Re: Who is Pound for Pound KING?
Floyd Mayweather Jr is undefeated, brings money to the table and would defeat pac man in a tough match, much respect to pac man but mayweather would beat him.

Re: Who is Pound for Pound KING?
You can't look at similar fights or even similar opponents they are COMPLETELY different fighters.....Money's goal is every fight is to fight defensively feel out his guy and take his shots, he doesn't try to knock guys out (the fact he does, and has is a testament to his skill) Pacman is a monster who really is possibly the best all around fighter ever......This is what makes it complying, the ONLY way to best Pacman is for him to fight someone who can focus in for the ENTIRE fight and someone who fights smart, that person has to be experienced and talented enough to counter Pac's skill, the only person who's shown they could POSSIBLY do this is Floyd Money Mayweather and his 43-0 record.....Hopefully it happens and it lives up to what it's suppose to be......I don't even like boxing haha it's all about MMA.....

imo Pacman wins over Mayweather
Logic is flawed here
Two different fighters.
Two different styles of fighters.
In a power punching match - Pacman
In a boxing match - M. Jr.
BUT imo Pacman would win. He has better hand speed then most, can take a punch and would be able to cut jr. off. but it'll be close. It all depends on what pacman can do. We all know what jr. can do and will do. Which is stay outside and box.

i disagree, logic & reference are two difrnt animals. this reference is only used to sumhow gauge their explosiveness as fighters in diffrent types of variables involved such as common opponents previously fought.
i should know cause im a grad of ab political science major who studied logic for 4 years.

Well you referenced their fight vs common opponents and then completly ignored the reason of their outcome. Ofcourse Jr. is gonna have more fights that reach the judges card. His fighting style dictates that. Same goes for pacman. Furthermore, you concluded that pacman would win based on the reference and came to a logcial conclusion based on their common opponent fights.
Never in your post you mention anything about it was just a reference. If it was then there was no need to post common opponent fights. It would of been acceptable to just post you opinion.

Re: Who is Pound for Pound KING?
You know, I had stated my opinion and so did many others. The reality is, unless it's something like the sun is gonna rise tomorrow type of thing, no one is going to know. Unless the fight happens and we can see for ourselves. So honestly, thread should be closed as no one is really coming up with a debatable material.

In that respect most debate threads should be closed since most of them are just rehashes of topics and/or clashes of opinion. I could raise my opinion on why Pacquiao is still the P4P King, but then no one would respond. I've done that in this site and they elicit no decent reps, just 'I agree' or '+1'.
Long story short, just like most threads in this forum.

Yes, sucker punching a B-level fighter like Ortiz when Ortiz wasn't even looking is a win.

Of course men are stupid. If one shows another up they'll show each other up until one knocks the other's head off.
But then again, who's counting? May is doing the same to Pac yet he's not backing up his words yet.

Disregard that statement.
