This guy is clearly been reading different manga's even after itachi was half blind, coughing up blood, slow movement and most important of all didnt have the intention to win, sasuke still not only lost the fight but the war.

Sasuke lost the moment he decided to rely on orochimaru because he knew he was finished and oro was his last option and he got sealed in 0 time. Sasuke then resorted to spamming explosive tags which got blocked and itachi came face to face him, in which sasuke couldnt do nothing and was about to shit in his pants when itachi poked his forehead instead then died due to 0 chakra.

Sasuke lost the moment he had to rely on oro. But also the moment itachi came face to face with him and couldnt do nothing.

He lost the war because itachi fooled him all the way to the grave. At least until tobi came into the picture.
