funny. you people reacting to kabuto's backstory is how i react to itachi in general. who the hell cares if he failed and knows who he is? who the hell cares about ANOTHER ultimate eye jutsu thats bound to make an overpowered character even more overpowered? who the hell cares about kishis attempts to make him likeable after all his horribel despicable crimes and joining of akatsuki? hes not a hero and i dont care about kishis attempts at sugarcoating torturing children and committing genocide.

here we actually got background on multiple characters, namely danzo and oro. and a little bit more info on the other villages and how danzo protected the leaf from the inside by doing all the spy jobs. so whats the problem here? kabuto's a major villain so we deserve to know his story. hell we got more on him than we got on sasori, danzo, and madara.

we will get to the fights eventually. for me it was more frustrating sitting through naruto's "i want to be friends with bijuus" crap and madara's "hashirama was so great, i love him!" most flashbacks piss me off like how they recycle the same "sasuke doesnt give a shit about naruto but we are supposed to believe they have this deep bond because both were alone" bullshit.

Well, after they show some overpowered new jutsu, people would be even more annoyed that they showed the flashback then. Besides, if it's going to burn out one of Itachi's eyes, it's most likely going to end Edo Tensei and finish the fight with Kabuto. By then it would be too late.

I like how Kishi thinks, I really do. But I don't need to know the back story to literally every character on Naruto... Unless his past somehow ties into one of the important parts of the plot, its just filler, and unbearable suspense.

As much as exploring a villians past is interesting...I never really cared for Kabuto or Orochimaru and his child stealing ways...not really cool characters to begin with. The fact that all 17 pages were just memories pissed me off...at least end it with Izanami being performed. I forgot it was Wednesday because last weeks issue didn't make me as excited as other ones...Kabuto's past isn't even that sad or anything. He just doesn't remember who he is? boo hoo...you and your actions make yourself.

i am glad that is kishimoto who is riding the wheels, because he can give us diversity, most fans do not care about the history in general or they want to see is their favorite characters and their flash, and the others character just have to **** the hell up most of it because they dont care about them, i preferer a flash back of kabuto shwing orochimaru and danzo and their evil methors.

I like the histories of just about every character. Kabuto is one of the only characters I say can just die so we don't need to pay attention to him anymore. I really am not interested in Kabuto's sob story.

I thought it was an alright chapter. No one seems to care much about Kabuto but he does need a back story or he'd be just some random bad guy who just felt like being a bad guy. Everyone needs a back story that made them what they are today.

Actually, this would also help explain Orochimaru's connection to Danzo, including why he might have agreed to inject him with Hashirama's DNA and place the ten Sharingan in his arm. More old riddles, solved thanks to this chapter, yet people are complaining about it. :shrug: I don't get it.

I agree, yet more loose ends being tied up. With this and other mysteries being solved..the "Hyuuga Retribution Train" just picked up an ass load of speed...here we go!!!

I completely agree, I don't get why everyone hates on Kabuto so much, even after he has shown that he's pretty powerful, everyone still thinks he's a loser who's gonna get whooped by the uchiha brothers easily.
