Levy is a young, teenage girl with a slender build and stands at a height below average for her age. She sports blue hair, with the top cut short and the bottom longer, normally tied up with a colored bandana around her head. While her hair is initially rather straight, over time her hair has grown more wavy and wild, with more locks hanging down the sides of her face. Her outfit varies, she has been seen wearing both dresses or a tank top with shorts. Her tattoo is located on her left shoulder blade. When performing tasks like researching, she wears a pair of Reading Glasses and tends to tie up her hair out of her face.

Personality

Levy is a very intelligent shinobi. Though she may be young she has been praised many times for her intellect. In her village she is known as a very kind, fun-loving women who is loved by everyone in her village. In battle, Levy is a very calculating person, she is always trying to stay two steps ahead of her opponent and catch them off guard. While she is fighting she is very serious but often her emotions are swayed to look after her comrades even in the heat of a conflict. She dreams of becoming a shinobi scholar and battle tactician, she wishes to become the commander of the intelligence corp of Kumogakure.

History

Momma got knocked up
Levy was born into the well known "Storm" clan of Kumogakure. Both her Mother and Father were Jounin of Kumogakure and were very well known throughout the village. Levy grew up and had a very pleasant life except for her parents hounding her to grow up and be a master shinobi. When all the kids would play outside she had to be within her parents dojo continuously training and reading books on battle tactics as well as scriptures of the world. Since she had a somewhat sheltered early life that all changed when she entered the ninja academy. She was shy at first but she made many friends and excelled in her classes. After a short time she was finally put into team 5, lead by the Jounin Yoshi and with two other youngsters Norwegian and Zancrow. Yoshi was quite intrigued by her brilliant mind, he and other fellow high ranking shinobi noticed her staunch ability to learn very quickly as well as adapted to many situations. This would be due to her knowledge of battle tactics and history of the world and she has applied this intellect into real time.

Rain on my Parade
When the time came she as with other Genin were entered in the exams of Kumogakure. Her and her team passed the first test with flying color. She used her knowledge as well as her strong Storm prowess to wipe out much of the competition in the first exam. This exam was also done with Genin from Kirigakure. During the final part of the exam she was up against another famed clan member of Kumo, this Genin was part of the Lava Release clan. His name was Ichigo and he was praised as being one of the best rookies in Kumogakure along with herself. She knew this would b a excellent way to prove her abilities and make her parents and clan proud. This battle took over 30 minutes. It looked grim when Ichigo was able to turn the whole stadium ground into lava but by using her intellect she was able to blind him, create a hardened area and finally finishing him up with a circus of beams from her Storm Release, she officially won the match. The crowd cheered and both the Raikage and Mizukage stood up and praised her abilities at even at such a young age. Some time later, she and Ichigo were the only two to become Chuunin from the exams and they soon became strong rivals against one another from the remainder of their time. After Levy's victory in the exam she was given the nickname "The Intelligent Storm" acknowledging her intellect.

School House Rock
At the age of 15, Levy was promoted to the rank of Jounin, since she was still rather young she wasn't given a team of Genin quite yet. Instead she was offered a spot in the "Intelligence Diversion" of Kumogakure, Levy jumped on the opportunity to join this corp because this is what she wanted. Her parents sheltering paid off, their young daughter was a Jounin and a up in coming Intelligence member. During her time with the corp she gained loads of knowledge on her village as well as the other villages. After spending about a year with the corp she was sent on her first "Intelligence gathering mission" though at the time she didn't believe this mission would be overly important but later on it has played a big part int he ninja world. She lead this 4 man-call to gather information on Konohagakure after the recent Otogakure attack. She was able to gather who was behind the attack as well as a "Uchiha Sasuke" left the village in search of power from Orochimaru. She also learned of the quarries int he village at the time and the appointment of the new Hokage. She delivered this information back to Kumogakure and nothing was thought too much about it at the time.

Blue Cats & Ink Bulls
At some point Levy was able to learn that the Two-Tailed Jinchūriki, Yugito Nii was missing. Per the commander of the Intelligence corp she was to search for her along with her former sensei Yoshi and Zancrow. After a few days of searching they're were finally able to discover the location in which she was captured. They found the destroyed sewer she seems to have battle members of the Akatsuki. this criminal organization was already known to her by previous reports of other Jinchūriki being taken. Her team collected information on what happened yet no clues to her whereabouts, due to recent reports on the other tailed beasts being killed, hope was grim. She immediately reported this information to the Raikage A. Levy also told this in confidence to Killer B, the Eight-Tailed Jinchūriki to warn him to keep his eye out and try to stay close to the village or bring a detail with him when he leaves the village...

War on the Horizon
After the attacks on the Kage summit and the presence of war, Levy knew she sound train before they were to march out. She and her entire clan spent endless nights increasing their skill and powering their Storm powers. Levy in addition read many reports on their opponent as well as full military tactics and strategies. When war finally reared its head, she was tasked to a group and was made Captain. Her squad was tasked with holding the force that dwelled in the desert near Sunagakure under the command of Gaara and Oonoki, two Kages of immense strength. she is currently fighting int he war and is there during the events of the appearance of Uchiha Madara on the battlefield...

Water Affinity

Throughout her life, Levy has had a expertise to the element of water. She uses this element in her Kekkai Genkai. Levy mastered water sometime in her life. She mastered water with the training sessions with two senpai's, Faith and Oasis.

Lightning Affinity

Throughout her life, Levy has had a expertise to the element of lightning. She uses this element in her Kekkai Genkai. Levy mastered lightning sometime in her life and has been known being able to preform lightning techniques with less than normal handseals. She mastered lightning with the training sessions with two senpai's, Oasis and Igneel.

Storm Release

Since Levy was born into the "Storm Release" clan she has the ability to preform techniques that are related to this Kekkai Genkai. She learned to power her abilities through rigorous training and hours of study. She has been seen using her Storm abilities to the highest extend and has been known to be extremely destructive when using Storm on the battlefield.

Giant Fan Weaponry

Levy always had the talent to wield a Giant Fan similar to Temari. With years of training she has been able to produce powerful wind-related techniques with her fan. When she heard of a master user named Temari in Sunagakure, she pleaded to her form training, Temari accepted. In this time Levy became a powerful adversary with the fan and has been noted in using a fan with expertise.

Intelligence

Due to her intense training by her parents in the way of knowledge and battle tactics, Levy has been praised countless time in her intellect. Ever since the Chuunin Exams everyone in the village knew of her astounding ability to be clever and think quick on her feet. When she joined the "Intelligence Corp" it went even further and was further taught more knowledge until she eventually became the leader of Intelligence.

Arid Release

Sometime in her life she found out she had the ability to use Fire and Wind nature chakras and form an ability known as Arid Release. This gives her almost complete control in causing the air on a battlefield to become a water sucking life destroyer for her enemy. She is able to literally remove all water from the air and other Kekkai Genkais and render them useless, in addition causing the enemy to go into spirals of delirium which gives her the appearance of being a master of genjutsu in which she isnt. Confusion and death in the name of the game.
