Well no, he can't. But I was talking about why do people think he died when he got cut in half when he's obviously gonna regenerate? He's not out of the fight now or anything.

I don't think Itachi was taken-out in his exchange with Kabuto, but there was the foreshadowing with the dead crow that Sasuke killed upon entering Kabuto's lair. I am wondering if/how Itachi will end up being taken-out, either directly or indirectly through his interactions with Sasuke and keep looking for signs of it.

i found this chapter to be boring.. i want them to start showing naruto vs tobi again those chapters were actuarlly good compared to this stare down with sasuke, itachi and kabuto. i want to see more fighting then back story of kabuto. :ghehe:

I really don't think someone like Itachi would lose this easily. Remember he still has something to tell sasuke after the fight. He's definitely activated Izanami.

I smiled when Sasuke called Itachi 'Nii-san'. It was cute and is one of those very few moments where he shows some softness.

Also, Itatchi was in the Edo-tensei which couldn't be defeated by anything but a seal. then Itatchi broke the edo-tensei but was still 'alive'. i mean if the edo-tensei was broke but he didn't go back to being dead then doesn't that mean that he has to be sealed to be stopped too? like he can't die any other way? just a thought...

Itachi probably isn't dead, even though he was split in half. He'll more than likely grab onto Kabuto and either take down the both of them or tell Sasuke to do something while he has Kabuoto in a deadlock. Capture Kabuto even though he was bisected? Maybe it's all part of his plan.

If anything, I'd say the only thing Kabuto split in half was an "illusion" of Itachi. I doubt Itachi would've been hit that easily, and if he dies that quickly, there really is no plot to the story.

I do agree with you....he didn't die i do believe that he did a clone at the last min and they ended it like that....its also true tht the only way he can get killed is by getting sealed away....but also remember tht it is kabutos' jutsu and maybe MAYBE only he can destroy them

its just only thoughts on how the whole thing might come down on the next chapter...I can't wait
