Itachi can win the first one by figuring out tobi's connection to beast but second one may be too much because tbbs involved

Like I always say, if they can counter Totsuka blade then they win. Otherwise Totsuka blade seals whatever it pierces, hence the Jinchurikis lose with extreme difficulty. Yata mirror can deflect attacks, and with Sasuke there to help I'll say that in round one, Team Uchiha win.

Round 2- 50/50 chance

round1: Since Jinchurikis are only made of chakra in V2, it will be though for them to kill them. Itachi can seal some with totsuka, but just to seal one, it takes time like we've seen against Orochimaru or against Nagato. The time he tries that, he will be overwhelmed by others and Sasuke is alone he can't cover Itachi the time he does that all by his own. With chakras arms for example they could reach Itachi from underground even if he is covered by Susanoo. Sasuke can use Amaterasu or Amaterasu-blade from Susanoo if he has his chance, but chakra shrouds will protect them and since in this form they are only made of chakra, they could seperate themselves to avoid Amaterasu. So i think Jinchurikis definitively win this case.

round2: I see Itachi and Sasuke winning but it could go either way. Just cause in this case, Bijuus don't have chakras shroud anymore, and without the presence of Jinchurikis to control them, i don't think they could Kawarimi it like Killer-Bee did, and in this case they will die(i mean they don't die, but lose ). But the advantage Bijuus have here is that it's a 6vs2 here. So they could overwhelm Itachi and Sasuke and win cuz of the difference of power. Even Susanoo couldn't last long. So either Itachi and Sasuke managed to kill them quickly with Amaterasu, or they lose.
