all the signs are pointing towards the fact that hes dead.
but it just doesnt make sence me...

there is just no way in hell kishi would kill of one of the top characters in naruto without a propper goodbye.

Kakashi isnt dead he is still to important to the story, he's the only one that still has a connection to Yondaime, he Naruto's only true connection to his father and the person that truely give Naruto what he looking for seeing that he was Yondaime's student, I believe that Naruto giving to reveal that he knows and Kakashi's going to spill the bean's and I think Kishi owe Kakashi to at least see Sasuke and his developement with Chidori and all the rest of justu's he made off that short of a gravestone i dont believe you let a top charecter just fall in that manner Ero Sennin chose not to go back to the village Kakashi used MS because he was saving Choji...

i dont think its a proof that kakashi is dead - why?
Because i believe that this page is made by the shonen jump guys like a preview about tha 2 CURRENT fighters/maincharacters !
And the shonen jump guys know the same things we do -> and it looks like he's dead right now!
So i believe it could be possibly that kakashi is alive BUT RIGHT NOW HE SEEMS TO BE DEAD BY 99,9% so he is marked as dead even if (later) it turns out that kakashi is alive !!

SO DONT GIVE KAKASHI UP YET !!
