperse the chakra of incoming jutsus allowing the user complete protection from any jutsu up to F-rank. The user, whilst in this dome of protection can move about, but can't use any elemental ninjutsu whilst inside it, but can instead use normal Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu attacks.
    Note: Can only be used twice.
    Note: Can Protect from one F-rank, two S-ranks, 3 A-ranks and so on, however, it only lasts the one turn that it's used in.

    For this jutsu the user strings together 3 seals Rat - Boar - Snake and slams the ground with his hands. After this a square wall of the users height erupts from the ground right before him. The width of the wall is also just enough to cover the jutsu user. The wall is specifically made of sticky mud. This mud can be hardened into rock wall with a little manipulation. The Jutsu user using his mastery over earth will then make the wall to move in circles around the user at extremely high speeds. This creates a barrier of high speed rotating wall 360 degrees around the user. Thanks to the rotating motion of the wall, anything that hits the wall is sent back flying in different directions [This is like trying to go through a rotating door that's already moving at very high speed, you will be hit hard and then you will fall back and also this will be when the wall is hardened]. When it is made of mud any earth jutsu, like boulders or ninja weapons that are sent flying towards the wall are absorbed into the mud wall on collision and then if the user wants, he can send these things flying back towards the opponent.

    -User can use this jutsu as long as he has ground contact and wishes to keep the jutsu up.
    -Also as long as the jutsu is supplying chakra any damage to the wall is automatically repaired.
    -Only Anduril can teach this.

    X-Approved-X I wont get much deep, i have trust you wont misuse this. Buts lets make a few stuff perfectly clear. C rank lightning=B Rank Earth, A rank water=B rank Earth. You get the idea, this technique would pretect you against certain physical and projectile attacks. After applying all reasons the cycical weaknesses still count. A rank lightning will easily pierce this wall without fail. Likewise with other elements and its a given that you cannot see or sense whats outside. Just making it clear

    Description: For this jutsu the user strings together 2 seals Tiger - Snake and then with electricity crackling around his palms slams the surface below his feet. While doing so the user uses Lightning manipulation to an entirely different level in that he gives the touched surface a negative charge throughout the area upto mid range in all directions around him. (All the negatively charged surface will grow eerie blue while this jutsu is active). After having done this the user now goes on to send Lightning chakra crackling from his feet. This Lightning chakra though is Positively charged. With this there are two conflicting chakra types which repel each other, which in turn causes the Jutsu users feet to rise a small distance above the ground and reduces the friction between the feet and the surface on which they stand to an absolute zero. With friction reduced to zero the user is now able to move or literally glide along the battle field (Similar to gliding on ice with ice skates, only thing is this will require even less physical energy as there is no friction to overcome) at remarkable speeds. Since, the jutsu is frictionless gliding the user controls his speed and movement by occasionally reversing the polarity on some parts of his raiton charged legs. The speed when this jutsu is active is x4 times a normal shinobi on foot.

    - The polarity on the ground remains for 4 turns.
    - No other elemental jutsu while this is active. (Although raiton can be used)
    - Can be used twice a battle with a space of 2 turns between successive usages.
    - Excessive training in chakra control and usage required.
    - No lightning style jutsu in the following 2 turns after its deactivation.
    - In case of minato, this jutsu is a literal nightmare.
    - Only Anduril can teach this.

    Description: The Metsu Hadoken is a type of Hadoken more powerful and advanced in comparison to the normal Hadoken, an already dangerous attack in itself. The user focuses large amounts of Satsui no Hado chakra to his arms to the point where they the chakra shrouds completely hide the arm, causing it to look as if the user has to dark red pillars of chakra for limbs. The user then adds shape manipulation to the chakra, creating two enlarged Hadokens in each hand, slightly bigger than the basketball sized Hadoken. The user then combines them together by slamming his hands into one another as he draws them to the side, getting into the normal positioning that one takes before firing a Hadoken. As he slams them together, the two Hadokens merge into one, creating a larger, denser and more dangerous Hadoken. As they combine and grow larger, wisps of Satsui no Hado chakra can be seen floating around the user and sparking from the creation, making the technique look even more 'bad-ass', so to speak. As the user releases it, it travels at great speeds, closing the distance of mid range in a few short seconds. Once contact with a foe has been made, the creation hits with enough force to break bones completely and cause internal damage as the chakra sears and burns the skin greatly. The Metsu Hadoken has the strength to break through Earthen defenses of up to S-rank with relative ease, though that is not to say that it can break through Forbidden ranked earth jutsus. The pure power of the Hadoken is so great that just by holding the chakra within one's palms, the users hands start to burn and bleed, causing taijutsu to become quite difficult to perform with the hands. The act of adding such amounts of chakra also takes a toll on the user, making it impossible to use more than 2 jutsus in the same turn as this one, unless they are all Satsui no Hado jutsus, namely Satsui no Hado taijutsu. Then, the user cannot use more than 1 other S-ranked and higher Satsui no hado jutsu in the same turn, with him not being able to use any the next turn.

    *Can only be used by Masters and Grandmasters of the Satsui no Hado CFS*
    *After using, the user cannot use any taijutsu for 3 turns and ninjutsu becomes harder to use, making it take twice as long with all handseals the user makes for two turns*

    Description: The user focuses his katon chakra in to his chest kneading it in to a condensed fireball of high power, he then expels the fireball towards his opponent, as he does so he then combines illusionary chakra in to the moving fireball, this causes the face of the death god to appear in the flames, upon noticing this the opponent is cast in to a genjutsu, inside the illusion no matter what he does the fireball can not be dispersed and continually advances upon him with high speed, the opponent can run and dodge all he likes but eventually it will catch him, causing immense mental trauma as he feels himself burning alive.
    -Can only be used once per match
    -No Genjutsu techniques for three turns after this has been used
    -If the opponent reaches long range the genjutsu is weakened to an A rank but the fire still chases him

    A weapon of great power and mysterious origin indeed, Minato works everyday to master the use of the blade.

    Abilities: The unique ability of the midnight flash foil is the power it holds to extend chakra in to the opponents body via the flashes of steel, each time the opponents blade connects with his own the grinding of metal on metal releases chakra imbued in the blade, the airborne chakra infiltrates the opponents body casting him in a genjutsu, this slows his body down over a course of two turns, if he does not notice in time to release himself his body is paralyzed on the end of the second turn for one turn, leaving him free to be cut down.

    -Only ReXii can use this sword
    -The initial genjutsu of the sword is B ranked for the first two turns, becoming S ranked at the end of which
    -The genjutsu can only become S ranked once per battle
    -The sword drains the users chakra slightly upon each block and parry, barely noticeable.

    Description: A simple technique developed by the Rays so as to make aerial maneuvers easier as well as much faster. A Ray will release chakra throughout their body so as to give a non-forceful augment to their physical strength while allowing some of the chakra to seep outwards so as to coat the outside of their body. The chakra that is released serves to temporarily decrease, or increase the wind resistance around the Stingray, allowing for more advanced, powerful and finessed aerobatic maneuvers. By increasing the resistance; it allows for the Stingray to pull up, and ascend into the air easier as the wind beneath their wings becomes amplified. While the strength augmentation puts them just above their physical peak, allowing for them to cope with the increase in force. Likewise if air-resistance is decreased it allows for the Stingray to pull off sharper and more intense diving movements. In short, this technique effectively allows a Stingrays to further enhance their aerial maneuverability and speed for a short period of time by increasing or decreasing air-resistance in conjunction with aerial moves. Allowing for fast paced barrel rolls that allow the Stingray to dodge to the left or right, or for high speed ascents or descents. The technique also leaves behind an aesthetically pleasing glowing trail of sorts, which acts much like a slip-stream that allows other Rays to follow the leads movements albeit to a lesser extent. Allowing flocks to move with immense grace, speed and unity. This also works underwater by affecting water-resistance and buoyancy.

    Description: The user spews a stream of condensed lightning that immediately begins to spin at amazingly high speeds. The stream of lightning somewhat resembles the upper body of a squid. The lightning itself is immensely compressed and linear, thus rather than having bolts radiating outwards it takes a spear like form. As aforementioned the lightning spins much like a drill at staggeringly fast speeds, at speeds so fast that it begins to generate hot wind currents around itself. The drill races forth in the released direction at fairly fast speeds, and it's trajectory is capable of being controlled by the users intentions. This allows the user the ability to make the Drill home in on a desired position, making this technique almost impossible to avoid. The drill's unique characteristic is that rather than breaking down earth by radiating lightning bolts throughout the rock so as to cause it to crumble, it simply plows through opposing earth with sheer brute force. Completely eradicating the earth in its path with its immense piercing, or rather drilling, capabilities so as to leave a linear, clean hole within the rock. Instead of causing it to crumble into debris as it commonly characteristic of lightning and earth clashes. Thus the user is capable of directing this technique to the ground, where the lightning will drill a tunnel through the earth and approach the opponent from underground so as to erupt from beneath, to serve as a surprise attack. The user by performing a single handseal can release their fuuton chakra into the wind currents generated by the lightning, empowering them with chakra and creating a powerful wind/lightning combo with near unrivaled piercing capabilities, upon doing so the rotation speed of the lightning dramatically increases. Although the technique itself relies heavily on piercing capabilities, the user is capable of make dozens of long tentacle like lightning bolts radiate outwards from the main body. The tentacles, much like the main body are made of focused lightning, however unlike its predecessor they slice through opposing forces rather than piercing through. The tentacles rotate around the main body like a high-speed fan, their length generally being half the length of the main body. This commonly results in the earth around the hole created by the main body being sliced to pieces before crumbling. The size of the technique itself depends on the users intended purposes when spewing the technique, its size can generally range between a snooker cue, or be as large or even larger than techniques such as "Water Dragon Bullet Technique".

    X-Declined-X It seemed fine to an extend. But you went overboard mid way by adding the Wind release part. Hot air current were fine as well, but they should further act as restrictin the techniques directions. You are controlling lightning bolts and furious spinning lightning bolts to be exact, you never see a case of controlling them. So its OPED
