The only explanation I have is Yondaime fastening the seal and de-Kyuubi'ing Naruto before anything major could happen to him (remember he's only been Kyuubi for like 30 seconds) -- that combined with Naruto taking in sage chakra either before or like a second after he became his normal self.

Or... another plot hole.

yea but last time when naruto went 4 tails his skin was completely burnt with kyuubi chakra.. so we r suspecting tha same thing here also.. him goin 8 tails.. so how do u fix all that.. beats me.. even if it is sage chakra.. we still gotta defuse kyuubi.. n than if naruto is in any shape to summon his last clone or stay still and absorb natural energy to get into sage mode n fix his wouds.. frm the spoilers it looks like he jus pops out of that 'moon' thingy in sage mode... beats me unles Minato did something..guess we will wait n c how it goes in the chapter
