Description: The person takes hold of Chakra infused mud already in play due to the chakra already found in the mud it can be slightly manipulated to surround the opponent. It basically blasts out and around the opponent covering their body in mud. This makes moving harder as well as restricts breathing. This is due to the chakra infused mud that covers the opponent It has the same effect as Swamp of the Underground as it makes movement harder. The mud can possibly asphyxiate the opponent if it successfully covers the opponent completely. The mud can be controlled slightly and forced to surround the opponent's head making it's way into their nose, mouth and eyes. The user must have used a Mud based Earth jutsu prior to this jutsu.
Notes:

-Must have already used a mud based jutsu such as Swamp, Mud Fall, or mud bullets
-Must be able to manipulate up to A rank Earth to use this
-Must be the person's own Chakra infused Mud

Simply use a Mud based jutsu like Swamp, Mud Fall, Mud Shots or Mud Spore and then take hold of the Doton Chakra already found inside of it. I quickly use swamp of the underworld and takes hold of the Doton Chakra already present inside of it to manipulate the movement of the mud and covering you in mud making your movements much harder.

*Being an avid user of Doton I immediately see what you're getting at. I imbue my hands with doton chakra balling my hands into fists. I get pumped up and raise my hands up above my head and slam them down onto the ground infront of me. As my hands crash into the ground I release the vast amount of doton chakra causing tremors that shake the ground making keeping balance for anyone but me almost impossible. Since I am at the epicenter I am almost unaffected by the shaking ground. The released doton chakra along with the force of the hits tear a large rift into the ground roughly 15 meters deep and 15 meters in length. This extends out from my position in one direction.*

(Doton: Atakku Tou) - Earth Style: Attacking Tower

Type: Offense
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid

Description: The user puts his hands on earth and pulls out a small cylindrical tower of height 2m and diameter 1m from beneath the legs of user, with a thick layer of gravel on it. Tower starts spinning very fast on its own axis by throwing earth needles from the curved part of the tower from each point rapidly. Although the tower is spinning but the user sitting on it does not spin because he is sitting on layer of gravel, which is spinning counterclockwise, which nullifies the rotation. The throwing of needles will not stop untill user's hand are on tower.
Note: -Can only be used 3 times per battle.
-Last up to one full turn.
