Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs
So, I can't believe that Derek Fisher might actually have the chance to get a 6th ring.
Pretty underrated player if you ask me.

Game 7! I believe the Sixers will go into Boston and retire the Celtics, permanently.

The Celtics ended up winning, but wow...they gotta face the Heat now. Talk about outta the frying pan and in the fire.....especially how Lebron and Wade putting up 70 points combined night in and night out.
*sniff* *sulks* I want some changes made on the Lakers roster. Maybe not in the 2013 season but in the 2014 season, I want Dwight Howard on the team. I don't care who goes...Gasol or Bynum. They play too inconsistent and lax during playoffs. What happened to all there mojo?

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs
My west predictions were right so far :D
Dem Spurs mane they haven't lost yet!! This is going to be a great series.
Heat and Celtics, should be a good one to watch aswell, but i think heat got this series, they're just too fast and athletic for the aging celtics.

Do not underestimate the Celtics.
Despite Heat being favs. Celtics always fight and even with age not on there side they can give the best a ran for their money. Even if Celtics lose it usually comes down to the players being exhausted, like one of the game 7 VS Lakers two years ago.
One more win for Celtics and Heat will be eliminated, or Heat need to pull back to back wins in order to go to the finals.

I hope the Heat and OKC play in the finals, but looks like the Heat might lose against Boston.

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs
Celtics not playing great, Heat are just doing what they always do sadly... choke. If they lose, it'll be the second year in a row that they lost when they were the better team because they were the less focused team.
Let's wait for Game 6 in Boston. That'll show what each team is made of.

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs
this years play-off is by far the most unpredictable in recent memory.
spurs & heat go up 2-0 only to be on the verge of elimination now by losing 3 straight games.
i hope bosh will b better on game 6, they badly need him.

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs
My first instincts told me OKC and Heat in the finals. The Spurs were raping pretty hard in the early season but I had the feeling that the Thunder were going to just ruin that. That's the sort of thing I expect from them.
Now I'm still pretty sure about the Thunder making it, I'm not sure about MIA and Boston though. To me both teams on the Eastern confrence aren't playing at the highest potential of champions this year. As much as it kills me to say this since I'm a large Boston fan and I'm living in New York as well, the West might be taking it this year.
I'm glad Bosh is back, but he just couldn't get it in game five. However what Crutch said pretty much describes what's going on with the Heat unfortunately

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs
We know what the Miami Heat are made of. What about the Celtics?
Btw, OKC is already in the finals, why are people talking as if the series is still going on?

i think its the other way around... we know that wasn't the celtics last night everyone had a bad game, we know what they are made of ( i mean same core guys for about 4 seasons now) and rest assured they will be ready tmro night
Game 7 to go to the NBA finals, Pressure and tons of it, the question is can lebron duplicate his performance? Wade had a bad first half finished with 17 tho but still no one else on miami did anything. In order for them to win lebron has to do that again or wade was to show up. Boston just needs to click.

Re: 2012 NBA Playoffs
All I got to say is Lakers 2013 champs :D. But anyhow I predict Heats and OKC to meet each other in the finals and then afterwards OKC beats the heats after Lebron James chokes like he usually does.
