How the heck does Dan know so much? He was pretty much a regular ninja so how could he know so much about two such legendary figures and the kages.
Was Hashirama's power still known during his time? If so how can his power become a fairy tale in two generations.

tsunade was five and met her granfather ( the first hokage) and is the same age as dan ( when they were boht alive) so boht were alive during his time.

m u guys need to realize that this is all pure fiction. mandara could catch a cold and die because the author wanted him to. logic doesn't really apply to fiction... stuff happens for a reason, but fights aren't always logical... like when naruto got his leg stuck and hurt in the wall after getting kubbi mode on turtle moving island... and when everyone was helpless in the water prison set up to let the shark deliver the intel... not always logical, just had to happen for the story to move on...

First Hokage cannot be summoned. If you go back several chapters, when Kabuto was explaining the Edo Tensei jutsu to Madara...he said that anyone under another seal cannot be summoned: the first through the fourth Hokage cannot be summoned under any circumstances. The third sealed the first and the second in the Crush the Leaf; the fourth was sealed during the attack on Konoha by Kurama, the Kyuubi. Wishful thinking.

Tsunade will be ok. Creation Rebirth instantly heals all wounds Tsunade sustains in battle as long as she has chakra left essentially making her "immortal" in battle against conventional wounds. Im sure shell be fine.

I wouldn't be surprised if Tsunade bites it. The timing seems too good. She probably has another couple of chapters of fighting in her, but I think this is the direction things are headed:

I'm willing to bet Suigetsu has something related to how to control or stop the Edo Tensei. It'd make things a lot more interesting. Itachi and Sasuke might kill Kabuto regardless of the fact that it won't stop the Edo - he might end up in the same gourd with Orochimaru, which would be fitting. At the very least, it would probably set the others free of Kabuto's control. I could see Itachi saying something about "I believe in Naruto... and you Sasuke," poking Sasuke in the forehead then disappearing in a bunch of dust, having completed his objective to protect Konoha and having seen his brother one last time.

It would also explain why Dan is still hanging around. If he were free of control, he could rush to the battlefield just in time to see Tsunade die, then float off in a dust mote, again having his soul fulfilled. More likely than not, Naruto will show up just in time for both of them to compare him to Tsunade's brother, and make him the Hokage, passing on their dreams to him. (I mean honestly! If Naruto's going to become Hokage, could there be a better way?)

That leaves Sasuke and Naruto to face off and then deal with Madara and Tobi. Sasuke might try to control Madara, or Naruto might just show up and squish him. I'm not sure exactly how the final meeting between those two will go. Either way, Madara will go down before Tobi. I could see Madara smiling as he dies, saying something about how "It was good to be able to fight with somebody strong again... He reminded me of you..." [insert picture of Hashirama smiling] Cut to dust.

Well Tsunade did have milotic regeneration on which is a forbidden jutsu which makes her die in battle but maybe since Madara Cut a hole in her stomach she is dead. You never know. :P
