I seen BM Naruto and Itachi go at it using taijutsu in today's episode. Does anyone know where I could find? I think it's called gif. I'm a noob at these things.

The episode is quite recent so I doubt there may be many gifs on this out yet. Plus since I don't watch the anime anymore, I can't exaclty tell what scene you want a gif out of. I usually use google for finding gifs.
The only naruto vs itachi gifs I could find on the net where these, hope that helps.
