So I just got really into full metal alchemist and watched all 51 episodes already but then when it ended it made it sound like theirs gonna be more and theirs so much left unconcluded but then I tried to watch full alchemist brotherhood and it doesnt continue where the las t series left off....so my question is does full metal alchemist brotherhood eventually continue where the last series left off? and if not is their a different series I could watch that continues the story?

Conqurer of Shambala is a movie that continue. Brotherhood and fma are different though.Fma Brotherhood is a lot more accurate. Fma followed the manga at first but diverged from the manga because it was catching up too fast. Personally I prefer Brotherhood.

To answer both of your questions the original fma anime continues and ends in the fma movie the conquering of shambala but brotherhood goes almost exactly by the fma manga. now ive heard wispers that there will be another series after fma brotherhood but it is unconfirmed. but if you want to finish the original series watch fullmetal alchemist the conquering of shambala I hope this helps to answer your questions

I always liked FMA Brotherhood better too, but in all truth I like to just simply read the monga. I have a little shop near my house where I can just go an read them in the store, they don't mind. :3

Yes, you can watch the movie to see it finish. but lemme advice you to watch Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood which has 64 episodes and follows the manga(the one you watched doesn't) it is also ALOT more epic than the one you watched

P.S I watched both, Brotherhood was the only one that really got me hooked.

FMAB is the animated version of the manga. FMA on the other hand started with the manga but then (after like 10 episodes) it went to his own way.

but FMAB is way, way better than FMA. you should watch brotherhood right away
