Avoiding Websence via Proxy

As you may or may not know, I am currently hospitalized for Physical and Occupational rehabilitation for Fibromyalgia or, more specifically, Reflex Nuerovascular Distrophy. As such, I must use the Wi-Fi here, which is secured by Websence Express. As such, I am encountering two problems:

1. I cannot access the web addresses of any proxies.
2. I cannot find instructions on how to install a proxy.

My location is New Brunswick, New Jersey. As it is my own laptop, I cannot access the necessary files to download for a project I am conducting. Would you mind helping me out?

Here is a list of categories I can confirm Websense blocks:

• Downloads
• Internet Information
• Proxies/Proxy Avoidance
• Anything sexually-oriented (found this out when some images in my search were blocked out on Google)

And some last few notes:

• It is a Wi-Fi connection.
• I am using a Dell Inspiron Duo.
• I cannot access the above categories, nor can I download any file.

I have yet to have a problem with the circumventor proxy websites
there newest one is https://stormfear.info
if https is blocked try http and vice versa

"HTTP://" is blocked for this site. "HTTPS://" provides the following error:

Again, blocked by Websense. That's the whole point, or else I would be able to do it myself. I'm not at a job or school, I'm an inpatient at a hospital. This means I stay in the hospital overnight for periods of time. Would you be so kind as to post specific proxies and/or instructions? Thanks for trying, however.

1. Google the URL you would like to get on.
2. Next to the search result there will be 2 links, "cached", and "similar". Click "cached".
3. It will be a version that's a few days old, but it should work perfectly 95% of the time.

Not the best thing , but it's still better than nothing :D

Does it block receiving files through ftp? try receiving an .exe file from a friend through MSN, If possible make them send you a proxy program such as Tor.

No. I was able to download Tor's self-extracting file, however.
