Summoning: Impure World Resurrection is a forbidden technique used to revive the dead. The ninja will first sacrifice a living person to provide the vessel that the dead soul will inhabit. The dead body will then be encased in ash and dirt to resemble the soul of the person that was resurrected. When the ninja wishes to recall the souls, a portal will open in the ground and the caskets holding the bodies will appear. When the caskets open the bodies will be grey and in a state of minor decay, requiring a special seal to restore their appearance. At this point, the revived person remembers their former lives, and thus not under the users control. The same seal used to restore their appearance also wipes the soul of its free will, putting them under the users control. This technique can also be used to summon multiple people at once, depending on the amount of sacrifices and the chakra level of the user.

Once complete, the revived is impossible to kill by normal means. If a limb is destroyed or removed, it will simply regenerate. To kill the revived, the soul has to be removed. When the Third fought against the revived First and Second Hokages, he had to create shadow clones and perform the Dead Demon Consuming Seal on both of them to kill them. In doing so, the bodies turned back to ash and dust, with the bodies of the individuals sacrificed to lay among the ashes.

King of Hell is a technique that summons a giant demonic figure with the apparent use of interrogation. It is capable of discerning whether an individual is lying or not. When implemented on a target, a serpent like apparition emerges from their mouth, most likely the victim's life force energy, and it is consumed by the figure. If they are lying (or refuse to answer the question), their life force energy is taken and they die. If the target is telling the truth, they don't die, though they're left extremely exhausted. When the Naraka Path uses this technique, the figure possesses the Rinnegan eyes similar to how the Animal Path's summons all posses the Rinnegan. The King of Hell can only be seen by the ones it's being used upon.

Whatever enters the King of Hell's mouth appears be kept inside it and can be reused, repaired, or even resurrected when needed. When the pieces of the Asura Path, which was incapacitated by Kakashi Hatake, was eaten by the demonic figure, it emerged from the figure fully restored and is even wearing new Akatsuki robe (the body had discarded its previous robe). Once Naraka Path uses this technique, he needs time to recharge and possibly can't use King Of Hell at all. While the King of Hell is being used for revival purposes, it seems that others are able to see it, unlike when it is being used for interrogation purpose.

Jiraiya and orochimaru have fought each other before, both are alive with little scarring or evidence of one having the advantage

Jiraiya and orochimaru both got wasted against the 4tails

Jiraiya got owned bigtime against pain, outside sage mode he couldnt land a single attack on only 3 pain bodies during that time

Even in sage mode-he couldnt not get the better of pain

He only thought he'd won when ma and pa used genjutsu against him, to then be totally wasted by the whole 6 pain bodies, who crushed his throat easily.


Pain would wipe orochimaru easily, id also love to see the look of orochimarus face going against pain just to see how weak oro is compared to other ninjas, and that the title sanning no longer means much when you compare it to akatsuki, especially its leader.

heres what i think about the jiraiya and pain fight.. jiraiya took out the first three bodies with sage techs. the only reason he got PWNed after that was because he didn't know there was 6 bodies.. or else he wouldn't have let his guard down and lost an arm for it. and without that arm, he can't perform hand seals. i'm sure that if he had all the intel that naruto had while fighting him, that he may have had some chance to come out alive somehow.. or atleast i like to think so :D

That's what pain himself said, so that's not wrong at all. Jiraya isn't weaker than pain, he just don't had the sufficient info about him, after all there isn't that many shinobis that fight with six "puppets" bodies around there.

About orochimaru vs pain, we must remember that oro is worse than hidan and he isn't that easy to be defeated, remember parts of him is alive even after being sealed by itachi's sussano. And, it's true that pain will not finish the battle before a week or two talking about peace.

I don't even think that Orochimaru will even touch him. Considering that he was killed by Sasuke and Naruto is even stronger than Sasuke now. I highly doubt that he can even touch him. He would be lucky if he even touched Pein's cloak.

I think they were both at the same level, only with different techniques. But Pain had an advantage over Oro (as he had been an Akatsuki): he knew his abilities, and the real Oro.

I wonder, how many Akatsuki members actually know/knew who the real Pain is and were he hides? So far, Konan, maybe Madara knows, too.

it needes minimum 5 minites for pain to speak about his plans and his view of peace and surcomstances needed to achieve the goals he has targeted.the same goes with oro...plus battle time...so it would take pain more than 10 mins to kill oro
