The users outter layer of skin becomes a shell, and the users muscles and bones rapidly change on the inside, forming wings and a new layer of skin, then the shell's back rips open, and the user emerges, when they Emerge They Have wings capable of flight, and if they're outter skin was on fire, the user escapes it. This transformation gives the user speeds matching the third gate. The speed gained from the transformation lasts four turns. Takes as long to perform as orochimaru's rebirth technique.

After Making the handseals and wiping blood across the mark of the moth(located on the left forearm), the user summons Shriek, the Killer Moth. Shriek Is a giant moth about the size of GamaBunta, and has the ability to produce electricity with the hairs On his body(producing alot electric sound in the process, hence the name Shriek). He can fly at reasonably high speeds, and fire the electrically charged hairs off of his body down on the opponent. He is capable of using Raiton up to S-rank, and Has A very vile temper. He aspires to kill every opponent in battle.

Background Info.
History: Born Two days after Haku, His dad had died in the ninja wars, and his mother died while giving birth to him. He was forced to sit alone in the cold and lonely village because like Naruto, he was outcast due to his history. His Father, had the ability to control ice, and after the ninja wars, the villagers became worried that his fathers powers may have been passed on to him. Because of this he was afraid to show that he had in fact, inherited his father's power. His Aunt(Haku's mother) saw that from an early age he had an affinity for ice, making him very adept in the element. She secretly trained him for three years, until she found out that Haku had inherited the same ability. A few days later, he over-heard the villagers talking with his Aunt's Husband over plans to kill Her and Haku. He tried to run to them before the plans could be executed but was captured by a small group of villagers. They Then Tried to kill him by drowning him in a river but where all impaled on ice spikes as he floated down the river.

While floating down the river he passed out of conscienseness, and when he awoke he was surrounded by strange creatures. They All had weird appearances, and wings(now known as the moths). One Of the creatures bit him on his left forearm, leaving a mark known as the Mark of The Monarch.

They began training him in moth techniques, and even moth summoning, giving him the ability to change forms with them(Chrysalis Transformation). While training With them They forced him to close his eyes, making him track their different chakras to compete with them. Though this never helped him, it did heighten his sense of hearing, allowing him to close his eyes and use his hearing to a major advantage, almost to the level of a dog's senses. While training with him they realized that him being human did not help him learn jutsu(as they didnt need hand signs to complete jutsu) and used their antennea to emulate the hand signs that he would need. Whilr there was a moth for every element, there was only one moth he couldnt learn from due to his inability to learn lava techniques. While he could not use those jutsu, he did learn he had an affinity to wind jutsu, allowing him to use them almost as if they needed no seals.

A few years later He heard tale of an epic battle on The Great Naruto Bridge that was close to his home. He asked the moths to take him there and when he arrived he discovered his Cousin Haku's Grave. While In Amegakure, he met a powerful group of Ninja that utilized smoke devices, such as smoke bombs, and gas masks. Due to his initial intrigue, he spent the next three years mastering smoke jutsu. He finished training and began wearing a Gas Mask, a sign that he had mastered Smoke jutsu. He then left in search of more power.
