I've even asked people how they worked and received this response...
wait for it... (this is good)
"I dont know, it's [XXXXXX's] custom. Ask them."
So if you dont want to train your customs, then dont allow people to use them. I think this rule is a decent compromise for all the people complaining about a cap or having to train.
I am all for this change but I have seen people give a custom without training.
Maybe we should also make people link to the training thread in their CJ thread? Make it a rule or something like that to keep track...

There will be no limit on the amount of Custom Jutsu someone can have until further notice.
However, to keep the CJ's going around under somewhat control, as of now you can't teach 1 Custom Jutsu to more then 6 people, and for the ones you teach, under the technique in your Custom Jutsu thread only, you will have a list of people who have learned the jutsu. You can teach (and it has to be in a training thread titled "CJ lesson for <students username>") all of your CJ, except for S and Forbidden rank, for which you need to have a Sensei status.
The RolePlaying Staff.
i fully support this rule and think it can help the RP in many ways, and it also makes sense since teaching your own techs didn't seem like an easy task in naruto verse
but what i want to know is, if i had a CJ which i already gave to 30 people, will they still be able to use it? or will this rule only effect newly submitted CJs and newly given out one?

The techs we have traded/gave to others are kept with them. The new rule is only for now on.

This rule is perfect and even acts as a restriction to help get S & F rank jutsu approved now that mods know that, that person won't have half of nb using it when they slap approval on it.
I didnt direct it at you Yard or anyone individually. It was a general stop moaning and get on with it for those who feel the need to cry about it.

Re: 70 Custom Jutsu Limit
Now I read that sensei can teach S and F-rank jutsu. Now can normal RPers teach them S-rank and above jutsu?
Im currently teaching Mig my style and there are a couple S-ranks.

No, I highly, highly doubt that.

Re: 70 Custom Jutsu Limit
S-Rank and above custom techniques can only be taught by Senseis. The exception is S-Rank summoning animals. Rest, however, requires valid sensei status.
