That movie was amazing, especially one part. I swear to god I've never seen my father laugh so hard for anything, and this mofo is nothing but jokes lol...

Anyway, OT my feelings on the subject, I don't think I'm placing in this competition. Call it intuition however I'm not like TOC-Shishou my ideas on the placement, after reviewing chapters, those who've commented on the chapters and blah, blah blah....

1) Kuroi Hoono-Long overdue and is a genius (Not just because Michael says so....that's part of it but not the whole thing he's a truely great writer)

2) Netsui-chan-Not long overdue (idk how many contests you've entered) but you've deserved one for...idk, two contests just about I believe. and I can tell in this thread alone and based on your chapters that many people are starting to appriciate you more.

3) (Tbh) Seren/Uzumaki-I'm at an Impass, personally I would put Seren in the third position (much offense Uzumaki jkjk) however I rarely hear too much about her and I don't mean that in a bad way like "oh she's not good" but I mean it in the sense of neglected a little so idk if this will be her shine time or not. Uzumaki, he seems to have a fairly strong enough fanbase alone just to stand alone so I feel, even though this is his first contest he's got ample room. Also the compitition itself helps his chances...

Now when I say this I don't mean anybody else here is weaker a writer I only mean, they've recieved less notoriety and that is one of the key factors to this contest IMO. People who know you (and your work because that's the point) will expect quality. Lets face it, few people are going to read through everything and vote and even those who do (I do this myself) I look at the people I know because I'll know the innate quality of their work. Then I'll read it and just finalize my thoughts. Then I'm going to read the unknowns and get myself aquainted. However if I don't get to everybody's in time, shamfully I'll admit I'll go to the peopel I know and cast the vote (haven't done that in a while :D) For me, I never vote for the person I think is going to win. I'll say who I believe has the best chances then I'll vote for another person in a hope that they'll place.

It seems strange and couterproductive. Best FF of the month, vote for who you think is the best. People who have enough shine I let alone because not everybody gets a glimmer of light. Hopefully over time, those glimmers of light given to other people actually pay off in the long run and I might be one of those people not voting for you because I have the greatest confidence in you hope I make sense

With me, I just don't feel it this contest. Normally I say I won't place, I'm a horrible writer. I'm just playing. Now what I'm about to say isn't something out of arrogance.

I know I'm a pretty well noticed person on the FF section and I write pretty well. I don't feel like I'm better then everybody, I'll read any random Fanfiction and think "Yeah, this guy/girl is pretty good too."

However with this contest I just have a gut feeling that I'm probably not going to place, maybe it's because I haven't seen anybody post saying they voted for me in several pages, or maybe it's because of recent bad luck that I feel things are just not in the way I feel they ought to be but I just don't feel it :shrug: so sue me...not really I'm broke 0_o movies are expensive.

But we'll see in the halfway, hopefully my prediction stays but if i have to I'll alter it :D

Well you are still, in my opinion as well as many others, the closest thing to a real author on NB and most likely the best author out there.
Of course I haven't read every single FF out there, so it's impossible for me to say, but from what I've read, you are, together with RokuNr, Escorp and Nikou, the best FF writer on the base (in that order), no questions asked (although I've heard a lot of great things about ThatOneChick as well, but I don't have the knowledge to say as I never got a chance to read hers).

I'm just an underdog compared to you and I could never pull of the marvelous skills you posses when writing. Your writing is so complexed, yet stylish and great that I'm beginning to think you're J.R.R Tolkien's son in disguise or something, lol. That's why you get my vote and that's why you will always get my vote whenever you join a contest. Popularity is often way too stretched out and decisive here on NB (this goes for everyone really) when it comes to contests, but no matter how many medals you win or not, you will always be the best in my eyes. You're even the most modest writer I know of, and no matter how much you try to cool the heat down, there is no denying how great of a writer you are.

If there ever was one thing I agreed with John on, it was that you were a hidden gem, and even if your FFs didn't become the most popular one on NB, yours were always among the best. I know views and comments sometimes have let you down and that you have considered whether or not to start out on a new FF, but from what I've managed to read so far of your new one, I just got to say that it is your best one yet as far as the writing elements go. I would never ever been able to pull of such an amazing FF out of "such" an "unexplored" part of Naruto.

Hats off to you my friend, and never let anything stop your progress :worshippy:

I voted for Kuroi Honoo, his work actually inspired mine. If you've read both, you'd see the similarity but mine doesn't compare.
