this made me think....my (newer) guess is that hinata is still alive and after the battle ends(dont know the ending) hinata would kiss naruto or something like that and then kyubi-naruto would return to normal-naruto and she will die after naruto says some romantic words or something like that.i dont think she would live because naruto cant have a family.....he is very strong but no happy ending for him. he always becomes stronger when he looses someone.and he really doesnt feel anything to hinata....srry for the girl.
But maybe he would kill god-pain in one kick and then sasuke would show up when naruto is kissing hinata and after seeing that he would go to kiss sakura and live happy ever after ) <-this is a joke nerver mind this one
But i would really like to see hinata alive but im affraid this wont happen

At last! I was waiting for the thread to begin.

I'm sad and angry as most! Why her? But it's still not 100% certain that she died though she's very near it. I just hope she can cover herself up in the protective layer she used in the anime to stop bleeding (but don't think that will happen).

It seems Kishi does not want a happy life for Naruto. Too many dead beloved ones. Hope I'm wrong, though.

No it certainly isn't certain. But there's doubts in my mind about Hinata being able to do anything to save herself. She will die if nobody comes to help her. And you wonder why her? The reason is because Kishi is a good storyteller! Who else would've run out there to save Naruto, and trigger his 'Kyuubi emotions' at the same time?

As for Kishi killing everybody... well... let's just say that this is a sign of a happy series end.

Oh... yeah you've got a point there. If Pein didn't finish her off then Kyuubi will. I guess we'll know if Hinata lives sonner than you think, I mean Kishi wouldn't have somebody step in between Kyuubi and Pein's battle to save Hinata if she is already a corpse.
