The whole Kage battle is now going to be decided on what Itachi and/or Sauce-of-gay will do with Kabuto. My first and only thought is that with their combined Genjutsu powers will "force" Kabuto to undo the Edo or the second and less likely option is that Kabuto is bluffing and killing him outright will actually undo the Edo's.

Not a bluff. The Third said the same thing when fighting Oro's Edo Tensei. Death of user does not end it.

Man great chapter. A little weird with the rough translation though. Tsunade haters amuse me. She's like one of the strongest kages on the battlefield. Madara just confirmed she's got more strength than the Raikage and she doesn't even need that lightning crap he uses. I highly doubt she's dead. We've yet to see what her secret jutsu can do but I'm sure it has something to do with healing. If she can heal the entire village like she did in the pein arc I'm sure she can patch up a little hole in her gut

Also the ending was kind of crap. As smart as Itachi is, you would think he would know enough about the edo tensi to know that killing the caster of the jutsu wouldn't stop it. I know he can't know everything but you would think he had some master plan or trick up his sleeve

was a good chapter we are finally getting there.
i think kishi has been trolling and seen everyone was bagging on tsunade so he super powered her up.
no way she will die yet she will regenerate untill she has nil charkra then get roasted by katon lol.
lets just finish up with this kage battle had enough of this op madara using the firsts jutsu.

i would like to see a 3 way fight itachi trying to stop the edo.
kabuto trying to get sasuke to get his ems and stop itachi.
and sasuke trying to kill kabuto so the edo wont finish and gettin in itachis way of stopping the edo.
i just want to see some crazy genjutsu, swords swinging, and oro finally come back.

I don't know why people think Itachi and Sasuke are going to team up and defeat Kabuto. Itachi is still under the Edo Tensi too, he's just under a genjutsu that's cancelling out Kabuto's control. If the Edo ends, then Itachi goes as well. Sasuke still has a lot of questions to ask Itachi, so unless he's a blithering idiot (which is debatable), I don't see Sasuke helping Itachi off himself anytime soon

It basically means that as soon as Itachi tries to attack Kabuto, he can just end Edo Tensei on Itachi and it would completely stop him. Itachi cannot lift a finger against Kabuto.

Though, it does make me wonder why he didn't release Itachi from Edo Tensei earlier, instead of letting him kill Pain. However, Sasuke is there with Itachi, I doubt he's going to let Kabuto live.

Also, with Kishi setting up Tsunade to die, like this, it's making room for a new Hokage..... Naruto. 99% sure he's next in line for it. I think this means that there are only a few chapters left of Shippuuden.

I don't think Naruto would be next in line for Hokage just yet. Remember you still have kakashi who was almost Hokage and then a bunch of other ninja better suited for the job. Naruto probably wont be Kage until he gets older and a lot smarter. There's a lot more to being Hokage then just strong. Can you really see Naruto sitting at a desk and doing paper work right now?

This was an awesome F'ing chapter. Tsunade is pissed and you can see she isnt holding back anylonger. So she got impaled in the end; so what. Her jutsu is still activated and I bet she'll just slide herself off and be all like. "yeah, what next", lol. :mugi:

Now I've seen a few comments on it so far... People are thinking that Dan is foreshadowing the return of the first Hokage. I think it might just happen but you have to keep in mind, All four previous Hokages are sealed within the belly of the Death God. I had made mention of it in past chapters, but there is going to be a time when Naruto will need the other half of Kurama's chakra. I believe then and only then, we will see some kind of event take place where the Shinigami yaks up the souls he had sealed. How you ask....well i really don't know but I have a nacking suspicion that Kishi plans on Naruto getting all of Kurama's powers and turning into the next SO6P.

All in all i found this chapter very refreshing and hence why i rated it a 5/5. cant wait until next week when we get to see Itachi fight Kabuto. I'm hoping Sasuke jumps into that lil skirmish and we get to see some real sparks fly.

you know what up untill now i have never thought of all the previous hokages being sealed in the same spot with the other part of kurama. there has to be a plot behind that atleast let them move on.

i think naruto will become the next so6p for sure without the eyes though, maybe there is something to do with corruption with in most ocular powers so naruto will become a newer cleaner version then he can collect the rest of his power from the death god and the previous hokages.

i really want to know what is on this scroll suigetsu and jugo have it has to be either about becoming a so6p, bring back people that have been sealed something dramatic like that, atleast either of those options will lead us to some more of hopefully seeing people that are gone aka jman the hokages and oro lol.
