What has Kabuto shown so far that makes you think he could have solo Itachi and Sasuke?
Sage Art: White Rage Technique did stop Sasuke from using his Susanoo, but it didn't stop Itachi.Actually, plot no jutsu is working in Kabuto favor right now, seeing a Sasuke was able to used his Susanoo to stop Muki Tensei while Itachi wasn't.

I am not an Itachi hater (got my flameproof jacket on ), but seriously his ways were wrong. His whole life was a lie (just like Kisame) and he bore all the pressure by himself without getting advice or help from his comrades to make the right decision.

This is what he was stating in his speech, and clearly his decision of mass genocide for this so called "peace" was wrong,

and to take this even further, he manipulated Sasuke's hate giving him all the wrong objectives (like even telling to kill Naruto, whom he ironically puts his faith on right now) turning him into a criminal gradually, all just to grant Itachi his death wish for his crimes.

I think Itachi needs to take his advice more to himself
