I uploaded one picture to a website then after 94 percent completed an error page was opened. After that i cannot connect to that website Im sure i my ip was not banned

here is the error

i can connect to the web ftp sarver

Clear cookies and browsing history and try again.
If it still doesn't work then check back in a few hours, maybe even tomorrow. The server may be down.
Or link site to make sure its not just you.

i can connect to the main sarver i it been 3 hours since i cannot connect to that web

Is you firewall blocking the browser? Make sure your browser isn't set to outgoing

or you didn't configure a port forwarding rule on your router, or configured it wrong.

check firewall settings n also wait for some more time ... server might be overloaded ...
