O____O you've just blown my mind.. that would be awesome but then Madara wouldn't play much of a role as the main villain if he's weaker than Pein. Unless of course the tailed beasts destroy Nagato after going all out with the tailed beasts.

I really doubt any of the original Akatsuki would join Naruto.

As for the topic title, right now Naruto could probably get some useful information out of him, if Pein was willing to divulge it. This is why I think Madara may kill Nagato ASAP before Naruto learns too much.

I doubt it. Pain is making it too clear that understanding cannot make people agree. Maybe Konan will try to change him? But I doubt it. I just hope the so-called Akatsuki friend to be Sasuke. You see, if Pain tries to fight against Madara, he would actually be avenging another guy, not changing his mind about war.

pein isnt there this time which makes me believe that madara can do it.

Personally, I think that Nagato or Pain can be swayed by Naruto'swords... so he should kill them.

1.nagato will always be under controle of madara as madara knows that nagato is weak phisically and can kill him any minute
2.kishi really said one of akatsuki would become naruto's friend and I have always believed kisame would be the person.I have stated it once somewhere but I am too lazy to find it
3.pain will never tell naruto anything usefull as naruto is the last step to the goal he has targeted
