Take out Madara and its a fair fight (he could solo all four of them). Jiraiya is even with Itachi, Tsunade can smash Sasuke's susano'o while using byakugo so those two could have a good fight, and Naruto vs Tobi is fairly even as well. I'd say 'good' side because of their stamina. Oh, and I forgot Minato. He fights biju or gm.

madara and tobi do not need help. meteors, intangibility, gedo mazo, bijuudama, very strong mokuton, pollen, edo immortal madara, two rinnegan users which negates virtually anything team 1 has via preta and yata.
madara can kill tsunade almost instantly via tsukiyomi. in hell madaras katons would be insanely strong. then theres the fact they can spam shinra tensei and asura armour.
