I will be your administrating your test and the rules are as followed:

~ All basic elements and techniques up to your current rank are to be used.
~ Custom Jutsus and Elements are not allowed
~ Terrain: A vast wasteland with trees at long range around us, just like in the manga.
~ You may use The Third raikage's abilities up to your current rank
~ We start mid range from each other
~ If you have any questions please ask them via vm.


I will be using a 2 canon Kage ranked biographies, Naruto Uzamaki (With Sage Mode and 9 tails Mode) and Onoki for this bio test against you. Please give a link to your bio that your testing and I will make the first move

*As soon as the clone comes into existence, he creates 3 handseals, causing a tidal wave of earth to emerge under him, as he rides it towards you. Then as he(the clone) gets close to you, he shoots 3 giant bullets of fire down onto you, creating a geyser of fire, that burns you alive.*

As the moment I see that a clone of Ōnoki came into existence, I quickly do a single handseal and expel a massive wall of intense flames at you all from my mouth. Just after I finished with my fire technique, our view will still be blocked for a couple of seconds, so taking advantage of this I start running to my right (ur left) and performs a single handseal and hence creating a black panther that emanate from my body which comes after all 3 of you. And electricuting you, if you uses a water technique to extinguish my fire technique.

Description: The user stands still in a motionless state to gather natural chakra to then enter Sage Mode. The user can eliminate the weakness of remaining still by using a shadow clone to stand still and absorb natural chakra whilst the main body remains in combat and by dispersing the clone the user will gain the natural chakra thus entering Hermit mode. This mode causes the user to take on characteristics of a frog. Red pigments surround the eyes and their pupils take on a rectangular shape. The user also gains the ability to sense chakra and the mode increase the power of the Taijutsu by +10.
Note: Sage Mode lasts for a total of 5 turns.
Note: if user uses Frog Katas length of Sage mode is cut by two turns.

*Naruto, then starts to run towards you at high speeds and towards your newly created clones.*

Note: All of this happened according to all the moves you created, so Naruto, should be stepping in front of Onoki, as your clones, have been just created.

As my clones are created and I see Naruto steeping forward, so C3 quickly throw a smoke bomb in front of him, 1m away in front of him, preventing you all to see what we are doing. And as the moment C3 throw a smokebomb, he activates his lightning armour, while C1 slams his hand on ground, sending an electric current racing through the earth, it splits into multiple tendrils to attack you all 3.

(Raiton no Yori) - Lightning Release Armour

This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a Nintaijutsu. However due to being enveloped by lightning chakra, wind techniques cause more damage.

As you all will be distracted with C1's lightning move with lightning coming in the earth below you, C3 rushes towards the real Ōnoki surprisingly from the cloud of smoke with his tremendous speed to target him. And as the moment he start running towards Ōnoki, he focuses his lightning chakra into his 4 fingers, creating a strong piercing effect, with which he knocks Ōnoki's head off.

(Raiton: Jigokuzuki: Yonhon Nukite) -Lightning Release: Hell Stab: Four Finger CrossBeam Hand

Note: Can only be used by the 3rd raikage whilst cladded in the lightning release armor. This technique is considerd similar in respect to the Raikiri and Chidori.

Note: When the effect of smoke wears off, you'll be unknown of the fact that which one of us is the real one, as naruto would have been distracted from C1's lightning move, so while he won't be sensing us, so we could have changed our places, But in actual we didn't, but you all will be unaware of it.

*Then as the Raikage makes his way towards Onoki, Naruto senses him and quickly makes his way over there also (In fact, Naruto is a lot closer, so he'd be a little off in front of Onoki, as he charged). Right when the Raikage is getting closer, Onoki starts to make 1 handseal, while in conjunction, Naruto creates a Giant Rasengan in his hand. When the Raikage reaches Onoki, he is so focused on Onoki, that he doesn't realize that Naruto has approached him. Naruto then hits him in in his lower legs with the rasengan, throwing him off. Then Onoki quickly traps him in a cube of dust, then compressing him finishing him off. as Naruto jumps away.*

Your B-Rank earth dome can't block my A-Rank (B+B) water/lightning combo, since my lightning attack is of B-rank. And you know that a C-rank lightning technique is enough to shatter B-rank earth. So there is no way that a B-rank earth can stop a B-rank lightning, especially the combo of water/lightning which is of A-rank. And you stated that "Then Onoki makes the dome retract", that means after taking my water/lightning combo, your dome still stands.. No way.. Anyways continuing according to you..

As the moment I noticed that something is changing beneath me in the earth, I quickly pull out my sword from my back and channels my lightning chakra into it and stabs the ground with it, sending non-focused electricity which cancels your earth chakra and thus stopping you from creating an underground tunnel, and continues towards you.

(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. After which we see that dome is being retracted and Onoki start taking flight, So C1 quickly sends electrical essence into the clouds and strikes him with lightning from sky.

So there is no way that a B-rank earth can stop a B-rank lightning, especially the combo of water/lightning which is of A-rank. And you stated that "Then Onoki makes the dome retract", that means after taking my water/lightning combo, your dome still stands.. No way.. Anyways continuing according to you..

As the moment I noticed that something is changing beneath me in the earth, I quickly pull out my sword from my back and channels my lightning chakra into it and stabs the ground with it, sending non-focused electricity which cancels your earth chakra and thus stopping you from creating an underground tunnel, and continues towards you.

About your clones, a C-Rank tech is enough to kill a clone, and my lightning was of B-Rank, and since both of your clones were at mid range, so my B-rank would've killed both of ur clones..

Acc to wikia "This flame can completely cut off the front escape route of an enemy cornered in a hallway or room, or it can thoroughly burn each respective escape route." Means the fire is huge and thus you will require some time in keep expelling fire.

So I think naruto would still be spitting fire while C2 knocks naruto's head off as we are standing in short range, and as the moment you jumped in front of us (short range), C2 was on his way to you with lightning armour activated. And then you start spitting fire and C2 builds up lightning in his fingers. So while we just start performing our respect jutsus, C2 would be in point-blank range of you, also since you have to spit that much amount of fire so you need a few seconds to expel fire from your mouth and since we are in short range, C2 would easily reach you in no time and kill you.

Note: I also watched the episode in which Jiraiya performs this jutsu, and I think he expel fire for atleast 6-7 seconds (I noted it). Also you can watch any episode in which raikage rushes towards his target while lightning armour activated. Say, sasuke vs. Raikage at Kage Summit, he dodged sasuke's amaterasu without even running, it was like teleportation. Karin said "nothing can match raikage's teleportation speed". Sasuke even with his Mangekyo Sharingan activated, couldn't match raikage's speed, so he used black flame shield to protect from his "Lateral Bolt of Pain".

So there is no way that you can complete your "Big flame bullet" before my clone C2 hits you.

About your move, you can't just say "he uses frog katas, completely obliterating his arm" Its b'coz I believe that Frog Katas is a fighting style and you should mention that using what part you are attacking me. like, punching, kicking etc. Its like saying I use Taijutsu on your right hand. (But its just my opinion, I don't know much about it )

And while in fighting between 4th and sasuke, sasuke used raikiri (S-Rank), while 4th's lightning armour was activated, and he was just able to touch him. 4th said "A thrust attack using the lightning style to increase force and penetration. The same used by Kakashi Hatake. I wear lightning style armour, yet you actually touched me. That is some jutsu"
So if thats the case with 4th, so you can imagine it with 3rd. Coz 3rd's skin is considered as strongest shield. Also in description of lightning armour its written that "which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapes to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit.".
So even if you hit C2, it won't do much damage, atleast not enough to poof him away while his lightning armour is activated. (again its just my opinion)

Also the frog katas might count as 1/3 moves, if I am not wrong.

As the moment C2 see that naruto is dodging to his right (C2's left) and going to punch his left arm, C2 quickly draws his left body part backward and thus dodging naruto's punch and at the same time swings his right hand (with "Two Finger Crossbeam Hand" still activated) at naruto's right arm, and thus cutting his right arm completely just before naruto could punch C2. (as you dodged to your right, and C2 somewhat spun, so C2 and Naruto are at EQUAL distance from me and C1 [imagine it prctically])
Note: Since C2's lightning armour is active, so his reflexes would be very very fast, faster than Naruto.

As the moment me and C1 see that naruto is dodging to his right, at the same time C1 do horse handseal and expel a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid for 3 of you, Naruto, C2 (decoy) and Onoki.

Note: As Onoki would be in steam at that moment while C1 expelled fire, so he would be unaware of the fact that C1 used a fire technique, as he would be somewhat burning. And steam would not allow him to use his senses in the steam produced, so it would be extremely difficult for him to concentrate whats happening out the steam.
As of Naruto, if naruto tries to block fire first, then he losts his right arm. If he tries to deal with C2 first, then he gets burn in S-Rank fire. And swamp is made such that the earth will turn into mud just after the action (2 finger crossbeam) of C2 on you.
