Okay, so I have to laptops, both with windows 7 on it, and on both of them Photoshop doesn't work, it keeps on saying 'MSVCP80.dll file is missing' but the file is on my computer, next to all the other MSV files.
Does someone know how I can solve this?

That installation cd is corrupt... just get a new one, or download CS6.

Uh no, I just downloaded the PS 4.11 version from a link on NB, it used to work normally, until I got Windows 7 on my laptop

I think that's the one that needs installing. Or (if it doesn't work) you could try a newer version.
If neither of those work, reinstall Photoshop.

It still doesn't work, I downloaded and installed the file's alkad recommended, I reinstalled PS 4.11, tried different versions-.- I guess my computer hates me and doesn't like PS any more
