Conflicting views of Akatsuki

OK, so I went back and am rereading all the shippuuden mangas, and have found something wrong. In manga number 330, Pain talks to the others about Akatsuki's ambitions, which consist of creating a small organization geared towards "resolving conflicts" for money, and will use the tailed-beasts to further these conflicts forcing the nations to rely upon Akatsuki. Eventually, the countries will collapse leaving Akatsuki to dominate the world, and this is fine; however when Jiraiya fights Pain, I forget what manga it is in, Pain says he is collecting the tailed-beasts to create the ultimate jutsu to destroy whole countries at a time, bringing peace to the world.

These two views are entirely different as the former uses war and fighting to gain more power, and even cause more wars, which Pain hates. The latter will cause destruction but result in peace.....post your comments about Kishi's possible mistake!

its not a mistake kishi doesnt make mistakes everything he does is carefully planned and organized. i believe he said the first one just to keep everyone who was asking quiet point blank he was lying:D.

this is wat he means....
hes going to make the ultamate justu and sell it to different countries and they will use them to start wars and soon most of there money will gone from bying the bomb like thing........
and then they will fall from having no money and destroying itself in war....

no i just read it and its the same both times he just saiys it in a different form of words......
basically hes going to make a villige alliance made of akautsuki and sell war products that are being made from the bijjus powers......
the villages will buy it to attack other villages,......
soon war will break out and the villiges will run out of money because they spent it all on the war products.....
and when they run out of money the villige wony have any weapons or anything else and will be destroyed.....
and soon all the villages will become very weak and then the alliance that akautsuki made will attack all the villages and take them over...
there for they will control the world.......

I don't know Pain seems different between the two, he seems more analitical before fighting Jiraiya, but when fighting Jiraiya he seems to take the whole "God" thing to a new level.
