Just one question, what happend to Pedro Rodríguez ? He had outstanding season 10/11 ... one of my favorite players in barca :shrug:

Main Reasons:

1. He got competition in this season from Alexis and Tello

2. He's better when there's a pure striker alongside him. Since Villa is injured, Barcelona don't have that kind of player right now. Messi roams all around the field while the others are offensive midfielders or offensive wingers.

3. Barcelona play is based more on Messi in this season. All players work for Messi; thus Pedro is less prolific.

4. He plays less than last season; obviously less chance for him to make impact. Injure often also.

Every player get season/s where they are less in form due to different factors. Wish him luck. Though with Neymar rumors in Barcelona (confirmed at 90%) and the number of strikers competition in Barcelona, it won't surprise me if he or Villa take leave from Barcelona; just like Bojan.

I would be happy to see him go, as I like that player.... competition for his position is competitive and move to Arsenal would be brilliant for bouth, not sure about Neymar after Pele's poor PR
