Well, this has got to be my favorite book series... so I thought that I would start a thread about it in the book section!

Anything Artemis Fowl related! From your favorite characters to predictions about 'The Last Guardian'.

I will gladly start it off with my favorite character(s):

Artemis Fowl II (duh)
Captain Holly Short
Orion Fowl
and... Opal Koboi (she cracks me up)

I love all the Artemis Fowl characters, down to all the random characters as well. . Nonetheless it was Artemis Fowl II that got me interested in reading the stories in the first place. Orion Fowl cracks me up, as well as Mulch and Foaly .

My favorite book would always be the first one, because that was the only time when Artemis was evil and the villain. He got softer in the next books, but still it's cool.

As for the Last Guardian, it's sad because Artemis is gonna end soon, but heck I know it's gonna be one heck of a finale.

Glad to see another honest-to-goodness Artemis fan.
Colfer is a character genius. The character's he wants you to like, you love and the ones he wants you to dislike, you love hating.

True, The Artemis Fowl series is undoubtedly my favorite book series and it'll be sad to see it end... but I enjoy waiting for the movies (as long as they don't f-them up).

Ha, could you imagine if Arty (from the first book) had seen Orion? lol He would have had a breakdown and then, swiftly, had it disposed of and anyone who saw it, killed.

I love Artemis Fowl II as well but something about Foaly is my favorite. I think it is because I see a little bit of myself in him. I generally just have a thing for intelligent characters and this series provides plenty
