70 Custom Jutsu Limit

I think I have never laughed this much after reading a post from Nexus.

$$$$I think this ideas are good and should be more open and appreciated by Naruto base members who are involved in role playing .The amount of custom jutsu has now move from 35 to unlimited as for now which i think is very good .Then to the idea of the custom jutsu being only taught from s rank and above by sense- i i suggest it includes sensei and sempai this is because they go hand in hand and this will also be a way to stop some of the complaints.I do agree sensei have ore experience than Non sensei and that allows them or should give them the right to teach high ranking custom jutsu such as rank a to s to their cj users but what about role players who were once sensei and stop due to not having enough time i don't think that will be fair.Although from the moderator point of view or someone who is in total support of the rule the might make an example in the naruto series where no s rank justu have been taught that we know off where as technique such as chidori and rasengan where being taught not only be sensei but by normal jutsu user seen when naruto taught Konohamaru rasengan.At the end i think this is a good rule and it also help to prevent spamming of s rank techniques and forbidden being used in the role play which are customs jutsu without being taught although one might argue that the fact of them actually learning the element which the cj is being submitted u to the rank which is s rank in this matter allows them to be able to teach it but it all matters on the administrator and the role lay moderators good luck to everyone i look towards to seeing how far this rule will Transform the role play.$$$$

However, I'm sure people would find something to complain about such as having to teach their jutsu (which should have been the way it was before). I personally prefer to teach my CJs and abilities even if others just trade. It doesn't make sense from a Role-Play perspective for one to have to train to learn basic ninjutsu and then suddenly learn highly advanced Custom jutsu without any form of training whatsoever.

I see no problem with this rule at all, it's a fair enough compromise. I actually prefer to teach my CJs to people who want to learn them...although I'm naturally reluctant to let people use my techniques at all with the exception of a few people. Besides, teaching people how to use you're techniques, the way they were meant to be used is far better then simply letting them have it without any such problems. I mean some techniques are more complicated then they would seem and people could use it out of the context if it's not so easy to understand (altough they should be clear enough where that shouldn't happen).

Also I never understood why people would put "can only be taught by <insert name her>" if they were never actually planning on teaching it to anybody but rather just give it to them.

This is actually a lot better. And it should in fact be a restriction to S and F rank techniques that will help getting them approved because you can't teach them to anyone. And it may make more people go for sensei so I support the rule.

I do like the idea. In the *****-about-70-CJs thread in Suggestions, I think I said something about unlimited but only having a certain amount of people teach them. It's better since not everyone will have everyone's jutsu now either. Most people will say that everyone can have these jutsu, and now it's not like that. It gives everyone some sense of uniqueness apart from spamming the same CJs over and over again.

And look at the bright side, teaching your CJs mean you get experience for if you ever want to become a sensei. :3

If someone allows a person to use thier customs, they should have to train that person how to use them correctly. I personally think it should be mandatory for ALL customs being shared. I dont know how many times I've had to check a battle because someone used a custom that was given to them and they didnt know how to propperly use it.

I've even asked people how they worked and received this response...

So if you dont want to train your customs, then dont allow people to use them. I think this rule is a decent compromise for all the people complaining about a cap or having to train.

This rule is perfect and even acts as a restriction to help get S & F rank jutsu approved now that mods know that, that person won't have half of nb using it when they slap approval on it.
