Simple really, I'm at the library and can't access a certain page on the*********...I was going to go the link to the page ask if someone could get the torrent link, but now I'm not sure if that legal after reading Ragnaroc's post...so firstly I want to if it is illegal to ask for such thinks...

The Library is probably blocking the Torrent site. You can try, but I don't think it will work. They probably block Torrent Trackers with a Firewall.

Yeah...I've been trying for the past 2 hours to get past the blocks, but I see that isn't going to happen since I can't even get torrent link...I'll just have to try somewhere else. Thanks for the feedback...didn't think anyone was going to answer
